Hey guys, I won a 30 day supply of fat burner patches from AgeForce and I will be logging it right here. I think I will use 2-3 patches a week, the paper says to use 3-4 but I can extended the log a bit if I do it this way.

5'8" 174 pounds not sure of current bf%
Lift 4-5 times a week. I follow a P/P/L split. No or limited cardio to begin with. Will be eating in a 300 calorie deficit to start things off.
2,212 calories
200P/225C/57F
I follow IIFYM for the most part, but haven't been eating too much processed stuff lately. I do have a before pic, and I may post it up in awhile. I also do Intermittent fasting.

Felt pretty decent today, didn't have any shooting pain up into my head which is good! Have a popped rib head issue that is causing my lifting to suffer lately. Only used one patch so far this week, plan on slapping another on tonight or tomorrow sometime.

I actually think I'm going to run more of a recomp while on these patches. Should still show some good results? 300 calorie deficit on off days and 300 surplus on lifting days. Probably do higher fat on off days and higher carbs on lifting days. Or just run maintenance calories .. Any suggestions?

You know how your body reacts best. I've been messing cbl and my body seems to like it. I'll probably get serious about it now that I'm in PCT. But, I know it seems to help to bounce the cals around a little bit, like you're suggesting.

Yeah, I usually eat most of all of my carbs post workout and after that. I know a recomp is most hard unless you are on drugs. Which I am in PCT at the moment, and have a couple of days left. It's that struggle of needing to add size, but cut down on the stomach at the same time.

just time your carbs Around your workouts cut them out after 5 pm. Days you don't work out I think your fine.
Keep your bcaa high up there to keep from going catabolic as well when you cut.

So, I have more like 5 workouts to upload..not 2.. haha. I haven't been working legs, because when I tried the other day I got that head rush nerve pain that I've been seeing the chiropractor about. I've been sticking to push and pull routines only :(

Honestly, not really. What should I be feeling?
I haven't tried the fat loss patch yet. But I know it had dhea in it. The dhea patch has really helped with my energy level and mood. But, you're a lot younger than me, so the effects may not be as noticable.

Honestly, not really. What should I be feeling?
depends. I know when my gf is on the patch she eats more clean. She doesn't put on fat as easily to! look at other peoples logs and see there thoughts too.

I was going to say, I don't seem to be gaining any weight and I have been eating 300 calories over maintenance for about 1-2 weeks now. Maybe .2 pounds, trying to gain a bit before I run a recomp cycle ;)
