Alright guys so this is my first log. My first post actually. I've been a lurker for awhile now and thought i'd contribute with a supplement log. Be gentle... :nervous:

So I'll begin with a little background. I've been lifting seriously for about 2 years now. Although I've been going to the gym for many years. I did Strong Lifts 5X5 looking to build a base and I had good results. I gained about 12 lbs lean body mass in half a year. Then I switched to a split for a few months for aesthetics, looking to recomp. Even though I didn't put on much mass (4 lbs) I added muscle to my calves which were seriously underdeveloped after 5x5 and I added .5 inches to my biceps. I also lost a decent amount of fat. Now that summer is over I'm looking to start bulking and I've decided to give DermaStr3ngth a go! I'll update after every workout starting monday, give a run down of my workout and give my overall thoughts on the product. I'll be using heavy core lifts and some accessories. I'm not sure what to expect but here it goes!

Age: 24
Weight: 186 lbs
Body Fat: roughly 14-15%

Supplements and Diet:

Dermastr3ngth: Half a pump in the morning. Half a pump pre-workout. Roughly 100 mg Laxogenin.
Combat Powder: 2 scoops (50 grams protein post workout)
DAA: 3.5 grams a.m.
C4: 2 scoops pre-workout
Fish oil: 4 caps am and pm

I'll be starting my bulk out at 2000 calories (low I know) but I'll be upping it 100 calories a week for 8 weeks. I'd like to give my metabolism a chance to adjust from my cutting/recomp phase. Protein will be kept at 1.5x bodyweight. Macros: 40:40:20

Wednesday:
Weight 186.5
BF:13.6%

Today I had a great f*cking lift! It also appears my body fat has dropped .4% but that may be contributed purely to diet. However my endurance is through the roof. I'm really happy with this so far. I feel like I've dropped some water weight and shredded up a bit. I've also felt an odd libido increase shortly after applying Dermastrength.

Workout:

Seated Cable Row: 180 x 10, 190 x 10, 200 x 5, 120 x 8, 120 x 6
Underhand Cable Pulldowns: 100 x 10, 120 x 10, 140 x 6, 160 x 5, 180 x 5
Barbell Curl: 80 x 10, 90 x 10, 100 x 6, 110 x 5, 115 x 4 (PR for reps)!
Preacher Curl: 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 10

Bent Knee Hip Raises: 3 sets of 20 reps
Ab Crunch Machine: 95 x 10, 110 x 10, 110 x 10

I normally incorporate Pendlay rows in this workout but I injured my back a few weeks back and want to let it heal completely.

I'm in! Been using DermaStrength the past couple of weeks and it has helped my muscles stay fuller while going through my PCT.

Awesome. This is what I've noticed too. I've lost some fat as well. Did it lean you out any?

Weight: 184

My workout was great today. I finally started to dead lift again after a break due to a back injury I had a month ago. I noticed my form was a little off but towards the end I got it on lock. My muscles feel like they are about to explode. Awesome pumps, feeling beastly. I also noticed an increase in my endurance. I was able to do more chin ups than I normally can.

Workout:

Dead lift: 5 x 115, 5 x 145, 3 x 175, 5 x 185, 5 x 215, 6 x 245
Chin ups: 10x, 10x, 8x, 6x, 6x
Dumbbell Row: 15 x 55, 15 x 55, 15 x 55, 15 x 55
Super Horizontal Calf: 180 x 15, 230 x 15, 250 x 15, 270 x 10
Abdominal Crunch: 90 x 15, 95 x 15, 100 x 15, 110 x 15

Weight: 183 (my weight and body fat keeps dropping and no strength loss)
Body Fat: 13.2%

Today was not a good day for me. I was almost run over on the way back home and when I yelled at the guy to watch where he's going he tried to fight me. Now I've been in plenty of fights when I was younger and I've learned nothing good comes from it just injuries and legal problems. So I did the right thing and walked away. Even though I know I did the right thing, it still left me pissed off with a bruised ego. So of course I had to go get some Iron therapy. I channeled that anger and I hit some PRs and rep PRs today!

Workout:

Bench: 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 205 x 8 PR, 225 x 6 PR, 245 x 4 PR
Iso Lateral Bench Press: 270 x 10, 320 x 5, 340 x 5, 360 x 5, 380 x 2 PR
Shrug (hammer strength): 180 x 12, 230 x 10, 250 x 10, 270 x 10, 290 x 10
Dips: x10, x10, x10, x10, x 10 PR (This is unbelievable for me.. I usually start to decline on the third set but I felt strong as ever)
Triceps Pushdowns: 60 x 10, 65 x 10, 75 x 10, 75 x 8

20 minutes cardio on treadmill

Weight: 183
Body Fat: 13.3%

I didn't have time to log this after my workout last night so I'll do it today. I had a pretty decent lift yesterday. I opted to not squat due to my back acting up which is disappointing to me. I'd really like to point out that this product really keeps me feeling solid all day long. I woke up this morning feeling like a rock. Today I'm going to get some rest besides 40 minutes on the treadmill.

Workout:

Leg Press: Warm up: 225 x 10 Work Set: 270 x 5, 320 x 5, 340 x 5, 360 x 5, 380 x 5
Leg Extension: 150 x 10, 160 x 10, 180 x 10, 190 x 10, 200 x 10
Leg Curl: 50 x 10, 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 80 x 10
Horizontal Calf Press: 180 X 20, 230 x 16, 250 x 16, 270 x 16
