Hey guys my name is Jack just another college kid who loves fitness and anything nutrition related. Been on this forum for a while now but this will be my first Log and it will be Very Detailed!! I am currently reverse dieting and have been on one for around 16 weeks.

Stats:
Height: 5'9
Age: 19
Weight: 149lb
Waist: 30.4in
Gender: Male
Race: Casper the ghost white

Diet:
Training days
190p/364c/74f
Off Days
190p/324c/74f
Refeed day (Saturday)

Training Program:
I am running a DUP cycle, currently on cycle two week 7 or 8 i have to check but its Max week this up coming week.
1MR Last cycle
Squat=345
Bench=240
Deadlift=290 :(

Ill be posting pictures every Saturday or if i am bored and again the this log WILL NOT officially till i get PES EP in but subscribe its worth it PES sticks together

I will be 20 in a couple weeks. And I do not know how it will effect someone at my age. I guess we will find out!

i'm sure the anti cortisol + anti estrogen effects would make for a great recomp / shred no matter the age

Hey guys DAY 1!! Sadly its a Off day before max day tomorrow. Took my daily dosage this morning then cranked out two test, feeling good ready for Halloween.

Macros for today
190 P
324 C
74 F

Tomorrow weights I'm trying to hit:
Bench: 240-260
Deadlift: 320-340
Squat: 370-380
LETS GET IT DONE!!!
Update tomorrow with results and pictures also how PES is treating me.

Sorry if I missed it but where did you get the info to base your protein at 190? Just curious everyone has different thoughts. I try to at least hit 1.5 times body weight.

No it's fine I didn't mention I am training under Paul Revelia (guy who brought layne Norton into show shape) and I update him every Saturday and he shoots me macros. monkey see monkey do

SO day 2!! Just got back from max day and killed it for the most part Squat 380x1 Bench 250x1 Deadlift 310x1 :( Macros for today 190P/364C/74F Feeling so far, EP is still getting in my system so we will see how it is in a week or so but i had extreme focus today and relaxing the rest of the day about to but everything on insider :)

Day 3! So far so good, today is a refeed day with the macros being at 170P/444C/72F so i get to eat a lot today :) anyways EP is treating me well todays gym session was insane don't know if it is due to EP but my veins might as well of been jumping out of my skin. Starting cycle 3 on monday and i am expecting loads of progress. AND i got some new squat shoes!!! Here are some update pics from post workout and post workout meal today.

Have to love a good refeed day! Make them carbs worth it my brother! Good to hear you are already enjoying the run. Just wait as by about 2 weeks you will really get the full effect!

So sorry if I missed it but did you say you will be running EPRO for the full 8 weeks? If not I would definitely suggest picking up enough to stretch it. People have seen incredible results from the extra bottle and even claim increases are the strongest about week 6.

The old one is pretty killer honestly. Staying pretty dry off it. Sounds good on the updates my man I'm excited for you to run it.

I've saved a few bottles of OG EPRO to run sometime soon. Although I do prefer the new version I like that I can switch it up from cycle to cycle.

Thanks for joining! And Hahahah yeah AP and me got off on the wrong foot. So day 4, today is a off day with the macros being 190P/324C/74F. I'm heading to the gym soon to practice some deadlift, still trying to perfect my form. And also the beloved stairmaster!! EP is treating me well can't wait for it to really kick in. And it's NFL Sunday so it's going to be a great day

I've been following all my fantasy players today. Football Sunday is always a blast! Just sucks I go in to work at 9pm after all day watching games. I'm confident you will really start enjoying EP as you progress.

A huge highlight about the new version of EP over the og for me is much more evident strength gains. Still get the drying out and leaning but with the addition of strength.

Day 5! to start off i hope everyones NFL teams one, i know the Pats killed it so that made my day better, anyway EP is going well i am looking at least in my eyes a little more dry, maybe placebo but hell I'm happy with it. Just got back from the first week in my new 5 week cycle so we will see how strength increase along the way. 5 more carbs are added to my diet this week making todays macros 190P/369C/74F.
