    Current Stats:

    H: 5'11"
    W: 210lbs

    Background: Alright guys just a little background, during the beginning of last week i was pretty sick and actually dropped from about 217lbs to about 208lbs. Now alot was fluid and by now im back up to 210 however i still do feel slightly run-down so to speak. It will not effect my log however i wanted to put this out there so if i start rapidly gaining weight again you know why!


    Pre Workout History: All of them, obviously most recent has been HyperMax, which is really heavy on the stims so will be interesting to compare the two!


    Training Regimen: Currently its:

    Mon: Chest/ Arms(just for a pump, done in about 20-30 min)
    Tues: Back
    Wed: Shoulders/Traps
    Thur: Arms
    Fri: Quads/Hams/Calfs
    Sat/Sun: REST

    However i will likely be changing it up soon for some variety.

    Diet:

    Meal 1: 3 whole eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup Oatmeal, 8oz Juice, 1 Yogurt
    Meal 2: 2 scoops Whey, 2 cups Oats, 1 Banana
    Meal 3: 8oz Chicken, 1 cup Rice, Brococli, either Juice or PowerAid
    --------Pre Workout: 25g Carbs, Max Out
    --------Intra Workout: PowerAid, 7g BCAAs, 2 scoop CreMax(5g Creatine)
    Meal 4: 2 scoops Whey, 2 cups Oats
    Meal 5: 8oz Steak, Potatos or Mac n Cheese, Asparagus
    Meal 6: 2 scoops Whey, 1 tbspn Peanut butter

    For now i will keep it with this, i dont like 3 shakes but its just neccesary right now. Within 1-2 weeks i will be attempting to replace Meal 2 with 8-10oz Tilipia and White Rice, but for now this is it.

    Day 1:

    Legs: Friday August 15th

    Pre Workout: 1 scoop Maxout in 8oz water

    IntraWorkout: 1 PowerAid + 2 scoops CreMax


    Leg Ext: 5 sets 12-15 reps
    Leg Press: 2 x 25, 4 x 15, 6 x 10, 7 x 10 ( plates per side x reps)
    Single Leg Ext: 4 sets 15 reps
    Machine Leg Press: 4 sets 15-25 reps
    Standing Leg Curls: 3 sets x 12 reps
    Lying Leg Curls: 4 sets x 8-12 reps
    Seated Calfs 4 sets 15-20 reps
    Standing Calfs: 4 sets 15-20 reps


    Mix ability: Honeslty not an issue at all, there will be some residue from GMS thats a given, however i jsut added a little more water after i finished, gave it a swirl and got it all! I will say however it doesnt have the usual lemonade color, likely due to the Rholdia, it has a brownish yellow color, was weird at first but really makes no differencce.

    Taste: Reminds me of White Floods eletric lemonade, now i hvaent had white flood in years however thats initially what i thought, not the smoothest lemonade but totally drinkable.

    Initial Impressions: Energy was not super kick in the face, which i expected. I actually layed down for a sec to look on my phone and time passed pretty quick, however once i got up and started moving i could totally feel the energy and actually a kinda 'feel good' feeling about it. Again im a high stim type of guy so not what im used too however i still liked it.

    Seem to kinda die off towards the end of my workout however i wouldnt say its a fair assesment yet as i do still feel run-down a bit from being sick, so i can def tell a difference in my workouts. So overall energy was less then im used to however it felt real good.

    For pumps i didnt expect to get to much of a pump as my carbs have been way lower then normal however by the time i got to machine leg press while i was doing it i was getting spider viens in my tear drop so that was def pretty cool!

    Intra-Workout: 7g BCAAs


    Machine Crunch: 5 sets 15-25 reps
    Machine Crunch: 4 sets 15-20 reps
    Leg Raises: 4 sets 12 reps

    Standing Calf Raises Superset BW standing Calf Raises: 5 sets 10-15 reps
    Seated Calf Raises: 5 sets 10-15 reps


    Overall i was actually pretty impressed on what i felt with just a 1/2 scoop, seemed to work pretty well for mood and energy and i noticed more then i thought i would with just 1/2 scoop. Pumps were pretty strong on calf raises and had some vascularity going on so def nice.

    Tomorrow will be Chest so excited to see how it goes!

    Overall todays workout was really good! Again the energy is not insane like in your face however it seems to be plenty to complete an awesome workout. I mentioned in the first post i felt like i was dying out towards the end of the workout, i believe i can confirm that was due to sickness cause during this workout had no real drop off. I did however come home and take a nap after my post workout shake, so while it definitly wore off, it seemed to last full duration of my workout!

    Pumps and fullness were on point! I would say main thing i like so far is the feel good type feeling, the energy hasent really overly impressed me however between the feel good feeling and the pumps, pretty good product for me so far!

    Umm yea almost a euphoric type feeling and the energy is good no doubt, ive just been use to taking 400+mg caffeine with other stimulants so my tolerance is up there.

    The energy is nice, clean smooth energy and a almost type of euphoric feeling in the beginning. So far so good, doing shoulders/traps today so excited so see how it goes!

    I went for the immaculate bro work out for my first dose of MAXOUT. chesticles and biceps. the pumps was so severe for a bit there that my arms cramped up the rest of the evening.

    IntraWorkout: 50g Carbs, 7g BCAA, 5g creatine from CreMax


    Seated Side Raises: 25,30,35,40 x 12 reps, then 40x12, dropset to 30,22.5,12.5 x 15
    Smith Machine Press: 95x10, 135x10, 185x10, 185x10 dropset 135x6, 95x10
    Machine Rear Fly: 3 sets x 12 reps
    DB Rear Fly: 25, 30, 40 x 12 reps
    Cable Side Raises: 4 sets of 12-15

    Barbell Shurgs: 135x10, 225x10, 315x10, 405x6
    DB Shrugs 3 sec hold: 60x10, 80x10, 100x10


    Overall i liked the rounded scoop much better, intensity was good but dont feel cracked out or jittery at all. Pumps ofcourse were really good, great pumps and fullness. I added a little bit more water and found a dilution i liked, tasted much better this time around. Overall everythings going good, my right shoulder is injured so have to use smith machine and keep it kinda light, but overall great workout!

    Overall a great workout! Ive really been enjoying MaxOut quite a bit. Energy doesnt smack me in the face but i def feel different prettty quickly after finishing MaxOut. Energy and focus are pretty good and def get me through some tough workouts. I will say i notice a crash sometimes, it may just be the workout is tougher but ive noticed i have fallen asleep several times after my post workout shake. Flavor has been good, just needed slightly more water.

    I tried 1.5 scoops today.. the focus barely improved... the pumps were actually off. but the energy was like I like it.. not sure if the water content just wasn't enough. either way I will try a 1.25 dose next lift sesh and see if I can dial it in..
    TBH at 1.5 scoops the energy was a little stronger than I wanted but still better than at a single scoop.

    ehhhh i must be honest, i started out doing a good rounded scoop, been doing maybe 1.25 latley. Energy is not bad at all!

    wow you guys are sick...i look at the stimulants in max out and think maybe 1 scoop is just too much, but i want the full doses of the other ingredients haha

    well, after adizzle sent me home with hypermax, its been hard to reach the same level now that some of the greats are gone or reformulated. theres a few out there that smack me with stims but they are kinda rare these days.
    at 1.5 scoops it was no worse than a full dose of dex mixed with hemavol
