What's up brothers start this off on Chest day yea buddy.

Took 1 pill a first thing before taking daughters to school.
Went to the gym around 9:30 took some pre and it was go time.

Started with machine chest fly's
90x20 -100x15-110x15-120x12
Bench press . let me just say my bench sucks but I am working to bring it up .
135x12-185x8-155x12-135x15-
Dumbbell press with slight incline -60x12-65x12-70x10-
65x10-60x10-55x10-50x10
Chest was pumped .
Dumbbell fly's 35x15-40x12-45x12-50x8
Dumbbell kick backs 20x15 each arm -30x12

Ez-bar skull crushers -45x15-50x12-70x10-65x10
Cable rope extensions 50x20-60x15-70x12-80x10
Cable fly's - 30x20-40x15-50x12-60x10
Hammer strength chest squeeze press 135x12-185x10-205x8-135x10
Hammer strength machine push downs 100x20-110x15-120x12-130x10-
Incline chest press machine 90x12-110x12-120x12-
After finishing I did some abs and that was it . post meal 1cup oatmeal with 5tbs peanut butter and 2 eggs
. thought out the workout my arms were pumped like crazy.

As promised here we go.

So I haven't been going to the gym I'm experimenting and using just body weight and treadmill at home and resistance bands and pull up bar and man I'm soar.

Started with 30 min on home treadmill and sweat like a horse with a hoodie on and didn't take it off till mid end of workout.

Moved on to 3 sets of burpies with combined sets of 10 push ups
On to 3 sets of pull ups 8-10 reps

Then underhand grip pull ups and resistance band curls 3 sets till failure .
Then laterals with resistance bands 6 sets combining front raises and laterals .
Then did elevated puchups targeting shoulders for shoulder press 3 sets till failure
Then ended workout with 10 sets of 10 for 100 rep pushups chest was pumped like a bull.

I am noticing that I'm more solid than usual especially triceps . meals have been consisting of sweet potatoes and baked chicken or beef sausage and rice and brocolli with meals .

What's up guys been busy this week so I did pretty much the same workouts at home and switches certain things up but I can def notice I'm getting harder and more lean.

Yesterday I got a chance to hit the gym and hit legs chest triceps and some back with shoulders .

Started with leg extensions - 60x20-70x15-80x15-90x15-100x12-120x10
Then did reverse leg curls same amount of weight and reps .
Sitting machine leg press ( the reg leg press was taken out of the gym and had been out for months)
235x20-250x15-275x15-290x12-250x10-235x10-
Same machine then did calves 3 sets of 135 till failure
Squats 135x12-185x10-225x3sets of5reps
185x8-135x10
Hack squats 135x10-185x8-225x8-185x8-135x8
Bench press 135x12-155x12-185x8-205x6-185x5-155x10-135x10
Dumbbell incline press 60x12-70x10-65x10-60x10-55x10-50x10
Incline dumbbell fly's 45x15-40x12-35x12-30x12
Lateral raises 25x10x3 sets with combined front raises

That's was that for that workout and post was Hanukkah dinner with my wife and daughters .
Over all I'm enjoying this product taking it 2. Times on a daily and see that I'm harder than before slowly getting there.

Chest and tricep workout went very smooth went to the gym with the wife.

Started with 4sets of machine fly's - 70x20-80x20-90x15-120x12
Hammer strength close grip front press - 135x15-185x12-225x10-185x12-135x12
Incline hammer strength press -135x12-185x10-225-8-185x6-135x8
Flat bench dumbbell press -60x12-70x12-75x10-80x8-70x6-65x6-60x6
I have not gone as heavy as 80 but I think my strength is coming back

Incline dumbbell fly's 45x15-55x8-50x10-45x10-40x10

Ez bar skull crushers - 45x20-60x15-70x12-75x8-60x10-45x10
Rope push downs -60x15-70x10-80x10-90x10-80x10-70x10
Bent over rope kickbacks 25x3 sets till failure

That was that for international chest day lol
Man the more I'm on it the more solid I'm feeling .
Post meal 1 cup oatmeal 2eggs and dinner wifey made her own Brazilian style lomane with noodles brocolli carrots and beef sausage . .

Merry Xmas to all well woke up at 520am to smash some iron after eating Xmas food lol and the L.A fitness opening crew must have had a party night there was a crowd waiting to hit the gym so I had to drive to another location... Talk about being pissed. Will post soon

Solid work going on in here and I like the volume where your getting deep into the rep count and I like to train that way myself.

I'd have a NASTY pump if I did all that volume. Sadly, I'm doing powerlifting volume right now.. Which isn't much lol

A lot of power comes from the set up as well. As much as I don't like Dave Tate he has a pretty decent vid online called "so you think you can bench." That's be a good place to start!

I smashed total body workout with the lovely Brazilian and one of her girl friends . pushes these ladies to the max and it felt great to get a good sweat for the first workout of the new year .

What's up

Smashed legs - warmed the hams up with 3 sets of 20 of 70pounds and felt good.

Squats 135x12-185x10-205x10-225x3sets of 6-185x8-135x10

Man my legs felt like jello after that but the pain must go on.

Leg press 225x20-315x15-405x12-495x10-405x10-315x10-225x10
Same machine calve press is what I call it . 225x3 sets till failure .
Leg curls on machine belly down -60x20-70x15-80x12-90x12

Yea man I wasn't messing around . still got to post my chest and shoulder workout . my wife has been hitting the gym with me I've been hitting up that cardio we muscle heads just live . I now hate but love doing the spin class .

Prior to weight hit up 10 min on stair master .
I was training with wife and man we went beast mode no joke. I love that my wife has the drive to keep going.

So after being on this I do see that I'm harder and gives me the alpha strength lol to drive the weight..

Today was going to be chest day but my lower back was soar so I did 30 min of cardio and blasted back and biceps . man I'm like 211 after meal and workout this stuff def makes those lean gains

I feel stronger in a sense my arms feel more solid and strength gains have gone up and feel like t levels have gone up a bit from this alphadex.

Chest and triceps -

Started with bench press - 135x12-155x10-185x8-155x10-135x12-
In between each set I did bodyweight dips each set 10reps

Incline bench - 135x3 sets of 12- was mainly focused on contraction that's why I didn't go up in weight . in between each set did incline dumbbell fly's 30x15-35x15-40x15-45x12-
Fly machine - 90x20-110x15-120x10-110x12-90x15 pecs were pumped - ended with triceps - close grip tricep extensions .
60x20- 70x20- 80x20
What I would do is start out and scoot back away from the pully and did 10 reps then took a step forward and did 5 then one step forward and did 5 more . saw a video on YouTube so I thought I would try I could see my triceps through my hoodie .
They were pumped
Switched to rope extensions on knees and did 3 sets of 60x12 reps

Last put the pully to the floor and over head standing tricep extensions 40x3sets of 12-.
Ended with 20 min of elliptical to get a better sweat .

Did 30 min of cardio and some shoulder action been cutting carbs and man almost done with this alphadex and I'm happy with it I feel more solid and feel that I have gained some muscle.

Standing hamstring and quad machine - (pushing the weight behind single leg .

Machine that is similar to hack squats that targets hams and gluts

Legs were so shaky lol.

Post cardio 30 Min elliptical .

I feel very sold from this alphadex and have gained muscle and man power lol.

I feel this product is a great product all natural ingredients and not a lot of ingredients and no side effects besides making me pee a lot lol . I will def recommend this product for those who want to gain lean solid muscle and boost that there "T LEVEL" . Thank you for such a great opportunity to log a legit product.

Thanks bro . yea I figured the peeing was do to the e block but I normaly pee alot anyway all I drink is water and coffee. Thanks again
