After some days off and my brother leaving for couple days to watch Colts vrs ravens game, we hit it back up today with leg day. Man this stuff is something serious. It's like what i'd expect people on adderall to feel like.

Legs:

leg presses: 4 plates x 12, 6 plates x 10, 8 plates x 8, 4 plates x 10

leg ext: 135 lbs x 10,10,10 105 lbs x 10

lying leg curls: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

smith machine squats: 135 lbs x 10, 185 lbs x 8, 205 lbs x 6

Long week at work. We got the head dog from Dept of Homeland Sec coming in for a tour. I have to dress in a scba tank and level b suit. Oh joy!! Lol not. Hit up shoulders today.

Still no where that i'd like them to be Kat. I don't know why but last month been rough in terms of feeling sleepy and tired all the time. Well I do have to keep telling myself I have a 7 month old baby lol. Anyway it was very rough in that suit and mask today. I dripped nasty sweat all over lol. Glad its done with. Hitting up gym later.

Yep i took a pic had to be my weak lil calves in the shot lol. I'll post them later. Hit up biceps today! felt good with exception of the pain and tingles in my fingers. I'm sure it's going to be carpel tunnel. But still did a good bi workout.

Biceps:

standing db curls: 30 lbs x 8,8,8,8

spider db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8,

ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 8,8,8,8

concentration curls: 30 lbs x 6,6,6

straight bar curls with 10 lbs add 21's style x 2 sets. **** hurts like hell but beast i must.

flat db bench press: 55 lbs x 8, 85 lbs x 8,8

cable flyes: 70 lbs x 10,10,10

I've been using mine with coconut oil and coffee in the mornings. Works pretty well that way.

Just make sure you avoid calcium, according to pyrobatt :)

What kind of effects are you getting so far?

Well I just started yesterday. I did 1tbs of coconut oil with 1 tbs natty pnb. Then 2 tbs coconut oil in my protein shake this morning. I'm going to start using it in my coffee as well. Thanks for the calcium tip :)
