Follidrone, Viron, and Norco log

Ok first time doing a log so bear with me if I miss anything.

Been back into lifting for 4 months now. Had/have a lot of health issues with a complete endocrine system shut down that jacked up my thyroid, testosterone, and other important body levels. Now that it's getting under control I needed to get back into shape when the scale hit 300lbs.

Current stats:
Age 31
Weight 278
DL:415
Squat 395
Bench 295

These are huge numbers considering where I started 4 month ago.

I lifted quite a bit in the Army. Played with 1AD, NO, and creatine but that was 10+ yrs ago now.

Diet is currently carb cycling 3 down 1 up. At the gym 3 days a week.

Just started Follidrone 2 caps and Viron 1 cap today pre will also take them post as I've seen logged and been taking Norco 2 caps am and 1 pm for 3 days now.

I will say the Norco does give me a boost of energy and I'm really close to that jittery edge but haven't crossed over. I'm sure it will settle over time.

Today was chest day. Working on endurance loads.

Warm up:
Shoulder complex (straight & lateral raises, rotating movement)
5lb x 10
10lb x 10

Pause bench:
135 x 6
155 x 6
165 x 6
180 x 6
190 x 6
205 x 6 2 sets

Blocked bench:
205 x 5 3 sets

Cluster 2 rep 10 sec rest
155 x 10 4 sets

DB single arm skulls
15 x 10 x2

DB front raise
30 x 10 x2

Dip machine
230 x 10 x2

Again just a start if I'm missing anything please ask.

Just on Norco today since it's an off day... Took 2 in the am when I woke up, no hunger all day, felt the perk up within 20 mins or so and felt great all afternoon. Noticed I felt a little warmer than normal and had a bit more sweating than usual but nothing crazy. Took last dose and again feel great alert and ready to go. No jitters or edgy feeling.

Day 3 tomorrow will be a good test for all 3... Heavy back day with deads!

Man today I was feeling great when I hit the gym.

2 Norco, 2 Follidrone, 1 Viron pre.

Warm up deads till I hit working weight at 80%

325x6 2 sets
335x6

Had a twinge in the lower back as I went completely raw on my first set of 325....but the weight flew up and I was quick and powerful off the ground which was impressing my workout partners (one of which holds a couple state dead records). Threw the belt on for the last sets and again quick and strong off the ground and felt like I could have worked a lot harder weight.

Attempted deficit deads but I didn't want to jack the back up more.

Moved and did supine lat pulls
160x12 4 sets
again just power and speed felt great.
Seated rows to finish
160x12 4 sets

I really feel great with the Norco have lots of focus and energy to just get after it. The power and speed of the workout today was just insane and looking forward to leg day Saturday as that'll be a good test.
