Ok, first thing i want to hit on is the TASTE! It taste amazing and mixes perfectly! The texture is very very smooth! Now with that out of the way, lets get down to business!

Today is an off day, so didnt take stimino!

Today was just cardio and abs! Done the bike for 20 mins after pounding my abs for around 30mins! Stimino still going strong for me!

Sorry for the recent absent fellas! Ive been to a conference for my profession the past 2 days!

Anyway, today was an off day! On my off days i take my stimino first thing in the morning! It gives me a good pump up in the morning!

Start back logging tomorrow!

So here is small review for stimino so far!

Energy: 8/10. energy is pretty decent on my workout days! I take 2 scoops on my training days and 1 in the morning on my off days!

Taste: 10/10. fruit punch is the bomb! It seriously taste amazing!

Solubility: 10/10. it mixes perfect with just a few shakes of my bottle! It has slight foaming, but its not bad!

Overall: 9/10.

Today was off day! Also some foodporn....had a cookout at my aunt's house! Was AMAZING!

For abs i usually do some heavy cable crunches and lots of leg raises utilizing hanging leg raises and roman chair leg raise with db!

Twas a pretty good workout!

Today was shoulders! I added some GMS in my stimino and man my shoulders ballooned up! I didnt even record anything, just went into the gym and got a huge pump and left! Simple as that!

Also postworkoit was chicken, peas and some pumpkin spice limited edition oatmeal! It was very tasty! If you find it, you have got to try it!

Twas a sad day today! I finished up my stimino today! I took 2 scoops and then there was a little left in the tub, so i just went ahead and dumped it in my shaker. Probably close to 3 scoops today!

Lets just say i needed the extra energy for leg day!

Final review time!

Taste: fruit punch was amazing! Easily a 10/10. It was very smooth and not gritty at all!

Energy: 8/10 energy was ok, but remember it only contained caffeine! Somedays i took 2 scoops and some 1 scoop! My last day i would guess it was around 3 scoops preworkout! Had energy through my whole leg workout!

Mixibility: 10/10 nothing to note here! Mixed perfectly with little foam and with just a few shakes of my shaker!

Overall this is a great product and its very unique! It has leucine added to aid in recovery! Also has the strength enhancing ingredient betaine!

Overall rating: 9/10

Again, i want to thanks CL for this opportunity to log this! Thanks!
