Sup guys,

Got a little (big) package at my door just 10 minutes ago. I was already thinking the guys at Menace Nutrition had forgotten about me to!

Before we dive into this I want to give a thanks to Koi, even though he is no longer affiliated with them he is the man who hooked up this tub.


The man: many of you know me already and I'm still...
-5'10 and a half
-203 lbs
-21 years old
-on 3-4 day split
-in college, please oh please hurry up

The plan: lean up and get my old strength back. I WAS (keyword) pushing 375 and pulling more than 5 bills not too long ago. I also WAS at a lower body fat percentage. So if we can ease back into those areas ya that'd be great.

The goodies: what we have here is more of a all around formula whereas Driven would be more for the stimaholics (if you are interested in that look up thebigt's log).

To be completely honest the main reasons I wanted to try this blend were
1. I liked how first complex has a full weighted list of ingredients and
2. I wanted to try a different flavor. I did NOT ask for punch, I typically don't like punch flavors at all actually. I really wanted the orange but hey I haven't tried it yet so maybe I'm wrong.

first look:
shifting around the goodies and there are some bigger almost High Volume looking bits and then a bunch of fine powder, I would definitely recommend giving this a couple mixes before scooping.

the tub is actually pretty deep! when I was stirring I kept shoveling up powder to fit the long scoop back in and at one point I remember thinking "where the f**k is the bottom?!" haha

Mixing it up now, as someone else mentioned in their log there is no instructions on this tub. So I put 6-7 ounces in and tossed 3/4 of a scoop and gave it a shake.

Looks like watermelon lol maybe less water is needed I'm getting dressed and heading out now.

Taste was generic. Not bad but seemed just like plain ol Hawaiian Punch

At least its drinkable!


Forgetful as hell today. Driving with no license cuz I forgot my wallet and no earphones I left those at home too :(

Felt good.

Like I said I have been down, I was really congested so I kept this around 30 minutes. Hard to get real breaths in = ****ty performance. Just got mucinex dm extra strength right now and I feel way better, wish it wasn't so damn expensive

Ya! This stuff is like 18 bucks for 14 tabs I knew I needed it but couldn't justify the cost.

Did the deed last night and had to just lay there for 30 minutes last night catching my breath. Gf kept asking if I was okay lol..

Is frenzy still treating you good?!
I actually brought it with me but this city is weird they have like gold/ruby/etc ratings for their gyms. And where I'm from we don't have that so I didn't know what I had access to

Full scoop yesterday

Went to my friends gym to teach him some stuff, whenever I say that assume light weights since their dumbbells don't even break 80.

Incline db press
Warm up
75 x12x10
45 x12x10x10

Standing cable chest fly
25 x12
32.5 x12
40 x10 + 20 x10
25 x20

Rope press down (tied in knot so one at a time)
25 x10 one arm then the other than back again for 3 rotations
50 x10x10x10 both arms

Over head db tricep extension
1 arm
20 x12 same thing then the other but added weight
25 x10 immediately after for 2

Both
50 x10x10x10

Little bit of calves on leg press
4 sets of 20 with 2 plates 1 second eccentric and concentric peaks

Some leg press in just cuz I wanted to loosen up hips. I went to work for my moving company today for like 8 hours so I wanted to be able to move.


Thoughts-

Flavor is fine

Focus/energy is good

Felt very warm through workout

Pissed a lot more than normal when I got home

Added more water today, was very light on color but perfect in flavor. So that was nice I thought I f'd it up switching different sized shakers threw me off.

Did a workout at my apartment (pull up bar in my room small gym at the club house)

Variety of pull ups and chin ups mixed with 2 burners of push ups

6 sets of lat pulldowns
Couldn't tell you the weights they have long faded but about 5/8 of the stack for 12 reps

6 sets cable rows
Same weight same reps. Got a nice arch in both of these exercises and the pain of the pump was there

Mix in 3 sets of curls nice and slow and 3 of hammer curls and you have my workout for today.

Took the long way home because I just felt happy and the weather was great.

Might not seem like much but it was a good session.

after that cold front at the beginning of the week it was/is mild here today, low is only in the 50's!!!

Nice to see you can get a good workout with out the best equipment, just go's to show it is all in how bad you want it! Glad the Menace Nutrition Frenzy is working well for you!

I just forgot my gym closed early on the weekends, but thanks man! Still a sh*t ton to go through
