    I harnessed my inner Reps this morning for breakfast. Said screw the eggs white and ate 4 whole eggs with a cup of oats. Just mixed it all together and ate it with a big spoon. Wasn't the most tasty breakfast, but I felt like a man doing it haha.

    That's what counts bro! Lol try adding some extra lean ground beef and some low fat cheese to your eggs. Mix it all together scrambled and put it on the wheat English muffin. Thank me later maybe on a refeed. Or just adjust your diet one day to make it fit your macros lol
