First Off Want to Thank koi1214 and Ironchamps for the chance to log this product

Never had my levels tested and I'm 50 maybe it would be a good idea what you all think ?
Have no problems making gains. Gonna see what HPTA does for me then I'll go from there.
Dosing

Today first day 3 caps HTPA at 7 am hit my workout at 930 am 3 caps HTPA at 2 pm
Workout for the day
Bench 215 5x5 Incline 185 5x5
Cable Flys 60 3x10
Tri' 75 3x10
Bi's DB 35 3x10
Bi's Bar 70 3x10
Skipped Decline today Gonna catch it on Friday Work Chest 3 days a week, Shoulders 1 day Back 1 day Legs and Cardio 1day

Thursday Workout feeling more energy today then normal. Don't know if it's the HPTA only had 9 caps so far but todays workout was awesome left the gym feeling great and ready for more.
Back Day
Lat Pull Front 120 3x10
Lat Pull Rear 140 3x10
Lat Pull 45 120 3x10
lawn Mowers 80 3x10
Wide grip Pull Ups 3x12
Lat Pull Overs 110 3x10
Added in Leg Curls and leg Extensions Curls 110 3x10 and extensions 140 3x10

Didn't add anything other then the HPTA and my normal PWO.

Did you get VOLUME yet?

Nothing yet Bro . Mail is screwed up in my part of the world probably sitting at post office and they to lazy to deliver. LOL

Still haven't changed any of my supplements just added the HTPA 3 caps in morning and 3 caps 6 hours later feeling more energy better quality of sleep faster recovery time between lifts only thing that I've noticed is an increase in thirst while lifting. But thats not a bad thing !

Laid off upright rows and single rows on shoulder day's also not doing decline. It's feeling 95% better still a little tweak now and then but I can live with that. Not back up to my heavy workout going to be hitting that late next week. Should be 100% by then. adjusted grip on bench and incline and that helped too. Making sure I'm doing slow full reps and make sure to warm it up good prior to working out.

personally i am amazed how quickly i started feeling effects of hpta.

Monday Update Chest Day
Bench 220 5x5
Incline 200 5x5
Tri's 75 3x10
Bi's DB 40 3x10

Still feeling pumped at end of workout threw on 225 and went 14 reps ! Not bad for an old man loving this HTPA haven't had a chance to try out the volume. Weekend to work and ran mine and the K9's butt's off. Shoulder feeling 100% and gonna go heavier on Wednesday. Tomorrow shoulder day be hitting everything but upright rows.

Bro would Love to give you an update on how the Volume is treating me. Both together are awesome for my workouts I feel great. On the other hand the Volume showed and so did other things been one of those weeks if you know what I mean. Don't know if I want to give the ultimate sacrifice like a male Black Widow or a Male Praying mantis. So update on that will be posted in a while.Everything else going awesome still dosing 3 caps HTPA in morning and 3 caps 6 hours later. Had to skip Tuesday shoulder day and make it up on Wednesday with Chest. pump went down in water well and have to have water.

Military Press 145 5x5 Shrugs Front 160 3x30

Went Bi's DB 35 3x10 made sure to isolate bi's only kept shoulders completly out of play.
Skipped Tri's more worried about chest and Bi's no Incline today more of test today to make sure I didnt reinjure shoulder .:approve:
So far so good .
