    Background

    This will be my first ever log so everyone bare with me, I have been in the bodybuilding game for around 6 years now and have built up a pretty decent physique in this time. Had a pretty major setback early last year when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, body comp and lifting numbers took a serious hit while I was flaring. Through a lot of trial and error I have been able to maintain a remission since late last year. From December last year until May I cut from around 88kg to 80kg and have been reverse dieting since. Currently im sitting at around 10-11% bf and eating 3130 cals a day and weighing in at 83.8kg

    Over the past 12 weeks I have run a Cistmax and threw Anabeta into the mix at week four, from week 4-12 I gained quite a bit of weight and progressed pretty well in the gym, I am fully expecting to drop a few lb's over the next few weeks as the effects from Anabeta wear off.

    So after 6 years of training natty I feel its time to venture over to the dark side and give 11-kt a shot. I am also including TTA in mix at 1g per day.

    Cycle Info

    Week 1- 6 XI-KT @ 1.5ml ED in morning
    Week 1-6 TTA @ 1g ED dosed 500mg pre breakfast and pre lunch

    PCT
    Alphamax @ 4 Caps each day
    F95 @ 2 caps per day
    optional SNS DAA

    Other Supps
    White Flood Reborn PWO
    Fish Oil
    Berberine and Curcumin (UC related)
    Taurine

    Nutrition

    Aiming to keep calories static at between 3100 and 3200 cals for the whole 6 weeks.
    I follow and IIFYM style diet, average around 400 - 500g of vegetables a day.

    Goals

    I'm going to keep my goals realistic for the compounds i'm running, my main aim is body re-composition, I want to keep my weight relatively static and gain 2-3lbs of lean mass and lose 2-3lbs of fat mass.

    4 sets of calf raises and 3 sets of ab work

    Session went pretty standard, nothing exciting to report.

    DAY 2

    Rest day

    Second day not a whole lot to report, still very early days to make any observations. I can say xi-kt applies very easily, smells pretty shi+ but you get use to it.

    No cramping or bloating from TTA as of yet, again though still early days.

    Looking forward to smashing back and shoulders tomorrow.

    Thanks man, yeah good advice on the TTA, I remember a few years ago when I first used TTA while doing intermittent fasting and dosing 1g while fasting. Holy lethargy batman!

    Trained at 5:30am fasted before work today, session actually went really well added 25mg DMAA to WFR to get the blood flowing and energy levels up. Actually got a good pump going and because I was conscious of time constraints I really powered through all the exercises. Thermic effect was there again although DMAA does make me sweat.

    I applied 1.5ml xi-kt after shower, smashed a quick breakfast then went and slogged out a 10 hour work day. dosed 500mg TTA pre lunch and pre dinner.

    Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow, until next time...

    Rest day

    Woke up nursing some pretty bad DOMS in legs and chest, had an annoying headache set in when I got to work which has nagged me all day. Day off work tomorrow so will hopefully get in a solid upper body power day. Noticing increased body temp still, possibly holding onto a bit of water from TTA. I will weigh in tomorrow.

    Few things to note, I have hit a plateau on most of my compounds since significantly increasing my volume on hypertrophy days. I will put in bold whenever I hit a PR. Training today felt pretty good, however only minor improvements since last workout.

    Bent Over rows:
    5 * 120 (+1 rep from last time)
    4 * 120
    4 * 120 (last rep sloppy)

    Weighted pull ups:
    8 * BW + 10
    7 * BW + 10

    Rack chins:
    9 * BW + 35 ( +2 reps)
    7 * BW + 35

    Flat barbell bench press:
    5 * 105 (+1 rep)
    4 * 105
    4 * 102.5

    Weighted dips:
    9 * BW + 25 (+2 reps)
    8 * BW + 25

    Dumbbell shoulder press: was pretty tanked by this point and was too ambitious on my first set
    4 * 30
    7 * 27.5
    7 * 27.5

    Couple of sets each on bi's and tri's and then called it a day.

    Session went pretty well, nothing noticeable yet from the 11-kt or TTA except thermic effect. Ill start writing detailed weekly reviews starting end of next week.

    Weighed in this morning after the usual, sitting at 84.8kg. Kind of not going to plan as that is a pretty significant increase in one week. Im wagering that TTA is causing some water retention.

    In all honesty im feeling tight still and using the same belt hole so its not all bad.

    Got a long work day then lower body power session tonight. Hopefully gains can be made.

    Haha, would be thorougly dissapointing if thats where I was at after 6 years. Yeah all in KG's and yeah thanks for pointing out my bench press, my chest is by far my most dissapointing asset.

    in for this one, always nice to see how different compounds i dont see much of work. 5/3/1 was the saving grace for my bench. went from barely hitting 205x5 last november (at 180-190lbs), to hitting my 1rm at 275 (bw 198) and now at 167 i hit 250 pretty easy.

    OK two observations today, strength and aggression in the gym. dominated tonight's session made gains in most lifts. sweated a great deal. Looks like 11-kt is starting to kick in!!!

    These felt really good, could really feel the explosiveness in each rep. All were ATG

    Seriously felt switched on, focused and in the mood to move heavy objects, sweating a lot throughout my workouts. Rest day tomorrow although im kind of geed to smash out a sesh, see how i wake up tomorrow.
