Winter break,winter gains with Magnitropin (sponsored log)

Alright! I just got a nice package in the mail from the generous people over at Myokem and in it was their newish natural anabolic MAGNITROPIN as well as a few samples of their solid pre Nitramine. I will be running as directed, 3 caps in the AM and 3 caps with my preworkout meal; and 6 days on 1 day off unless directed otherwise by swole or anyone else.

Starting stats: were taken today: 5'7 @167lbs (pre breakfast)

Training: is 5/3/1 with Dave Tate's periodization for assistance work and splits are as follows

M- Bench+horizontal push/pull
T- DL+PC and Hammie work
W- off/abs/stretch
Th- OHP+vertical push/pull
F- squat+quad and unilateral work
Sat&sun-off

Most all assistance work is 5 sets per exercise @10-20 reps per set

Diet: I will be in a caloric surplus utilizing a CBL and adjusting carb intake for off days
Note- I'm excited to see how much of an appetite stimulation effect this will have because right now as is, I can EAT...

Other supplements: I'm am not on any product at the moment with the exception of various preworkouts and intra I drink 45g of HBCD with 15g of Amino IV.

Anddddd because I am on winter break I will have nothing else to focus on other than the gym... And I guess my wife but she's my workout partner so it's one in the same

Ohhh and macros are as follows:
Training- 55g fat/ 340g carbs/180g protein
Off day +100g fat/NDS/ 220g protein

NDS- any of my carbohydrate intake comes from non starchy vegetables and negligible amounts in condiments.

Note: because I have not, nor do I plan on competing my macro counting is not as meticulous as some... Some time ago a couple member were almost starting a war because of their views on counting fiber and greens towards total carbs and Kcals for the day...

Nice to have you all along! First two doses were today (an off day) so obviously nothing to report. I have ran (-)-Epi before and I love the endurance.

It's great to have you all and after reading and doing a bit of research (Google :p) I'm am even more excited than I was before.

Nothing really new to report at this time, weight is still pretty although next week I may increase total Carbohydrate intake until I see any sign of spillover.

Today's workout was phenomenal using 1 packet of Nitramine, after OHP all of my assistance work was high rep with a moderate weight focusing on TUT. And the pump was not bad at all after being low-zero carb for 36hrs.

In on this. Adding Magnitropin in a few weeks. I will stack it with Alphamax for 3 weeks and then use it alone for 4 to 5 weeks. I am interested to see how it works with you.

Weight has been steady at right under 170 and looking fairly dry in the mornings so I'll be increasing carb intake as stated before. Today did a brief ab workout then went Christmas shopping. Honestly I don't know if the appetite stimulation effect is acute or not but I was able to devour some sushi today, to the point where I could not believe I wasn't getting full. I ended cutting myself off but I easily could have put down a few more plates haha

it's so worth it! And all for around 24 bucks.

Today was an off day from training as well as dosing Magnitropin but I am ready to kill it this week for sure

Day 6 of Magnitropin run was a horizontal push/pull workout:

Bb Bench 5/3/1
Meadow rows
CGB
Face pulls ss w/skull crushers
Inverted rows ss w/push-ups (completely smoked after these)

It may not seem like much but like I said before almost all of the assistance work is for 5 sets of 12-20 and minimal periods of rest in between

Weight was up at the end of my workout 173 and I was full and pumped as fuuuu from all the weekend sushi

I think it may be early to say what effects are coming from the Magnitropin but my endurance is great and I've been crushing numbers from my base program (5/3/1) which are the only numbers I meticulously track

^^^not too bad for a Monday and I will continue to gradually raise carbs. Today's post workout was about 310g of carbs coming from basmati rice with cinnamon

thanks for the complement! I'm at about 2500-2700 depending on the day and am currently increasing carbs gradually to get the most out of this run. But this is in essence my year round conditioning

There are a bunch of other pictures on my IG. I honestly do not see the point of getting ridiculously soft anymore when I am making slow and steady gains in strength and appearance

Woah! That's amazing. Your metabolism must be off the charts. I'm jealous. That's what I currently take in and am no way near that bf %.

it definitely has been a journey haha... It's was a long process of doing the wrong things and figuring out what worked slowly dieting down and then doing a reverse diet and slowly gain while keeping fat gain at a minimum.

Day 7:
deadlift 5/3/1
Front squat
BB hip thrusts ss w/ weighted lunges (<-pump was insane)
Pre-exhaust with BB curls
Chin ups

Excellent workout, I defiantly am starting to get that (-)-Epi endurance boost that I've been missing since stopping Ep1c and muscle fullness is extremely noticeable. Carbs will continue to climb as the run goes on or until I notice some spill over

Until then, I will be taking advantage of the gentiana lutea and stuff my face with some gingerbread waffles and a vanilla sugar cookie protein frosting post workout (10g fat/320g carbs/65g protein)

How do you like the Kodiak cake mix?

Yesterday was the first time ever I've noticed the appetite stimulation from magnitropin. I back load 60% of my calories post workout and after I consumed all my calories (about 9pm) at about 10pm I started to get light headed, cold sweats and dizzy. Some GDA/ nutrient repartitioning or a sporadic drop in blood sugar..

I notice that too. I wanna say its the cistanche cause I had similar effect a from cistamax.

Needless to say Xmas day magnitropin will be my damage control lol

I'm about the same for my post workout intake, right now it's about 1200-1400 kcals. Ive yet to feel dizzy or lightheaded, I do sweat profusely at night because of all the carbs.

And I love kodiak cakes! I've been using them for about 4 or 5 years now, they are easy to mix, no junk ingredients, and taste amazing.

thanks! I feel great also! I was able to sneak in a pretty nice Christmas Eve workout yesterday

OHP 5/3/1
High rows
Wide grip Pull-ups ss w/ dips
Straight arm pull down ss w/ lat raises

And I finished the workout with some weighted carries. The gyms here on base have these outside functional centers that nobody uses and they are loaded with awesome equipment

As for the Magnitropin, I feel it is allowing me to handle a larger surplus while mitigating fat gain which is paramount for me on a bulk. Also, the all day muscle fullness and pumps I get will defiantly drive me to purchase more of this product in the near future ;)

Day 10: weight is now steady at 173. Muscular fullness is on point and I made it through the holidays still looking pretty decent haha

Today's training was squat and PC work
Squat 5/3/1
Good mornings (5x20 fried the hammies)
Quad ext ss w/ ham curls
Lunges
Bicep work

The gym was nice and empty so I took advantage of that before Jan 1st hits and everybody and their mom decides to start to workout.

Note: I have noticed frequent erections and and a nice surge in libido since the start of the run. Have any other loggers noticed this? And some voluminous loads which are always fun haha

yes sir! I've been using that template for a little over a year now and my progress in both my physique and strength has never been better. I was referred to the program by some of the members on this forum and they also recommend Dave Tate's periodization bible to use as assistance work

Thanks! I googled it and ended up with an iPhone app. I looks like something I have done before and will start again this Monday. I think it's what Mike O'Hearn's Power Bodybuilding program uses

Day 13: weight is steady at 173 despite smashing another 1lb carne Asada fire burger at Slaters 50/50 last night with the inlaws but that gave me TONS of fuel for today's horizontal Push/pull workout

Bench 5/3/1
HS rows
CGBP
Rear delt flys ss w/ pec deck flys
Tricep push down ss w/ lat raise as a finisher

^^the rows were done with some static holds and many forced reps with the assistance of the wife :) and my back has never felt as fried.

The pump was great considering being relatively low carb since Friday night. Energy and endurance were also great

Post workout was an entire box of sugar cookie pebbles totaling about 270g of carbs and topped that with another 40g of carbs with a pumpkin sludge to meet macros

I have a feeling this week will be a great week for gains with the help of Magnitropin ;)

Lol demolished an entire box of cereal. Gotta love CBL! I went and pr'ed at the sushi bar last night and that carried over as fuel for my workout tonight, so I know them feelz.

sushi PR's are the best PR's hahah

With Magnitropin my hunger isn't unbearable but I can eat almost anything without feeling like a wounded bear afterwards. Just one of the positive observations

I see the hunger effects of Mag seems to have kicked in for you I still haven't felt it yet and I'm on week three now so I'll
see what happens as the week progresses.

Yesterday was day 14 of the Magnitropin run and weight is still around 173lbs

DL 5/3/1
Front squat
BB hip thrusts
Leg ext ss w/ leg curls
Bicep work
Sprint work on the prowler

I decided to totally smoke my legs just incase the rest of my week's workouts would be thrown off because of the gym's holiday hours.

Post workout meal was a fat stack of butterscotch pancakes topped with the new PES blondie sludge 10g fat/310g Carbs/ 65g pro

Magnitropin effects: aside from strength and recover progressing at normal rates, my endurance in the assistance work is noticeably better. Given I have been increasing carbohydrates slightly since the beginning of this run, I have not experienced much (if any) fat gain.
Lastly, libido is WAY up... Luckily I am married because I couldn't imagine running this without a significant other ;)

Libidos good! The wife knows what it is when I'm on magnitropin and alphadex lol

I hope everyone had a happy New Years! I snuck in an Vertical push/pull workout yesterday night while everyone was out partying

OHP 5/3/1
Pull-ups/lat pull downs
Upright row ss w/ straight arm pull downs
Dips Skull crushers
And because the gym was empty I did a monster drop set of front delt raises and lateral raises to smoke my shoulders and end the year pumped like a mo foe.

As you can see from the pics I've posted up, the pumps are very real from Magnitropin. Carbs are being handled VERY well

Post workout was big French toast covered in little French toast smothered in butter syrup

I'm looking forward to next week as it is a max effort week and I am expecting some decent numbers judging by how good my workouts have been lately. I will definitely keep everyone posted

I'm pretty stoked that Magnitropin worked as some serious damage control over the holidays. Given I was at a pretty big surplus and still no noticeable fat gain-- great success

Holy packed gym.... But I still managed to kill the workout today:

Bench 531 (295 New max)
Meadows rows
Face pulls
Delt tri-set
Skull crushers
BW rows ss w/diamond push-ups

So 295 isn't my personal best because while I was in the Marine Corps I benched 330 at one point in time but I was also a sloppy almost 200lbs so I will definitely take a 295 @174 and all my lifts have been steadily rising.

I'm bumping carbs up again this week and hopefully the scale will follow ;) but all in all I'm pretty satisfied with the run this far

Also.... Sex drive is ON POINT!

Last nights DL session went pretty awesome!

DL 5/3/1
Front squats
Weighted lunges
Single leg squat ss w/ BB hip thrusts
Bicep work

I'm still at 175 but I think I look a bit leaner than when I started and that's with consuming about 50 extra grams of carbs. I'll probably end up bumping it again before my bottle ends.

Would it be wise to only dose on workout days? Or just continue running 6 on 1 off?

As for last nights post workout, it was cookie crisp pancakes with a CNC sludge along with a nice cold glass of milk :p
