Thanks to MyoKem and DKGreen88 for choosing me to try and log their product. Also all the MyoKem reps Swolbraham, Myokemist, @Clipper83, hulkish1, tyga tyga

Myokem Alphadex is a brand new supplement that specifies in estrogen control. Think of Alphadex as an anti-estrogen product that keeps your muscles lean and hard. Any male that works out, fears the word estrogen. Most bodybuilders get their levels checked and try to always have a lower estrogen level and increased testosterone levels.

I will be using this product as part of my PCT that will also include-
Nolva
Sup3er PCT
Ar1macare Pro

Looking for this product to do just as it claims keep my estrogen under control and to help me keep getting stronger and maintain my gains from my cycle.

I started on Saturday with one pill in the morning and one before bed as the label states. This week will be a De-load week for my workouts so the intensity will be a little down and will be going for more reps and lest rest to keep the blood flowing and give my joints a break.

I look forward to the next 4 weeks giving my input and progress.

Thanks!! Going to change it up. Probably a little less strength training and going for more reps and shorter rest times. Give my joints a break.
Doing a De-load this week so going to work on that this week so I can come out strong next week.

Casually followed the diabolix log and in this one also. 12 pound gain and looking like little to no change in leanness. Looks like it was an effective run.

Casually followed the diabolix log and in this one also. 12 pound gain and looking like little to no change in leanness. Looks like it was an effective run.
I was very pleased with it. If I knew I would have handled the calories so well I would have pushed for even more but I gain fat easily so I was cautious.

I was very pleased with it. If I knew I would have handled the calories so well I would have pushed for even more but I gain fat easily so I was cautious.
I definitely know the feeling. What I would give to be a hard gainer for a year...

I definitely know the feeling. What I would give to be a hard gainer for a year...
It's that double edge sword; I can put on muscle but the fat comes along with it. If we were hardgainers we would be complaining about that..lol

A few pics from this weekend.

Rest day yesterday. Body just felt wore down. Feeling much better this morning and plan on a leg workout this afternoon.

Weighing in at 257 this morning but can see the veins in my arms. That usually doesn't happen till I'm in the 240 range.

One week into PCT and everything is going good.
Look forward to this week and my workouts to see if Alphadex helps me keep my strength up.

Had a good week with a little De-load, just did a couple of workouts last week. I could tell my body needed a break after hitting it hard for 8 weeks.
Took some time off this weekend to do some home improvements in out bathroom.
Ready to get back to training now!

Today will be a Upper Body Power day.
I haven't lost any weight from my cycle, so PCT is going great with the addition of Alphadex! Muscles are still looking good and hard with some vascularity.

Had a really good workout coming off of my De-load week. Strength and stamina felt great. Definitely will be able to increase on some weights for next week.
Weight is holding steady around 257 so haven't lost any weight, although I will be looking to keep on the Re-comp phase I have been on. Keeping my calories around maintenance seems to be working pretty good.

Muscles are looking hard and pumps are good and haven't had any issues with my joints hurting so Alphadex seems to be doing it's job.

Thanks! Weight is still hanging around 257 and strength was good yesterday for my first workout after a de-load week.

Good leg workout. Feeling really good with my workouts and how I am looking. I have never been this lean at this high of a weight (256). Staying with doing a body re-comp so I can slowly lose a little fat. Been sticking with IIFYM and this is by far the best way I have found to control my weight without any big fluctuations. I tried for so long to lean out that I slowed my metabolism down, finally it is recovering.
Look forward to continued progress in the coming months!

ALPAHDEX is doing it's job. Looking nice and dry with no bloating but weight staying steady around 256 and strength has not dropped off. Libido is still strong also.
