    I'm 8 days in. This is a two week log.
    It's ok so far. Good endurance boost. Which helps in Mma. However, no strength gains or all day pumps ect. Something i would run purely for endurance if extra funds were available, but we will see there are 5 days left!
    I think the hype on this ingredient is ridiculous even if it delivers the results promised, you don't see anyone doing that with ArA even though we all know its a bad ass supplement.

    Mma? Huh! What do you train? I did NHB back in the day for six years. I got mrsa to many times and retired. Back when it was called NHB!

    It's hard to keep muscle on while your training like that. You wanna be as loose as possible. The more muscle you have the harder it is for your cardio to keep up. All that blood pumping through!

  25. Hey r4j I think u gotta run it for at least six weeks to really see the effects. I really noticed it at the ending of the 3rd week. Btw looks like it working for you, by looking at those pics.
