    that make sense in the meantime i have added 50mg additional forsk-95 from today... i dont really feel it, i wonder if there is any effect that can be felt... maybe its just not as evident but its working lol...

    it is going well but honestly, i was expecting to have much more results being stacking all these products.... im not saying i have not results, i have indeed, but i was expecting much better..... maybe is there anything i am doing wrongly? diet? dosing time?

    any advices would be appreciated.

    hopefully i'll be better shape soon.... keep in mind that i am not a body builder, i mainly do thai boxing and i do weight to be able to fight, so you cannot expect HUGE muscles

    ok so today i had a G R E A T workout!!! dunno if this was cause of the double dose i had of FOrsk but guys!!! i was pumped and felt rock solid and full, but at the same time not fluffy or swollen, just ripped and full, unbelievable!

    the wo was good enough to do more reps and higher weight!

    strength was up to the roof
    endurance was a never-ending
    stamina was there all the time

    i really enjoyed and i saw myself even better looking

    good overall

    DAY 16

    today even better guys... taking 100mg of forskolin a day its a bit tough as in the morning, with breakfast, its ok, but then, after my pre workout, then wait almost 1h then take it, its almost at empty stomach and it make me feel a bit sick, nausea and things like that but I'm fine, i mean, i don't mind as the strength and the stamina are so high! today i was able to do 2kg more on shoulders! every exercise and i see myself even lean than yesterday, i need an advice... would it be better to have 50g of glycofuse or just 25 as usual? i feel really hungry!!! my stomach is noisy lol when I'm training...

    ok, ill wait for some advice

    If the Forskolin is upsetting your stomach when taken on an empty stomach, just dose with your meals.

    Also, you could up to 50g of Glycofuse if you wanted. Most dose 25-75grams intra, depending on body part being worked.

    Ok, i thoughts it was better to be taken as a pre wo am I mistaken?

    I usually have the glycofuse as a pre wo not intra, same thing apply? I could take the forsk with this meal?

    i had my forsk pre wo with my meal pre wo 1h before training and that was much better guys thanks

    today i was feeling a bit down but then after a while "something kicked in" and i felt great, there is no much i can say about this stack, i mean, its great, everything is starting to be really noticeable, i am even leaner today than yesterday, soon i will post some other pics

    strength is always up, only thing is anger..... its way too much sometime.....

    also i wanted to ask, what you think if i double the dose of glycofuse before training as a pre wo? do you think a 30g of dextrose would add any benefits taken as a post wo too?

    so sorry guys, I've been out this weekend to Brighton and to a rally BUT i have not missed a day!

    DAY 18

    i went just for a run and i have to say, even leaner!!!!! i don't know what is happening!!! and i had a lot of energy!!! I've been eating a bit more in terms of carbs, and i am even ripped, i will post some pics tomorrow.

    DAY 19

    one more run, 40 minutes and that is it, then just sparring, strength and stamina up to the roof!

    Great to hear! There have been several times while where I went off of my planned diet and had a pretty carb heavy dinner and dessert thinking that I was going to be all bloated in the morning, but then end up looking great in the morning thanks to AnaBeta Elite.

    DAY 20

    Yes I'm still in the gym but I'm so happy about the results achieves rill now that I wanted to say something...

    I am still facing some issue regarding the nausea which I guess it's something related to amino IV by PES since I always feeling upset a bit when i take it for the first 20 mins, so I would need your advice, maybe taking half dose pre and half post it's gonna be better?... But... Guys this stuff is amazing, yesterday night I was really hungry and therefore I decided to have a protein bar before going sleep as we'll with my proteins (casein fx) the protein bar wasn't like those ones zero carbs and such, it was pumped with 40g of carbs of which sugar 38!!! well.. While I was eating it I was feeling pumped and this morning BOOOOOM even leaner! Amazing!!! And this is just the 20th day lol...

    of course APE is helping too hit still...

    Today I did high reps of 20s and my workout was just about guns, I'm exploding now, on the treadmill rubbing :-)

    That's weird. Are you taking anything else with the Amino IV? Have you ever had issues with BCAA and EAA supplements before?

    Have you tried taking the Amino IV completely by itself to see if it is the Amino IV making you feel nauseous?

    I would possibly try splitting up the dose of Forskolin and AnaBeta Elite. If I had to guess at what might be causing nausea or an upset stomach, I would think it would be the added Forskolin and not the Amino IV. You're going to have to experiment a little though as everybody has different sensitivities to different products.

    when it happened i took the amino iv dose by itself, i didn't have any issue indeed....

    im taking as a pre wo

    2x abe
    2x forsk
    amino 2x scoops

    as a post wo

    2x abe
    1x ala
    30g casein fx

    so how should i split the abe/forsk? just split the forsk between pre and post?

    I'd try taking the Forskolin at an entirely other time of day to see if that helps. 2 caps + AnaBeta Elite might just be too much for you in a short period of time right now (that is a pretty hefty dose).

    DAY 22

    today i felt sick anyway... therefore, i guess it is the amino IV, i will try without tomorrow and i will dose forsk and abe as usual.

    after the usual 20 minutes of sickness lol, i felt powered!!! of course, forsk and abe kicked in, lot of pumps, vascularity was really noticeable, and i felt like lot of "hot inside"...

    also strength and stamina were good, i was able to go up a bit with reps and weight, really happy after all.

    and again, now looking into the mirror i look leaner than morning and/or afternoon...

    ill keep this log up even when i will go to Rome on this friday, i will train twice there

    so today was great! everything good and no felt sick, and guess why? i didn't have my AMINO IV, so, the cause was that??? wait a second.... i had the amino IV once back at home, at empty stomach, 40 minutes after i had my post wo (just proteins) and i didn't feel bad..... no nausea, no sickness, so.... question... why? i assume that taking forsk+abe+amino iv does this???

    i had a great wo this morning, seems that i have more energy in th emorning than in the evening/late afternoon... it was great... and again no nausea, no sick feeling, then i went to the office, i had my AMINO IV and AGAIN, no problems, while, if i get the amino IV with my pre WO i will feel sick..... whY!!?

    It's hard to really say, but glad you found what works for you. Everybody has different tolerances and it may be some weird interaction or perhaps one of those products alone isn't enough to make you feel nauseous, but combined they cross a threshold that is making you feel ill.

    Ok DAY 25

    Today was great and I tried to dose amino iv with the others but I got half of a dose, no problem at all :-)

    Strength was really good
    No tired at all, I was on treadmill for ages lol I could have run for hours

    Stamina then on the roof

    The nausea went away and I was hungry lol

    Shape is getting even better

    Btw I'm in Rome now and it's tooooo hot!

    yesterday, just cardio guys and beach!

    DAY 27

    today i will have 2 sesh, i am feeling so strong that i had 1st sesh in the morning of 1h cardio and 1 more in about 30 minutes now, chest! ill smash everything and i will post an update later.

    this morning i had lot of energy even if i went to sleep late.

    i will keep you posted on the sesh results tonight later.

    yes guys, this stuff is starting to kick in really hard, i definitely feel everything and i feel really pumped, full, rock solid lol, even more strength and a lot of energy, i was able to do my bic's with 5kg, YES, 5kg more each side today, unbelievable!!! really happy about the results!, only thing i am thinking to add.... is a pre wo which i am not taking even if i am dosing all those supplements as a pre wo they are not really pre wo, any suggestions?
