  1. Day 5- off day. Good walking pump today.
    Badass breakfast. A whole wheat English muffin with 3 whole eggs and 4.5oz extra lean ground beef on it. Made a sandwich and downed it lol

    your the kind of guy I want in here then! That's exactly how I am, I love training. If I didn't train I would have no outlet.
    I'm gonna wreck **** today. if the app finally lets me ill try and post some pump pics later but my app normally crashes when I try and post pics.

  15. I harnessed my inner Reps this morning for breakfast. Said screw the eggs white and ate 4 whole eggs with a cup of oats. Just mixed it all together and ate it with a big spoon. Wasn't the most tasty breakfast, but I felt like a man doing it haha.

    That's what counts bro! Lol try adding some extra lean ground beef and some low fat cheese to your eggs. Mix it all together scrambled and put it on the wheat English muffin. Thank me later maybe on a refeed. Or just adjust your diet one day to make it fit your macros lol

    I tried to post a pic at the gym but this app crashes every time I try. Or just continues loading forever lol Next arm day or chance I get ill make sure to save one that I can upload on my computer.

    Don't judge to much y'all, I lost a bit of mass when I got into Mma and bjj and started cutting weight lol but yeah, no excuses, I got work to do, but I eat very healthy and train hard.
