I've been using mine with coconut oil and coffee in the mornings. Works pretty well that way.Today hit up some chest. I started using coconut oil and going to try and do different things with it.
Chest:
incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 215 lbs x 4, 275 lbs x 2
flat db bench press: 55 lbs x 8, 85 lbs x 8,8
cable flyes: 70 lbs x 10,10,10
pec deck: 150 lbs x 10,10,10
