Firstly
Thanks To Vaughn & Everyone iForce
Very Generous of you guys.

To start Im 22 yo been lifting for about 4 years so far
i currently stand at 170lbs looking to stay around this weight but increase strength
as far as pre workout experiences i have pretty much tried everything on the market lol (a bit exaggeration)
just came off Katana a few weeks ago so Max out Will have Big Shoes to fill.
i will be running this 5 days out of the week so i should update 3-5 times depending how life is going
you can expect 100% Honesty no Bs in here
The Flavor i went with was Lemon Drop.
So i will let you guys know how it tastes, as i also have a bottle of Lemon Drop Hemavol To Compare it to.

okay so first workout went great

Took it in about 10 oz water
taste was strong but good reminded me of these

For those that have tried Animal Rage XL this tasted similar but better if that makes any sense
The after taste is where it taste like Lemon Drop Hemavol imo

Taste gets a thumbs up from me so far but will keep experimenting with water volume

i took it and in about 45 minutes i started feeling the energy and focus creep up on me
i say creep because it wasnt a kick in the ass jittery feeling just smooth and very pleasant

workout went like this


Warm up

5 sets of push ups to failure (about 30-40 each)
body weight pull ups 4 sets of 10
jump squats 3 sets till failure (body weight)
by the ending of my warm up i was already Pumped
got up from doing the push up sets like



haha the rest was

Bench press
3 sets till 15/ & 1 set to failure @150lbs

Dumb bell Flies
3 sets of 12@ 30lbs/ final set to failure

1 arm bench (DB)
2 sets till 10 @ 40lbs

(by this time im having trouble because of the pump)

tricep extension
3 sets at 80lbs to 14 reps

ez bar tricep extensions
2 sets 10 reps @ 65lbs

finished off with BW dips
2 sets till failure ( by this point 15-20)

Let me say this much had one of the best work outs in a LONG time!
the pump is crippling but i fkn enjoy it
im keeping low weight higher reps for this week as im having an exam next week and avoiding injury
although this does kick my ass haha

Might be placebro as i been waiting for this for a LONG time but only time will tell as i keep putting it to the test!

Second Work out


Today i used 14 Oz water & the flavor greatly improved
now it tastes a bit more similar to hemavol and the lemonade posted above

Stretched for a good 10 mins
after i took it i must say it took aother 35-40 mins to kick in
after the warm up it was on!!



started with Lunges (DB)
35lbs each side 15 reps for 3 sets

leg extensions
4 sets of 20 at 80lbs
(talk about Pump)

Dead Lifts
3 sets 15 reps at 160lbs

Front bb Squats
2 sets of 10 at 70lbs

Squats
did 2 sets at 140lbs to 15 reps
on the 3rd set at the 3rd legs hurt i mean hurt
i stopped and it ended up being that the pump was that strong
Crazy to say the least

so finished up with a jog, Weak Numbers i know :whiner:

over all went great
had a crazy pump, & 1 hour later im still fully energized and feel like i should still be hitting the weights rather than here typing!

Day 3

Let me start by saying i fell asleep at around 1 A.M & woke up About 5:00 A.M. for a endurance exam for a job
i was drained by the end of it but managed to pass (THANK GOD)
BTW i was a bit anxious/nervous reason i could not fall asleep (We all been there)
anyways by the time i got home 2-3 P.M. i had absolutely no intentions of lifting my body felt drained
i thought "Perfect time to put Max Out To The Test!"
well didn't go so well felt ****ty no energy ect
Now i don't blame this on Max Out or any item for that matter just thought i'd point it out as i am doing this log as honest as possible
i blame my lack of sleep the previous night on top of doing an endurance test

anyways

did shrugs
3 sets of 80lbs for about 15 reps
after this whole body ached and had to quit to avoid injury

hope tomorrow is a better day, i will be sure to get better sleep & up my motivation as well.​

how is it? taste wise? unless you have yet to receive it
im enjoying it right meow.. not as tangy as hemavol. perhaps a little more blueberry than pom in this one. its nice though. I went a full scoop in about 14 oz of water and ice.

Went CRAZY

Chest & Tris

light weights, high reps

Incline Bench
120lbs for 20 reps

Incline DB Flies
3 sets to failure (20-25) at 30lbs each

Flat BB Bench
120lbs for 12 reps 4 sets

ez curl bar skull crushers
4 sets of 45lbs 18 reps

reverse BB Skull crushers
Bar Only 35 reps 2 sets

Finished on dips
(BW)x15x2

Had better sleep last night
woke up feeling great and refreshed took my scoop 14oz water tasted great

in about 35 mins i felt it
Had another beast work out walked in and had the weights like



Once again yesterdays work out could have been many reasons but i tried fixing the major ones (sleep & motivation)
and went on to having one of the best workout in a while, back in the game!

I went up to 24 oz and it just get better.. plus that extra fluid helps me push through the works outs im doing.
it was good at 24oz but i like it around the 16-16oz a it better haha convinience with the water bottles.

did not have time to upgrade yesterday but did back

Focus was on point

energy was great

day #6

i will be updating based on how i felt rather than my routine
since thats what really needs to be pointed out here

the energy today was great, woke felt like i was going to have a chitty day
(actually thought i was getting sick)
ended up having a great leg day and felt great after i was done 5 hours later still feel good so it kicked started me

focus was highlighted today again i was out of it in the morning and had a great workout
no tunnel vision but mind to muscle

endurance was about the same except i felt less thirsty through out

pump was awesome as a matter i still had it a few hours ago

first week impression

Yes it has pretty big shoes of its own and it has already helped me push my self harder​

looking good in here so far.....pump seems to be where it should be, the sleep thing is tricky as i've done the same thing before and it's rough sometimes...i've had good workouts on less than optimal sleep and awful workouts too

either way keep it up with the max out!

had another session today
did chest (off coarse)

will point out i feel really good while doing my workouts sort of a euphoric feeling if that makes any sence

energy is still a highlight here i feel great even hours after i take it
during my workout i experienced above average focus pump was great not overly but just right

did 5 sets of bench till 20 reps
at 160lbs

followed with db incline flyes at 18 reps 45lbs per side

had to cut it short doo to getting called by the family to meet up with them for lunch so i finished off with dips and felt great i do how ever notice i am thirsty the remainder of the day not while workout though

250 x 12 3 sets

lunges
5 sets 20 at 70lbs db

3 sets 20 at 180lbs

i was blown away hadnt had a workout like this in a while

Focus Shined here no complaints
energy was plenty full finished with stars and stripes
taste really grew on me and is getting better every time i take it
so far 2 bad workouts that i blame my stress/sleep so no complaint
