whats up am,

I received my tub the other day I will be logging this starting tonight looking forward to trying this pre out. Ill try to post 4-5 times a week. I usually dont use pres back to back every workout but I might for this log depending on how I feel day to day.

Initial thoughts- I was very focused and felt great through the workout. the taste is great and smooth no chemical after taste at all. this was my second time using this and the energy and smooth feeling hit just like yesterday. I'm interested to see if this will hold up through the tub. I'm really impressed so far. o yea i did 20 mins of HIIT at the end on the elliptical to end it off today. I'm probably going to hit shoulders and triceps tomorrow because i have a few basketball games and i want my 3s tomorrow. i played like sh*t last week.

I had to switch it up this week because I missed Legs on tuesday and im still sore from my job restraining these kids. I may hit legs tonight but here is my workout from yesterday. I started at 232 and now weigh 228 which is good so far.

I did two exercises with 7 sets which was a big increase. i will post up a pic of my mobility stuff i bought. I think it helped my range of motion today. i felt really lose and and and incredible pump through most of the workout.

Back and Calves

* I mixed up the workouts this week I was supposed to do back and calves, chest then shoulders but i did shoulders on sunday because it helps me shoot long range 3s lolol. i play in a competitive league everyone is former college or overseas players and still play so we have to be on our A game. we are still in first place too !

neutral grip pull up
3xfailure- 15 was the high (dont judge me lol)

225x12 @ 4 sets nice and controlled movements squeezing the mid back and lats

incline row machine

90lbs 4x12- felt a nice pump here

pullover machine

90lbs 7x15 with rest 15 seconds. actually killed this will move up weight next week.

Calves

Standing calf raise

leg press calf raises- wish we had the calf raise machine

overall great workout I give it a 8.5 because I took too much time in between sets. im running low on my intra-md which is my carb supp for the gym had to use 1 scoop that may be why i felt a little off too. i'm still sitting at 227.2 haven't dropped much yet this week.

My workouts are starting to go up which I like. Every time I do triceps though I get crazy cramps at night I need to figure out whats going on.

very good workout- im getting a little stronger in all my lifts just got to keep pushing.

my diet has been on point lately, cutting down on the carbs its usually 200 pro, 225 carbs, 60 fats on most days. lots of eggs in the morning then filled with chicken breast and 2 cans of tuna a day. occasional protein shake but im running out right now. going to drop the carbs down to 215-210 this sunday and see where that takes me.

I get this a lot too. What I do is roll out my triceps on the floor or counter top, using a lacrosse ball. Helps a ton!
I really feel it after blasting them with closegrip benchpress.

It very smooth and the endurance I get from it is great I would highly recommend it. It's no slouch in the stims department as well don't sleep on this it kicks in for sure.

Look up fst-7 workout Phil Heath used to do it. I mix it in with other exercises.

That's a solid looking workout, boss.
Yea you need to really eat good so you can recover or you'll be sore for days man.
