I was fortunate enough to be given a full container of Menace Nutrition's Frenzy Preworkout supplement in exchange for a wonderful log. I received the product last Monday and, after the Thanksgiving gorge fest, will now fulfill my promise to provide an incredible log. I started Frenzy on Monday the 1st and so far I have really liked it. Excellent though somewhat underwhelming taste, I got the fruit punch flavor. Tastes great mixing the full 6 gram scoop with as little as 4 ounces of water. My basic stats:
Height 5' 9"
Weight 187 pounds
Seriously lifting (and seriously taking pre workout) for about 4 years.
I am currently doing a high volume Chest/back Shoulder/arms Legs split. I do each workout twice per week
In the next post I will post a picture of the product, a list of ingredients and amounts of each ingredient (if provided) and what each ingredient is purported to accomplish.

SO today I did legs. Took the frenzy plus 3g of creatine on the way to the gym roughly 20 minutes before. Frenzy has one of my favorite characteristics of any preworkout, a slow steadily building energy and focus that peaks at about 45 minutes but begins becoming effective in about 10 minutes. After that it lasts for about 2 hours the slowly fades. No real crash to speak of.
Squats
Barx30
135x20
225x8
275x6
315x5
355x3
225x15
225x12
Leg extension and leg curl superset
4 sets of 20 reps with the pin stuck somewhere in the weight stack
Barbell walking lunges
4 sets of 6 with 105 on the bar
Deadlifts
135x10
225x10
315x10
405x6
455x3
465x3
315x12
Then I hit the ole rectus abdominis a bit till my back loosened up so I could drive, went home had a 1200 cal shake and just now ate as much steak and veggies as I could shove down my gullet.

Squat is around 405. I have never failed a deadlift so I am not 100% sure what my max is, I have done 515 before that is as high as I have gone.

I was in an accident and totaled my car today. Slight fracture in my lower right rib and put my left elbow through the window but no biggie. Probably lay off the deads for a couple weeks though.

I have to admit my bottom right ribs being broken is really affecting me. Yesterday was my first workout taking frenzy since the accident because I did not want to use for poor workouts. I had a pretty good one yesterday, did arms and shoulders.
Took one heaping scoop of frenzy as well as 3g of creapure creatine 20 minutes before my workout. I felt the same slow surge of energy that really started feeling great right at a half hour after I took it, perfectly after I finished my warm ups for my shoulders. My workout was as follows:
Standing Overhead press 8 sets of 8 reps
115x8
125x8
135x8
135x8
135x8
135x8
135x7
125x8
Arnold presses super set with seated lateral raise
A35x6
B20x10

A40x6
B20x10

A40x6
B20x10

A40x6
B20x10
Super set upright rows with seated rear delt raise
A100x8
B20x12

A100x8
B25x10

A100x8
B25x10
Standing Biceps Curls with straight barbell
60x20
85x8
85x8
85x8
100x4>dropset to 55x6
100x4>40x10
Close grip bench
95x30
115x15
125x15
135x12
145x10
155x7
185x4>dropset to 95x10
Preacher curl superset with single arm spider curl
A60x10
B20x15

A60x9
B25x12

A65x8
B27x10
Super set over head DB triceps extension and cable triceps extension
A80x12
B150x25

A90x8
B175x15

A95x6
B200x10

A100x5
B200x7

Did some hanging leg raises after that 4 sets of 15 to 25 reps.
I am pretty strict with rest times, 90 seconds on the starting movement for each muscle group (OH press, Barbell curl, and close grip bench)
and then 1 minute exactly between all of the other lifts. Then 2 minutes between each different exercise.

Thanks guys! Still have 35 servings left so the fun is just beginning! I wanted to hit some really high volume work to put frenzy through the "crash test". My workout lasted nearly 90 minutes yesterday and i stayed focused and energized throughout.
