Hi guys,starting the next week my new supps log. Just ordered all and in 1 week gonna have all.

The stack will be;

.FOLLIDRONE /.FORMERON /.PROLACTRONE /.FORSKOLIN 95 /.SLINSANE

ill stack with my preworkout anyway( WHITE PUMP/WHITE FLOOD REB.)

I'll be running the log for 8 week and we'll se how it goes.
I workout 5 times a week + 2/3 soccer session on "rest" days.

Diet will be on par with TDEE( planning to go slighly more in these weeks thought).

If got some tips on dosage all is welcome.

Ok so in the waiting for the package,ill post up the protocol im intended to do:

-FOllidrone 2CPS preworkout(16:00)

-Formeron 2 PUMP upon wake(7.00) + 2 PUMP pre bed(23.45)

-Prolactrone 1CPS 15:00 (before preworkout) + 1CPS prebed(23.45)

-Forskolin 95 1CPS upon wake(7.00) + 1 CPS before lunch(13.00)

-Slinsane 1CPS every 20-30gr. complex carb.

What you think of the dosing?

Ok here's an update because the entire packaging is coming home today.

Tomorrow i will start the protocol as suggested above.

Some stats about me now;

186cm x 84kg, working out 5 times a week and 3 days week soccer( 1 day both weight and soc.)

TDEE 2459, i will stay around that,maybe 200-300 kcal above,but that's not a problem with all the movement i do.

I'll update through the day.

PS: im not in america,dont look at me strange cause ill write at yours night timeXD

DAY 1
Ok so little update as the suppz arrived before workout,

i managed to take follidrone 2 cps prework then before bed time 1 prolact and 2 formeron pumps.

Nothing to say now,only that i was more focused than other days with the folli. Was back-day.

Today will be the first full day. Later for update!

DAY 2


Ok so today is the second day and the first full. Doned a great chest and back day.

Pushed substantially more and one thing for sure, energy lasted longer.
I confess later after gym was a bit crashed, more for the vigorous workout instead of something else.
Noticing much more retention going out thanks to 3 pumps of formeron.
And in the morning im more easily wakupable!

So far so good. today rest day and tomorrow chest femoral biceps.
