Whats up ladies and bros,

Special Thanks to Koi and IFN for allowing me to run their product Most Wanted. This will be my first time implementing a Laxo/Ecdy product into my regimen. Currently, Im on a Follidrone, Viron and Inhibit-E stack so the Most Wanted should fit in nicely. Im not sure if Im am going to run it for 4 or 8 weeks yet. I have another bottle on the way from TGB and Im going to experiment with different dosages to test results.

36 y/o
203 lbs

Fats: 93

This log will be detailed and will be updated after every training session. I will put up before and after pics and maybe some along the way if Im blown away or something. I will not bore you all with listing every single lift and poundage. I will speak to the efficacy of the product Im logging and its effect on my training and recovery. Currently, Im on an intense 5 day a week hypertrophy program. So as you can imagine, recovery is an issue.

And most importantly, I will be 100% honest in my review of the product. I will not sugarcoat anything. Drop me a line on this journey and get in for da gainz!

Thanks man. Everything is pretty on point including the most important, nutrition! Feel free to advise of the best way to use the product for max efficacy along the way. I was told your quite intelligent! I was thinking of starting at 3 per day perhaps 4 based on my bodyweight and then Ill go from there.

Three should give you good results thats how i dosed it myself. I believe Wes Inman is dosing 4 per day in his log and he was up 2lbs in the first week.

Most Wanted came today!......log will begin tomorrow morning. Tomorrow mornings workout will be hamstrings.

The above picture is of my current stack. Follidrone, Viron, Amento, Inhibit E and Most Wanted

Beginning Dosage of Most Wanted: 3 per day
Dosage Pattern: 30 Mins pre, immediate post, pre-bedtime

Other Supplement Dosing Pattern:
Follidrone: 2 caps pre, off days caps are spread out
Viron: 1 Cap Pre, 1 Cap Before Bed. 5 days on 2 days off
Amento: 2 caps pre
Inhibit E: 3 caps at bedtime

Good Morning Folks:

Day One: Hamstrings

Woke up at 4:45 am and dosed out my Mr. Hyde, Follidrone, Viron and High Volume. Cracked open the bottle of Most wanted and took one cap.

Hit the gym at 5: 30 am. Hit up hamstrings for 45 minutes. My legs were unbelievable sore from DOMS from quad training two days ago. Im not a big fan of how legs are set up in this hypertrophy program. You train quads one day and hamstrings a day or two later. What I find is my legs are so sore by hamstring day I cant give it 100%. But I guess Ben Pukulski sets it up that way for a reason. Had a good pump going and I burned out with 4 sets of pull ups just for the **** of it.

Post workout, I took 1 cap MW and my 60 grams of whey. Cooked my 80 grams of oatmeal and grabbed my quest bar and got ready for work. Legs are absolutely shot!

I noticed a bit of GI stress this morning. Nothing bad, but normally do not feel any distress after taking the preworkout stack. Too early to say if its related to the MW. Obviously, its day 1 and I have nothing to report yet. Im hoping this stuff kicks in quick because I could use some DOMS relief! Have a good day all!

Looking for some thoughts. You see my pics i put up and i control my weight with diet alone and a 5 day a week hypertrophy program. Can you guestimate my bodyfat %. I hate cardio but will make sacrifices to get leaner. I dont care about shredded but leaner would be good. But heres the thing....i dont want to.lose size or muscle. Thoughts?

Day 3

Today was shoulder day....

Workput time was 1 hr. Alot of arnold presses and side laterals. The focus of this hypertrophy program stresses time under tension.

I dosed MW preworkout and post workout with a high protein shake. Will dose my final pill at dinner time. Im feeling strong. Doing arnold presses with 70 lb dumbells which i have never done.

Its too early to comment on the effects of mw as i dont believe it has kicked in yet.

On a bad note, while doing seated front raises i pulled a muscle hard in the back of my neck. Kills! Working the ice and the heat as i dont want this to effect this log or my training. Tomorrow is chest day i hope i feel better. Stay tuned folks!

Fortunately for you, this seems like you'll bounce back fast. I'm juuust over a wrist thing which drug on two weeks (wasn't masturbating with my tears) and it feels great to get back to the gym.

Dude, wrist stuff sucks. Glad ur back at it volvo! i could tell as soon as i lifted the weight. I went home immediately to ice and heat. Thank god it was at the end of my workout. Its not debilitating but it hurts. I think i hyperextended my neck or something. Who knows

Day 4 & 5

Day 5
Back and Chest Workout

My workouts have been compromised these last two days due to my neck "issue". But, it is feeling better each day. I should be back to 100 % soon. Im still lifting, but at about 50 % normal working weight so as to not aggravate the neck.

As for MW, I am still dosing at 3 caps per day. 1 preworkout, 1 post and 1 before bedtime. Im hoping to be back at 100% in the next day or so and then Ill kill it. My energy and endurance are up and I definitely feel like working out.

As for effects of MW on me, Nothing to report as of yet.

Days 6 & 7

Legs and Shoulder Workout

Yesterday, I did legs and absolutely crushed them. I expected to wake up extremely sore this morning as usual. But, I didnt! I believe that the MW is definitely contributing to the leg recovery. Ordinarily, I can barely walk! It is most definitely not a coincidence. Usually, Im most sore 2 days after a leg workout so tomorrow well see. If I feel good, ill know its because of the most wanted! I I can feel that I worked out but very minimal soreness.

Todays shoulder workout was a damn good one. I had good endurance and my neck is healing up nicely from the strain.

My dosage remains constant at 3 MW per day. Pre, Post and before bedtime. Im really dumbfounded and happy that I woke up this morning with minimal soreness. Usually, screws me up for a couple days. Thanks Most Wanted.

Im including a couple post workout pics from today. The journey continues.....Have a good weekend folks!

Days 9 & 10

Back and Shoulders

Yesterday I trained back and had an amazing workout. My endurance continues to go strong. Im not seeing any strength increases as of yet. Today was shoulder day and I absolutely killed it.

At this point, The MW is having a great effect on my recovery. There is no disputing this. Usually, after a hard workout Im sore for at least 2 days depending on the body part. Soreness has almost become a non issue. I used Bio Gro before for recovery and truthfully this blows it out of the water.This has shown true on back and leg day and tomorrow is chest. So far, this has what has shined the most for me.

Update:

Today was shoulders. The workout consisted of Arnold Presses, DB Laterals and Cable Laterals. I also threw some barbell overhead presses in. I hit a new PR for arnold presses today at 75 lb db for 8 reps. That was after 12 sets of seated side and cable laterals. 30 lb dumbells for seated side laterals. I do feel that the MW is shining in its effect on recovery as I have stated earlier. It is allowing me to push more weight weekly due to the hyper recovery which is translating into gains. Its hard to judge MW on other things due to the fact Im taking Follidrone, Viron and Inhibit E also. So as for strength, it is up, but its hard to attribute it directly to the MW. I can state this, MW does hyper accelerate your recovery for certain. So, if your looking for this type of product MW is it. In my opinion, it blows Bio Gro out of the water.

My doing continues at 3 caps of MW per day and Im almost done with the first bottle. Actually, Im almost done with the Follidrone also and I will be starting an x Gels, Anabeta Elite, GMS, ALCAR and MW in the next few days. Stay tuned

The faster you can recover the quicker you can hit that muscle again to tear it down again. Adding in the x-gels should be fun lol
