Adizzle Maxes Out with Iforces NEW MaxOut
Current Stats:
H: 5'11"
W: 210lbs
Background: Alright guys just a little background, during the beginning of last week i was pretty sick and actually dropped from about 217lbs to about 208lbs. Now alot was fluid and by now im back up to 210 however i still do feel slightly run-down so to speak. It will not effect my log however i wanted to put this out there so if i start rapidly gaining weight again you know why!
Pre Workout History: All of them, obviously most recent has been HyperMax, which is really heavy on the stims so will be interesting to compare the two!
Training Regimen: Currently its:
Mon: Chest/ Arms(just for a pump, done in about 20-30 min)
Tues: Back
Wed: Shoulders/Traps
Thur: Arms
Fri: Quads/Hams/Calfs
Sat/Sun: REST
However i will likely be changing it up soon for some variety.
Diet:
Meal 1: 3 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup Oatmeal, 8oz Juice, 1 Yogurt
Meal 2: 2 scoops Whey, 2 cups Oats, 1 Banana
Meal 3: 8oz Chicken, 1 cup Rice, Brococli, either Juice or PowerAid
--------Pre Workout: 25g Carbs, Max Out
--------Intra Workout: PowerAid, 7g BCAAs, 2 scoop CreMax(5g Creatine)
Meal 4: 2 scoops Whey, 2 cups Oats
Meal 5: 8oz Steak, Potatos or Mac n Cheese, Asparagus
Meal 6: 2 scoops Whey, 1 tbspn Peanut butter
For now i will keep it with this, i dont like 3 shakes but its just neccesary right now. Within 1-2 weeks i will be attempting to replace Meal 2 with 8-10oz Tilipia and White Rice, but for now this is it.
