Hi All,
I'm on my 2nd cycle and hadn't planned on logging it, but 2 weeks in it is so good I thought I would, plus some friends suggested it. (peer pressure)! I'm slammed busy but found I can copy/paste my workouts from the JeFit app I use at the gym, so it's a little easier.

I'm 44 years old, 5'7", 170#, about 16% BF.
I'm 2 weeks into it, and am taking:
120mg dermatren, 60mg upon awakening (after quick hot shower), workout 45 min-1 hr later, 60 mg 12 hrs later
500mg epiandro hard (100mg tabs- 3 PWO, 2 more 12 hrs later)
Caber .5mg Monday and Thursday
Econtrol 25mg twice daily
liv52
hawthorne berry extract
fish oil
Glutamine
Creatine
Bcaa
PWO
protein (shooting for 200+/day, about 90 from whey and mixed protein taken around workout and throughout day and night)
Nizoral 2% (helps keep hair with dht ph), just using 2x/week because I'm not noticeably losing hair

PCT:
Have exem, tamoxifen (will do 30/20/20/10), super PCT, epic, damage control for PCT.
I also have some DAA supps, and caber and inhibit p but am not sure if any of these are needed/would be helpful for PCT.

don't eat perfect or count calories, etc, but trying to get better at it (just finished off some fettuccine Alfredo with chicken)
Wanting to cut some, show definition and increase vascularity, and I can see it coming.

I don't like cardio and try to leave only 60sec between sets, less on small body parts, but lately in the spirit of cutting I've started doing 5 min tabata cardio before and after lifting (sprint 20 sec, slow 10 sec, repeat). Hard as hell if you do it right.

I don't lift like some of you guys, but I think I kick some ass for a 44 year old salesman (but I'm still 24 in my head)! Hit a PR with the 245# smith squat today.
*One thing I've recently changed that lowered some of my lifts A LOT- after seeing a log from Wes Inman it reminded me of the benefit of squeezing and holding at the top, which I'm doing on many exercises now (shrugs, calf raises, almost all but the major compound movements), and I've gotten sore in muscles that haven't been sore for a long time.

I've had some major injuries- when I post pics you can see a large scar on my abs, and a couple years ago I tore my left bicep in half. I can still use it but not like before, and only half of it remains, near my shoulder. So, I figure I can still work on making all my other muscles bigger- glad I can still workout it's my escape.

BTW, my first cycle was excellent- Super DMZ 3.0- was awesome had good gains and no probs at 2/day, and I heard the first was always the best, well that's BS to me, this dermatren/epiandro was better in a week- maybe it just kicks in sooner?

I'm open to suggestions or encouragement.

Here are some pics my wife took a week ago (which was also a week into the cycle)
Began night of 8/13/14:
Dermatren 30mg
Epiandro 200mg

8/14/14 first full day
Dermatren 90mg (3 half pumps)
Epiandro 400mg

8/15/14
Dermatren 120mg (2 full pumps/day), was having trouble knowing if my half pumps were accurate doses so contacted OL and decided to try 2 full pumps. 2 weeks later still excellent, no sides except a little extra sweat, some tiredness, but nothing bad. Thus far, even still have libido and full function down there, especially on awakening.
Epiandro 400mg (2 in am, 2 in pm)

8/19 went to 500mg epiandro. Will go to 600mg very soon, maybe tomorrow. Will count them and make sure I have enough to do what I want, and for as long as I want. I plan on extending the epiandro 15 days past when I'm finished with dermatren. Have 6 bottles.
Just doing some catch up since I started logging 2 weeks in.

Question: does anyone know or have experience with drinking grapefruit juice with ph? I've read some scientific stuff that it actually blocks the breakdown of some drugs so much they can be dangerous, but also they absorb much more into the system. I saw some guys here that like it. The trenavar is dermal but epiandro is oral and I started drinking about half a glass of grapefruit juice with my a.m. dose. Any shared experience is welcome! I don't want to hurt myself but am all for absorbing more PH.

My shoulders have always been harder for me (especially side delts)- I'm giving them a little more intensity now.

I spoke to my friend at Gold's and mentioned the profuse sweating I've had lately, and he said its totally normal- that is the hormone speeding up the metabolism. He is more familiar with the target hormone (tren). I must admit that I would like to try the real deal sometime if I can feel very confident of the whole process. I am totally enjoying this now though, and I have several PH cycles I want to try after this (such as trest, diabolix, trenazone, dimethandrostenol, alpha 1). So many PH, so little time! :laugh:

I decided to lower my econtrol to 1/day (25mg arimistane) and see how it works, was taking 2. Am having 0 estro sides and keep reading about the less is more philosophy, and that it might be unhealthy to suppress e for too long a time period, + a little e can be beneficial. I'll be on this cycle 8 weeks, then an additional week-10 days of epiandro only, then will use some exem during 4 weeks PCT (= 13+ weeks of some AI). Any thought on that, is my thinking right here?

I'll touch base to mention I'm getting stronger on this, and am hitting and/or matching PRs a lot the last couple workouts (last back day had 2 consecutive dead lift PRs, today curls).

I'm having some lethargy, but not in the gym and am even wanting to do a second workout at night, which I've done once, maybe twice. Lifting is feeling real good. I'm powering through the last rep or 2, where before I would've failed (I mean at failure I'm doing more)!

I'm keeping myself from working out 2x/day so I can grow a little more. I workout 6-7 days, and have upped the volume recently. I'll try and put some more workouts on here but have to be in front of my computer for that, and just wanted to touch base.

Still at 170#, don't care about gaining a lot of weight but more wanting definition, hardness, vascularity.

Also, I lowered epiandro hard to 300mg as a base (from 500mg), and keeping dermatren at 120mg, and looking forward to finishing the 3rd bottle at 180mg days 46-60. I lowered epiandro for a couple reasons- aggression was a little higher than desired (I know trenavar is a big culprit for that too), and to see if a lower dose would work and to lessen the other dht sides (hair loss, prostate probs).

So far so good after 4 days, mood is fine and the equipment is working good!

It's hard as hell to take pics of self flexing, and I'm not doing it good! I noticed after just a couple weeks doing shrugs Wes's way (hold/squeeze 10 sec at top), it's showing some.

Thanks 007, it's amazing in the gym for me, and even more so because I've had a head/chest cold or allergy the last 2 days. I try and remember to use anti bac hand sanitizer for others- I'd just feel worse if I didn't workout.

Workout routine

Here is my current routine. It's been working really good for a while, with tweaks (I recently added calves and abs, and upped the reps and sets on some exercises.

The # is the min # of sets for that muscle.

D1: Back (11+), abs (6+)
D2: Chest (11+), abs (6+)
D3: Quads (7+), hams (5+), calves (6+)
D4: Biceps (7+), Triceps (7+), forearms (4+), abs (6+)
D5: Shoulders (12+), traps (4+), calves (6+) (damn I forgot calves today!!)

Sometimes I can't get it all in due to time, but am usually close or right on it.

Here's my Back workout today- hit another PR on Deadlifts on set 4 (still not real heavy, but making progress). I also added calves that I forgot yesterday (I added a few extra calf and abs in my routine a couple days ago to try and get them to show, + am doing higher reps w/pause and squeeze for 3ct at top). This workout was 75 minutes- a good 20-30 minutes longer than I used to do with about the same time between sets. Endurance and strength are back, reminds me of being 21 again. Today is day 22 on dermatren and epiandro hard, and I noticed the DT bottle is about empty. Got a full pump this a.m.- perfect, it should last 22.5 days at 120mg/day.

BTW, I've seen there is a big difference in opinion of whether or not to use a weight belt (some say it protects the back, others that it keeps the back from getting strong). I don't use one, but I used to. I regularly see big BBrs both using one and not. I would like to hear any comments on that if you have the time.

Want to share a couple sides, some of which I expected. My blood pressure is high, but not dangerous (no headaches or anything). I'm taking 6 hawthorne berry extracts to match the amount cycle assist uses, and started 8/15. I know now I should've started pre cycle because it can raise bp for a couple weeks, which I'm at the end of now. Not sleeping perfect, but good enough, no complaint.

An odd thing is I wake up ed with a raging boner, but my libido is way down. Meaning, I have little drive to get busy with wife (which is fine she's great, but not the same after menopause), and haven't even wanted to look at some choice sites on the internet for a couple weeks. Very strange, but OK! Last time that happened in a cycle I pretty much didn't get an erection either- not the case this time. I say it's the epiandro/dht that's keeping it going down there. Just passing along experience.

Here's my chest workout today. Felt good again, strong and not having to take over 1 min between any sets, less with isolation movements and smaller muscle groups (abs about 20 sec).

I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid, but there is a little fat at my lower/outer left pec so I added 2 inhibit-p/day, to my already .5mg caber capsule (Mon and Thurs only on caber). Got from MJR and hope they are good (nothing but good reviews). Also went back to 50mg arimistane/day and might go to 75mg, or switch to exem. I'm having no probs with dry joints, and want to avoid bitch tits if at all possible! If I notice any increase in fat there I will take tamoxifen and exem, and increase caber.
However, there is probably nothing there that hasn't been there a long time- this is just the first time I've looked closely. There are no firm discs behind the nipples, just a little fat, and it is not at the nipple area but closer to armpit. Probably need to lose some fat!

Missed a few days- here are my workouts starting with legs on 9/6 (1st time I did reqular squats in a while, kicked my ass! Gotta build endurance with those again), and ending today with shoulders. I'm trying to increase the shoulder workout, especially to focus on adding size and shape/definition to the side delts.

Also, many times I'm having to pocket my pride because I'm giving the bodybuilding way more of a shot, and trying higher reps and as perfect form as I can, plus holding and squeezing at the top of all the isolation exercises (calf raises, flyes, curls, etc.). I'm still working in a little strength though, maybe a set of each compound I'll go heavier, but not 2-3 sets.

I also have done more reading about trenavar and dermatren cycles and rather than going all the way up to 180 (3 pumps) on the last 15 days, I'm going to try 150mg the last 30 days. I've seen some guys I like to follow have had issues at higher doses. I figure it will give me more time to grow, and maybe not suffer sides too bad (not bad now). that will be starting Saturday at 150mg- 1 pump upon awakening, 2-3 hours later after workout/shower another 1/2 pump, then 1 pump around 6pm as usual. That would be 120mg 1st 30 days and 150mg last 30 days of dermatren, and I might go from 300mg to 400mg of epiandro hard, not sure. I've been having some lethargy but can overcome it if I focus, but I've got plenty of epiandro so if it might help, why not?

Good solid workout- feel it did some good but totally ran out of steam before doing abs, and wimped out and did back extension machine instead of deadlifts (won't happen next time)! I felt the back extensions though...

Still no bad sides, waking a little during the night and going back to sleep, having to bridle aggression out of the gym but I think it's actually making me be a little nicer then normal to control it, who knows (ask my wife)!:wink1: I'm stronger, with fuller harder muscles than I've had in decades I think. My shirts fit tighter. My appetite has gotten bigger- trying to eat a lot of lean protein. A can of tuna in water is a quick 20+ grams of protein for a small snack, but not the tastiest. I'm drinking minimum over 1 gallon water/day. I have a 74oz jug I drink 2 a day, + glasses of water with meals. I look forward to gym time now, and spend a lot more in there. Almost halfway done with the cycle. Time flies!

Good chest today- back to back PRs on db flat bench! Haven't done those in a while but like them. Would like to get to 85 or 90 lbs db for a few reps, that would be new for me. Seems attainable- maybe do it earlier in workout.
Still feeling strong and full. I felt like my muscles were going to rip the skin on my last drop set of butterfly, especially the last rep or 2- felt much bigger than I am, yet I am getting bigger with lean muscle. I really meant to cut little, or recomp, but it looks like I'm (lean) bulking some. Just have to eat a lot, I'm hungry! Wish I'd kept measurements from my 20s to compare....those were the days, nothing to do but school, chase girls, and workout (with a lot of test to help with the last 2 things)!
I can be in better shape now, I believe, but the big difference is now I have to watch what I eat. Back then I ate like a horse, and anything (multiple whoppers for lunch, huge Mexican dinners, pizza, etc.). Now too much of that stuff makes me look soft.

Legs yesterday. Had to skip bb squat due to pain in left trap. Don't know if exem caused it, but it started after I began it at 12.5mg ED, and went away after I quit it. Doing 50mg ED of arim (don't know if it's doing anything tho)

* Had to quit after 2 sets- pump in my abs felt like they would explode. Went away after a couple minutes. Not the first time.
I'm getting a little vascular, been wanting veins for a long time! I noticed and snapped these pictures at lunch, about 5 hours after my workout.

I was curious how much weight increase I've had on the deadlift since I've been on dermatren and epiandro hard and checked my logs. 1 month ago my heaviest set was 205 for 5 reps, and yesterday I did 225 x 6, and 275 x 2.

I was going to try gw-501516 to cut, but seeing the rat cancer research scared me off. Guess I'll just eat a little leaner. Cardio has become something I just don't want to do right now- Will try and keep heart rate up with shorter rest between sets. Also, have heard good things about albuterol.
Am going to extend the cycle a bit, with dbol and test e. Really looking forward to that! Won't start till near the end of dermatren tho, maybe in a week or so, just overlap 1-2 weeks with dermatren, do a few weeks of dbol/test e, then a few more of test only.

Did legs and calves today, still strong but endurance sucked! Had to do Smith squats because both squat racks were taken, so I did ass to grass reps, hope they did some good. For years people taught parallel only (no lower or it would hurt knees), but I'm glad these lower squats have come back into good teaching, they definitely work better for me even with lower weight, and don't hurt my knees- and I have a bad knee that used to act up a lot.

Got my oral dbol and test e 4 days ago, and am already feeling it (dbol). My aggression kicked in like a mother****er today! Those garbage cans will never be the same. I frontloaded the test, 1000mg wk 1, 500 wk 2 on. It's definitely a learning experience.
I was on 150mg Dermatren and was planning on staying on it for 2 more weeks, but decided to drop down to 60mg since I'm on these others now, + it's my second bottle of dtren and real low, so I am stretching it out a few days and will save the 3rd bottle. I'm taking enough. Its been a hell of a good cycle- just dtren and epiandro hard. I'm still on 400mg epiandro till the test e kicks in.
Also started 12.5mg ED exem, and .2mg prami just to be safe (till I'm done with dtren). Been itching on mid-upper left pec, but think it's probably the derma.

Dtren (OL) and epiandro hard (by pn) gave me much increased strength, some vascularity, and full hard muscles all the time. Looking forward to trying real tren in the future, plan on spring after good pct and a break. This stuff was good!!!

In hindsight, if I did trenavar again I'd do oral PWO, derma the rest. I think oral would be quicker but am sold on the increased time and absorption of derma application.
