MMSTACK_medium.png

This stack includes (1) Rise and Swell, (1) Wyked 2.1, (1) T2, and (1) Free T-Shirt!**
Rise and Swell is the third piece of my body transformation system. It is designed to be used with Wyked 2.1 and T2 for the ultimate results.
Rise and swell is a combination of everything you want to be taking first thing on an empty stomach when you wake up. Rather than make a separate product for each thing you want to do, I made products that have everything you want at that time of day; so Wyked 2.1 is everything you want pre workout, and Rise and Swell is everything you want to take first thing when you wake up.
Rise and Swell will do the following:
*Increase natural testosterone production
*Increase sex drive
*Increase sexual performance
*Increase blood flow to the penis for firmer/larger erections
*Increase Growth Hormone Production
*Give you an all day pump
*Amplify the NO production of Wyked 2.1, Making your pumps synergistically better
*Increase transport of cholesterol to the leydig cells for faster testosterone release
*Antioxidants to scavenge the free radicals from lifting

Welcome to my log, gentlemen :). Want to say thanks to the guys at M&M for letting me run this stack and Shawn at Supptalk for the free samples. The more I look into this stack, the more interested I get in it. I will post up some good studies on some of the ingredients ever so often as well as posting up some of my Instagram posts. Training wise, I will be running GVT with added on strength work, it will be a two day split with the third day being full body. Previously, I was cutting/recomping on a higher carb diet, but now I'm gonna drop into keto for the next month or so. I will be running keto for 11 days and have than 3 days of high carbs at maintenance calories. Current long term goal is to be 8-10%bf by the end of December, short term goal is to lose 1-2%bf each month and maintain muscle mass, to be ready for a photoshoot I have planned.

Stats;
5'9
159lbs

Max(s);
Bench: 300lbs
Squat:500lbs
Deadlift:400lbs
Military Press: 180lbs

Rise And Swell: 5 days on, 2 off (weekends off, weekdays on)
T2: By directions. .5ml morning, .5ml night.
Wyked 2.1: 1 scoop workout days.

Staples;
Vitamin C: 3g dailly
Creatine Mono 5g daily
Cod oil 3g daily
Multi

Other supps;
G8; 1 scoop before bed
BCAA+ SAA; 1 scoop intra workout, and 1 scoop upon going to bed or during cardio on nonlifting days.

Good to have you gentlemen :D just for a quick update. Went from 162-159 overnight. No diet change, training, etc. I'm thinking it was only water weight of course.

Good to have you rocket :D.
So far have only started to use the rise and swell, haven't added the other things in as of yet. Slowly introducing each one. Been reading up on T2 and if it is legit as it sounds and by the studies, this is some good stuff!

It is a thyroid compound that Dr. Todd says works like T3 but burns fat not muscle. Also from what I'm reading it works as a GDA by limiting the amount of fat in the muscle cells and increase insulin sensitivity :eek:... Of course this stuff isn't as strong as T3 or T4, but from my reading looks promising! Im a biochem/Econ major so I have a super science boner right now from reading :D

To keep everyone on the up and up, I did take my first dosage of T2 today. Minty and small dosing was nice. Looking forward to see how this works out.

I never used to get night sweats, but since I have been in a little better shape, I have noticed them after cheat meals, I have attributed them to better thermogentics (is that a word) is this what is happening, Abe ??

Pretty much that is what happening.. I'm doing keto so low carbs each day less than 75. So when I carb up I get that rebound heat.
