About Me,
I am not a writer, I can’t spell, and I did not pay attention in English class.
History
31 years ago I was 25 years old weighed 235lbs and was 5’6” tall I smoked did not work out and was Fat! My wife was pregnant with our daughter and I decided I need to make a change in my life. Over the next 9 months I lost 85lbs quit smoking and started lifting, doing cardio and eating clean. It was a complete life style change that I still follow today.
Current
I am a male 56 years old, weight 187lbs at 5’5” tall. Have visible abs and am as lean as I have ever been. I Lift 6 days a week in the morning and do cardio 2-4 days a week in the evening.

I have been using VPX Shotgun 5X for sometime now and like it very much, however it did not give me the pump I was looking for so I have added Precursor by Science Powered Supplements to see if I can get a better pump and increased vascularity!

This is my first attempt at a Log.

Dumb Bell Rows - Curls
After about 2 sets muscle feel Really Pumped got 9 sets each body part. Hit quick set of hyper extensions for lower back. 12 hours late bi's still feel full. Great Feeling !! I'm Liking it !!!

Lol I would have to agree! I have a small yard so it only takes me 30-40 mins to push mow! I enjoy it but don't know that after 2 hours that is feel the same! Haha

Today is shoulders, I have been taking it easy on my shoulders lately I had thought that I some had injured them, I have found out that the joints were extremely sore from the use of X-Factor. I do believe that it is not as bad as it was but I still have some discomfort.

Fruit Punch - I thought it tasted good, just like Fruit Punch should. No after taste.

Mixability 5/5
It mixed very well I put a scoop in my shaker bottle along with a scoop of my stimulant with some cold water, mixed it up, and drank it. No Floaties Nothing left in the bottom.

Effect 3.5/5
First off I must say the reason I was using this product was for the pump effect. I mixed it with two different stimulant pre-work-outs through out the month. If I were rating this the first week I used it I would have given it a 5/5 rating, but it seamed the longer I used it the less effective it got? The pump was great in the beginning but seamed to fad. It was still there at the end of the month just not as intense.

I believe this is a good product, but I also believe there are better ones out there!
