Im lucky enough to beta log Olympus Labs TD Ep1c.

Here's the back ground. Just got done with a blast that put me at about 219-221 in the morning. Now I am starting my cruise before my last blast before prep. I typically drop a little weight when I cruise but hoping TD EP1c will help a brotha out.

I am applying 1/2 pump am & pm and will bump if I don't notice anything :smile:

Mini update

I'll have a big update tomorrow

Calories are constant and weight is dropping, I'm tightening up. Time to add some calories!!!
I shall await this "Big News" lol actually cant wait!

It's been almost a week on TD Epic and here are my thoughts thus far.

I'm down to 214-217 in the morning (not out of the norm) but I'm eating a ton and tightening up where I'm applying the EP1C. My legs look near stage ready now and my upper chest and shoulder vascularity and hardness is improved.

Strength is staying strong

I'm going to bump calories a smidge and see if I can't grow a little

Only concern u should have is that u can't handle the DOMS!! BK stand up!!!

Nah I had a friend run a few test on the whole Td -epi.

Doms on oral -epi was great.

Bad week guys....my gf was super sick and I got a promotion at work and am trying to hire new employees and do my current job while looking for a new place to live (bc of promotion) and eating became a struggle. Is look up and 4hrs had gone by. Everything is in place now (expect for hirng, young people suck...don't get my started...lol)

Oddly enough, strength is increasing with less than stellar eating and short on calories. I'm maybe getting 2500/day. Weight has dropped, no doubt but I'm managing to get t least 300gr protein in per day. Today, diet has been perfect and I have a short work week so I'll be back.

I apologize guys, kind of a wasted few days of logging. I'll be updating more frequently as well.

Like I said early, they're fuller so I guess you could say it's "pump'd"

Strength is what's really standing out to me, I'm getting a lot stronger. Worked up'd to 115 on DB row with strict form. I don't know if I have ever DB row that much.

Hope everyone had a merry Christmas!!! (no I don't say happy holidays :-D) Working like a dog fri/sat/sun and have been eating ALOT! Big pumps on fri/sat. I'm going to check weight on Monday. Don't really care where it is. I look good and feel good and things are about I blooooow up

Exactly, epi shines on strength and endurance in my experience.

I've got to! Give a little taste them boom, full week update. Here's today's chest session

Cable Fly
5 working sets of 15

Flat machine press
3 working sets of 20

Hammer incline press
3 working sets of 20

Fly machine (2sec holds)
2 sets of 10

Short and sweet. Shoulder session tonight, going to try and use "pre-exhaustion" methods these next few weeks

The DOMS didn't hinder back training today. Went for a back width workout for session 1 today. Wanted to train PM arms but work wouldn't allow that. (Not complaining though, made $175 in an hour :p)

Straight arm rope pull downs
6 working sets 15-20 reps

Wide grip late pull down
4 sets of 15-20 reps

Flared lat CG cable row
3 sets of 20 reps
