All right guys my log will start sometime during the first week of the new year. Here's my layout
Dmz 40/40/40/60/60
Diabolix 45/45/60/60/60/60
Dermacrine 4-5 pumps daily
Formabolic (2 pumps daily, not sure if even needed, might save for pct)
On cycle
Cycle defense iron flex
Tudca
Need to pick up some fish oil
Pct
Nolva 20/20/10/10
Bps elimistane
Daa
Formabolic if needed
Current stats
Height: 6ft
Weight: 250lbs
Bench: 330
Deadlift: 435 range
Squat: not sure, last time I maxed it projected to 475, switched to more of leg press lately
Will be doing a higher rep workout for the next couple months, plus two cardio days, looking for a recomp, excited to get this going in the next week or two, if anyone has any final tips, I am more than open to any ideas
