Iron Flex Diabolix Log
At last! I am ready to get this log bumping! Big thanks to IronFlex and all the guys for giving me this log opp. Got my first bottle in yesterday and was told the second was on the way. I am ready to get this thing started!
First thing first. I have run roughly half a dozen PH cycles in my life but none in the past two years, maybe 2 1/2. So this will be breaking my cherry all over again. I was forced into semi-retirement Jan 2013 for personal issues but came back to the gym full force since October 2013. At that time my maxes sucked. I could only bench 225x3, squat 315x3, and had a roughly 405 squat after not lifting for 9 months. Since that time I have busted my ass and my PR's currently stand at 365x1 for bench, 475x1 for squat, and 545x1 for deadlift. I am a powerlifter by heart although I do not feel like I have quite met "Powerlifter" status yet.
As far as workouts go, I am a big fan of Layne Norton's PHAT training and also 5x5 training. I generally train 5 days a week if at all possible and only take rest days when work interferes, when I need sleep more than I need another consecutive day, or I've met my 5 day quota and there is tail to be had. I hate cardio and I doubt you will see any of it in this log. I will however be pulling a Barry Bonds because I'm in a softball league :fest30:
Cycle Layout:
Going to play Diabolix by ear but what I can read from other logs I am going to start at 75mg and probably stick in a mild range since this is my first cycle in a while.

I also took a 3-point bodyfat test with digital calipers. It read somewhere around 15% but Ill let the pictures do the talking because I have no fuggin clue.
