76.3kg (Competing in the WBC 2014 Open World Fitness Championships in Seoul, Korea on 8/30/2014)
Currently: 8.1% bodyfat

Training experience: 10 years, 1 year powerlifting, 2 years bodybuilding/competing

Currently running a modified PHAT + 5/3/1 for the past 4 months.
Working on strength and maintaining mass at the moment whilst cutting.
5x per week, 3x per week HIIT 15-20 minute cycling.
Normal session 2.5-3 hours.
Anabolic diet smashing at the moment.

5/3/1 set at:
Squat: 160kg
Deadlift: 160kg
Bench: 137kg
OHP: 82kg

Well, the criteria I am judging this product on will be taken from the label. I am already dieting. I will be losing weight anyways regardless of what I take. However, I have stalled within the last month hovering between 73kg-76kg on different days, but have yet to dip below 73kg. My diet is random at times, and I try not to bombard myself with restrictions. Thus, as you will later see my refeed today was ridiculous.

I'm hoping to have striated glutes for the show. Let's see how this helps me come in!

If you're reading this you are already aware of the product, I'm assuming, and have at least looked through the ingredient list. I'm not doing a rundown for you. I'll tell you what it does to me and how I respond though.

I find it interesting that it is a patch... never heard of this before, but I have used plenty of transdermals.

NOT~~~... that's just the difference between me relaxed and flexing. Just wanted you guys to see the difference to be legit that I'm not scamming you on some sponsored product.

The patch is simple enough to put on. Blamo, done. I'm gonna go to bed and wake up with it on still I suppose. Seems sticky enough, very very thin material, so I'm wondering how they have enough product on to make a difference honestly.

I recently shaved the area to start prepping for the show later this month. It was a bit itchy for maybe 30 min to an hour. Seems fine as I write this though.

Excited for results... and a three month supply?! DAMN... maybe I can give a 30 day pack to my girlfriend and take some before/afters for her. I'll see what the AgeForce reps think about it... just lemme know guys :D

To exacerbate the pump I'm going to do a little EMS session on my quads, while I watch Game of Thrones season 4 episode 1 and eat my 15oz steak, to get some nice contractions going. My show is a little over two weeks out, and I find this really helps with activation as well as striations.



Overall, I can say I'm waking up leaner and leaner over these past few days. The patch is simple enough to put on, and I'm trying it in different locations. Last night, was my inner left bicep. Did not get the itchy sensation this time.



It says 3-4x per week, but since I have a show coming up... I'm gunning for everyday. I have yet to get a response as to whether that's alright or not, so I'll keep going until one of the AgeForce guys responds...

She's not much of a logger herself, but I help her with nutrition and training as much as she will listen. We could take weekly photos for her. If I gave her one of the 30 day packs you provided I assume she would use it across the span of a month.

Yes. I asked . look them up . Called them and asked. They think having 600 intensity levels is a bit too much. They have 135 levels getting up to around 120V/120 mA which is the same max level of output as Compex and yours. They have seen only few people who were able to sustain more then 50% of levels on PowerDot though.

Oh, as you can see I stopped the Anabolic diet and reintroduced carbs. I just went to the Dr. today and he mentioned that my LDL is ridiculously high with total cholesterol being 259. I'm going to recheck again in a month. Hopefully, some supplements will also aid in lowering the numbers.

I'll also post my first, and most recent, overall blood test... taken before I started these supplements last week.

I would include resveratrol to your program. That can help and also cholesterol regulating complex works too to keeping it in check. Pm me so I can send you the links

The anabolic diet has carbs just not processed carbs like breads rices pastas and you still have carbs and lot of it on the weekend so you never really are low carbs on any 7 days.

Well, looks like I need to keep cals within the 2,500-2,700 range to continue losing. I'm okay with that! 16 days left until the show. I'll play with 2,300-2500 next week to see how tight I can come in. This weekend, I will be going to Tokyo. Not going to hold back on the food, but going to bring plenty of Quest/Supreme bars with me to make sure I hit my protein goals. I suspect I'll gain a kg or two. Whatevs.



Just got my blood work back today. Damnit. Anabolic diet you suck! High cholesterol!!! 259... and LDL 172? Son of a bitch! Free test seems to be on the low end as well as LH. I'll see what I can do about that. Happy to be back eating carbs though. Gonna up my fiber and take some liver support since my ALT is also high. ****ing ****! I don't even drink. I'll figure it out.

Tried the patch on my belly again last night. Wore it until this evening and swapped it up again. I was trying to see if I could smell anything on the patch... nothing! Could be a band-aid for all I know and AgeForce is just wrecking me with placebo effects.

Still used the patches! Hope it helped keep some of the fat down that would have been otherwise overbearing. Also, had to bring a ton of protein bars to make sure I was hitting the right numbers.

I ate around 3,100-3,500 cals from Thursday-Sunday evening.

Not the best food, but nothing was the past 4 days. My average cals since last Wednesday sits around 2950. AhHHhHhhH!
Got up at 5AM, flew to Seoul and arrived at 11:30AM... got back to my house around 1PM. Went to work from 2PM-7PM. Gym from 8PM-12PM.

Freezer door was broken so I had no way to get my chicken out, everything had frozen solid into one gigantic ice block. I used a hair dryer propped up for an hour to thaw it out. Finally have some ready for tomorrow and the freezer is good to go.

Definitely regret going so big over the weekend, but I think it will come down by Friday. I have an in-store modeling gig with Under Armour on Sunday so I need to be shredded, and I've got my show -75kg and Physique 2 weekends from now. Feeling fine. I think some low cal days will set me right, the patches have been doing the trick wonderfully! Let's hope they help me shred easily the next 2 weeks!

This will be as good of proof as any... HUGE cheat... week practically, so let's see how quickly I move back down in weight.

Good day, but wish I had more time.

Going in tomorrow morning to start a yoga class every Wednesday at 10:30AM. I definitely need to work on mobility. Deadlifts yesterday sucked and I couldn't get into position well.

The patches are alright so far. I'm trying new placement every night. I have a mild rash from leaving them on underneath my belly button and replacing it in the same spot the next evening for 3 days in a row. Tried left inner thigh last night, and right inner thigh tonight. It seems to be helping me shed water weight quickly since I'm down 1kg morning weight already.

My best is 200kg with wraps and briefs. Best wraps alone is 180kgx5. BUT, I had always been squatting high. I worked on narrow stance only for 7 months and now getting back into wide stance I have much better depth! I had torn a muscle in my glute and my sartorius so even though I hit this 2 years ago it feels like an accomplishment.

This is much cleaner 160kg than the 150kg last month. Did my 2nd week cycle of Smolov at 10x3 back in November of 2012 with 150kg... that's when I tore my sartorius. Few months at the end of 2012 I tore my right glute medius, happened again in 2013. Needless to say, RECOVERED... and learned I need to stretch more. Felt like I could do more today, but was satisfied enough.

Pretty pissed still it took me a week to get back to my same level of tightness as last Thursday, even so I'm still looking a bit soft. I'm hoping I can pull it in a bit more for the show next Saturday.

Japan definitely forfeited any chance of top 3, but we'll see what kind if magic I can work. I'm planning another show for September/October at -70kg.

I was just using this as a stepping stone anyways. I usually compete in -70, but this show only had -65 and -75 so I came in already pretty wishy washy. I had an AMAZING time with girlfriend and family in Japan though so totally worth it.

Let's see what kind of magic I can work, I'm currently sitting in a Korean sauna room at 47C. I really wanted to sleep in the ice room because I recently read about cold thermogenesis. Disappointingly for you the reader and myself, they don't have one at this particular location. Anything is worth a try at this point.

Today, is my last application of the first pack. I'll start my girlfriend's before pictures tomorrow as we continue with the next two 18 day supplies together.

Did it help? I think maybe a bit. It definitely did not curb my hunger, at all. I was starving the whole time, and being in super compensation mode to make sure I came in tight who knows how much it helped the past 2 weeks since I've only been hitting 2000 cals per day. That's about 700 lower than usual. I've also added in cardio.

Just doing my depletion workouts. Shaved all up, and am ready to start applying some ProTan. I'll do that Friday evening. I want to hit the sauna one more time Thursday night and Friday morning.

10L down today of water. Cake. Actually, I'm still thirsty. As you can see, I'm not cutting sodium. I'll do so by Thursday night. I can't wait for the carb up.

In 2 weeks time, I'll also be going to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam. AgeForce Patches don't steer me wrong, I need you to help keep the fat at bay! I'll also be doing another show, Muscle Mania, in October/November. Date isn't solid yet.

Had an AWESOME meat buffet feast. God I love these places in Korea, $18... all you can eat meat (steak, duck, pork, different marinated meats, and veggies). Hit 12L yesterday, and 2.5L today.

I am honestly baffled by how quickly I dropped this fat. I am going to attribute the speed in which this happened to both my diet, 15 min of HIIT per day pre-workout, and definitely the patches helped to some degree. I actually had little to no hunger pangs this week while water loading and only hitting around 2000cals, then I did one cal re-up day on Wednesday... totally fine! I feel great in fact.

Just painted myself all up with ProTan for the past 2 hours. Let's see how this show goes tomorrow. Glass of wine so I can pass out, and wake up in 5 hours. ****.

Like I said, I'm done with my show and had a blast. I didn't place, but I learned a lot and did my first physique show as well. So far I really think the patches helped keep the fat down, and also helped me shed really quickly within the last 2 weeks. Not sure I could have done it without it.

Check out some of my lovely pics from my trip. Bulk mode success. I got up to 80kg from Saturday to the following Sunday from 74kg.

Sorry, I'm a foodie. Here's some Cao Lau that was infamous in the area, because Anthony Bourdain also visited this same food vendor.


Crazy array of exotic tropical fruits. So good. I've eaten all of them!


Hotel gyms don't get much better than this. I accomplished a hellish 300 rep session on every body part due to the low weights.


Pretty happy. Going to cut again so that I can recomp properly and much more slowly. I may even do a show on October 26th. I'm currently trying to find a coach so we'll see if I get one what they recommend. I assume it would be a quick diet then long bulk to prepare for a show next year.

Got 3 patches left! Really surprised I did not gain more on my trip to Vietnam... but again... I didn't gain that much in Japan either. I was literally eating everything, but I kept drinking to a minimum.

My girlfriend has yet to start the patches, I'll get her to start today.

I may just take them back and run them one more month.

I just wouldn't bank that much on this one product when there are many others out there in oral form that are much cheaper and just as effective. Sorry AgeForce, just being honest.
