First off HUUUGE thanks for letting me log this product!
This is my first run of a product like this and it means a lot to be chosen to run a good log and I plan to do just that
Trenabolic is a topical derivative of Tren which is known as one of the most anabolic compounds there is!
My plan as of right now will be to dose at 60mg which will be 2 pumps (15ml each) in the morning and 2 pumps pre workout as directed.
My diet right now is a little higher on fat but since i have read taht Tren works well on carbs so I will try to lower fats a bit however I do take in around 4000-4500 calories on workout days at times so it may be hard to keep fats too low, Dont think I want to go over 500 carbs since I am only 5'9 165.

Additional Supplements: I take two 50mg doses of test cyp a week for trt and will keep that dose the same. I will also add in inhibit p just in case for prolactin control. Other than that I use mostly the basics, creatine, multi, fish oil,alcar (1 g pre and post) , preworkout, whey protein
Currently I try to only get carbs from veggies and dairy on off days but may consider adding in a little extra if people feel that it would benefit me, Again this is my first time running anything like this so i NEED advice and would love ANY and all input and advice from experienced users!
Training: I start off each workout with heavy compounds for low reps and higher sets, then move on to more bodybuilding style rep ranges and tempos. I have pretty high volume workouts and move at a quick pace. I love being able to always superset something so my workotus are usually, chest/back, shoulders/arms, legs or chest/quads, shoudlers arms, back/hams
