Final Review

Appetite Suppressant - this was the most evident for me. Could definitely tell when when I did not take it in the afternoon. It didn't so much kill my appetite but I could stop myself from eating so much and allow myself to feel fuller.

Mood - being a week off, I can say that this didn't have a direct effect on my mood. I haven't really noticed much change. Throughout my log, I did notice that I could let things go easier.

Energy - this isn't going to rock your world. But I could tell when I did not take it in the mornings. I would yawn a lot. It just a small, solid kick. It's not a pre workout energy.

Here is where I am extremely excited and more motivated than ever now.

You know for being a bigger guy, to only lose 7lbs, that many inches, and keep the same arm size, I think this month has been a winner in my book!

Now would I buy again? Yes, but for the right price and only for the appetite suppressant control. I just don't think the other two things were that much better than other products I could get. This is FOR ME. I need high stims to really feel the energy! My favorite dosing was 2/2 which will give you about a 25 day supply.

Day 1 1/19/2015
I felt good all day today. Took 6 caps of Magnitropin preworkout, 1 scoop of HV, 1 scoop of Wyked and Rezolution 2.0. All together. 1/2 hour later, killer headache.

Bench 5/5/5
Last set was 235 and barely got it 10 times. This weekend took a toll on the gains I see.
Machine Fly's - 3x10
Incline DB Bench - 5x5...last set were 100's and only got it 2 times. Can't remember the last time I ever used 100's!
Cable Crossovers 3x10
Rope Pressdowns - 20.10,10

Head is killing me. Did 20 minutes of LISS elliptical. Headache went away about 7pm. 3 1/2 hours after taking the supps. Weird.

Dosed Rezolution at 6:30am, 11:30 and 3:30

Mood: 5/5 Today was a Professional development Day so nothing stressful. We were CPI Trained so sat for 8 hours. Pretty boring.
Energy: It's hard to judge this since all I did was take notes and sat the whole time. I yawned a lot after lunch. Didn't really feel much from this actually. Tomorrow will be a better indicator.
Appetite: 5/5 My stomach was growling at lunch time but I only took a protein shake this morning. Lunch was meatloaf, baked potato and some broccoli/rice: felt bloated and stuffed afterwards. I should not have ate the potatoe. Supper was a salad with an egg, 6oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup squash.

Day 1 was awesome. It helped curb the hunger from Magnitropin which is exactly what I needed. I actually feel full.

Day 2
20 minutes LISS on elliptical at 5:40.

Got home from school at 6:30pm went and lifted. Very tired. It had to be because of the partying that took place this weekend because I turned 30. Wife is drained too.

BB Press 5/5/5+ Last set at 165x9...last week I hit 175x9 for a PR.
Front Raises SS w/BB Curls SS w/Rope Pressdowns 3x15 each... Burn and a quick pump. Wanted to get in cardio and supper was at 7:30.

Elliptical: 1 minute hard, 10 push-ups then rest the rest of the minute for 10 rounds. So it took 20 minutes.

Mood - considering kids were crazy today and I am trying to teach them the game of floor hockey without killing each other and a dam parent cancelled a meeting for the 3 time, I was in good spirits. I was stressed a lot today, not going to lie. But I feel fine now and am ready for tomorrow!

Appetite - took cap at 5:30am, at 2 eggs and 2 scoops of select protein after fasts cardio. 2nd cap at 11:30am, 6oz chicken, some squash, sweet potatoe chips and an apple for lunch. 3rd pill at 4pm. Stomach was growling. Then are at 7:30 tonight. Feel good. Fish, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.

Energy - pretty drained most of the day. Usually sleep for an extra 45 minutes so that could be why. It may take some time to get back in routine.

The WWE napkins were for my surprise party and we had leftovers! Haha

Thanks man! I have become a lot better, more consistent logger and More committed.

I heard my alarm at 5:30. Must have shut it off or something next thing I know it's 6:30 and my ass is gonna be late for work!

Downside is I think both my wife and I are getting sick. She is for sure, I am still up for debate on how sick I will get.

Cardio scheduled for when I get home. No weights.

Well I needed to lift as I can't lift tomorrow due to gym not being accessible. Not prepared and getting sick. All in all not a horrible one just not as much volume.

Protein shake then a double chicken salad from subway with tomatoes, onion, olives, green pepper and light ranch.

Mood - not bad..another tough day with kids. I am in a good mood now!
Appetite - 6:30, 11:30 and 4:30 were dosage times. stomach growling at 4:30. But my lunch was not that big. Took it and I didn't seem hungry after that. Didn't eat until post workout around 7pm.
Energy - well so far, it doesn't give you a ton of energy in the mornings. But in the afternoon is where it shines. I really think I am going to like taking 2/1 at 11:30 and 4:30 but we shall see! Afternoon are always my toughest part...and it elementary PE! Very difficult with where I am at.

No weights tomorrow but shooting for cardio either AM or when I get home.

Day 4

Got home late (6:30pm) and wanted to go to the basketball games. Skipped cardio. Probably good idea since semi sick. Probably taking tomorrow off to to watch basketball too. We will see if I feel like traveling when I get home.


Mood - it could be placebo but it's been a rough week and I seem to not let it get to me as much after work.
Appetite - another subway salad. This time went with tuna instead of double chicken. Ate inner week the games. About halfway through I was starting to get full. Good signs. I think it's definitely helping the hunger I get from Magnitropin.
Energy - no complaints.

Was sick all day on Saturday. Gonna be sick on Sunday too. Hoping it's not influenza. That's going around everywhere here. If still sick on Monday I am going in.

My head feels a lot better today but not 100%. I will be tomorrow though I think. My bowel movements are still quite frequent. I hit cardio tonight just because I felt like I needed to do something. Was waiting for the wife to get back home and she took forever so I ended watching two episodes of How I Met Your Mother while doing 45 minutes of LISS elliptical. Sweating my tail off.

I am even more motivated than before because my wife is doing this low carb diet that her cousins went in last summer and they lost a lot of weight/inches. Her and her other cousin/best friend are now doing it. She has lost 8lbs in 2 weeks. Very few calories, low low carbs and you cannot work out on it. That part I disagree with. Supposedly once you reach "ideal" weight you start working out. Whatever, at least we got rid of all the bad food in our house now! We are both on the same page wanting to stick to low carbs as well. She is motivated about changing and that's the first step and it's gonna help me as well!

I can keep food from coming back out of one end so I can eat again! Took my 3 doses at 8, 1, and 5:30. Felt full quickly. Been drinking a lot of water, BCAA and Gatorade and that has helped keep appetite at bay as well.

Thanks Kat! They got it from a nutrition specialist from the hospital is the funny thing and it cost them a lot if money. It's a very strict diet but I would loose all muscle mass with it. Proud of her though for sticking with it! Need to show her a before and after of you Kat! She is very similar to you when you started your journey. Yes I creep on your logs Kat as well as puccah's! Who doesn't! Inspirational!

Monday - 45 minutes of LISS
Tuesday - suck again :(
Wednesday - felt great! Got home and had to rush to get to a how. Went and saw an Illusionist. It was pretty freaking sweet!
Thursday - watched basketball games that started at 4. Got home at 10pm. Did 25 minutes. 10 minutes of LISS and about 15 minutes of HIT.

Hoping to finally get back in the weight room tonight. Except that we may go to a banquet that I don't want to go to...lol....so if not today, for sure tomorrow...

Appetite suppressant is evident. Been in a great mood the past two days. I curious of my weight since I have been sick. I look thinner in the mirror and I just feel better overall.

Friday - Chest and cardio...wow 260 was heavy! Still probably could have got 3-5 reps though.
Saturday - Squat - was happy I got 310 for my 1 rep relatively easy...I only did singles
Sunday - deadlift, back and cardio - messed around with sumo deadlift. This killed my knee so I am assuming I was doing it wrong. Did some singles on conventional as well. Did some other back exercises

I have lost 5lbs since starting this as of last night. I am happy because I weighed myself at night and not in the morning. I think all the water weight I lost from being sick is back and I think it's pretty accurate. Time will tell in a couple more weeks when I weigh myself for the final review.

So far, the only think I can truly tell that's it's helping is appetite suppression.

Oh an FYI, the pills have a funny taste. Don't let them get moist in your mouth haha

Testing out Girondo's 8x8 this week and if I like it, going to do it for 4-8 weeks. Going to continue and do 5/3/1 first thing in the weight room but only for the main lifts.

Been experimenting with the dosage and I think I like 2/2 the best. I realize that is more than the bottle suggests. I like 2 in the morning to help curb noon appetite and I like 2 around 4pm. If I followed the bottle it would definitely be 1/2 as I can tell when I don't take 2 in the afternoon. I wish the had more of a thermo effect on me but I realize it's not made for that specifically.

FML. I need to be able to walk tomorrow. Not used to this. Got the actual workout done in 20 minutes not including the warmup.

Took a little longer rest for the last 3 sets of squat. Man I forgot how sucky higher reps squats are.

Tough day I work. I let the 3rd grade get to me. But let it go by the next class

Not a bad workout. Can barely type on this phone. Good pump. Didn't go the heaviest but last couple sets were still struggles.

Don't think the mood enhancement is helping much today. This was definitely the toughest day of 2nd semester. Trying to teach the kids A new game. If they get out, or forget about a rule, they freak out. Cuss and throw crap at me. It's just getting old. It happens every time I teach a new game. All they did in the past was kickball or football I guess. Just gotta remember the good times and things will get better in time. Thank god I am not administration. Couldn't handle that crap.

I recommend not letting the pill dissolve in your mouth. It reminded me of this crappy stuff I took in college that I had to use a dropper for and then swish it around in my mouth. It had a Chalky, nasty copper taste to it. It stayed their awhile too. I ate 45 minutes later and that took most the taste away. I can still taste it but barely.

I probably won't weight myself until the last day again but we will see.

I will add that I am down a belt loop and my pants start falling down on my now. It's annoying but I will take it as a good sign! This stuff is definitely helping control hunger at night.

Day off today. I might do some LISS if time. My legs hurt. A lot of people asked me what was wrong today. Lol

I am officially a Home Owner today. ScArybut exciting. It's gonna be nice knowing that I won't have to move for awhile. Been moving about once per year since college and it's annoying.

Doubt I will be able to get in as planned tomorrow. I won't be able to have help moving this weekend as everyone I am comfortable with asking will be out I town. Not a lot of friends in a new town! So plan B is to ask some high school students to help tomorrow for an hour or so. We moved some big stuff tonight and will hopefully get the 4 other bigger things done tomorrow. Then it's all stuff I think I can move on my own on Saturday. My wife (speech coach) has a speech meet all day and my goal is to get everything else moved so I am gonna have to bust my tail! Maybe get a little treat for my hard work later that night!!! :)

Woke up at 6:30...started moving at 7:00. Moving non stop. Mostly by myself. Got a few dresses and a couple queen bed sets out of the house and into new house with no help. I have nearly doubled my fit bit walking steps record. That's crazy. I walk around a lot anyways during work. First time I sat down was right now. Good cardio haha...no workout for the third day in a row. But today was a workout in itself. Another hour of unpacking then gotta go watch some high school conference championship basketball!

We are all moved in. Cleaned the rental too!

Had 2 RV2 before church. Ate a lot of scrambled eggs mixed with broccoli and a little Parmesan cheese for more flavor at 10am. We were not as busy as yesterday but I wasn't hungry and I forgot to eat until about 6. That was workout time so I didn't eat until after. Not the best idea! I felt pretty weak today, obviously.

Down another 2lbs...pretty stoked. With limited cardio this week too! And a cheat meal Saturday night celebrating being in our new home! Had a small Red Velvet Oreo Blizzard (amazing!!) and some chicken strips and fries from DQ!
