First a big thanks to corbin@nutra and all the folks at NutraPlanet. They kindly gave me 1 bottle of Follidrex to log.

Stats as of 7/22/14

Training: weight training 5x week. Hit one muscle group per day and also 2 x per week I have cycling class.
Goals: Hope to recomp and gain lean mass.
Diet : 6-8 meals per day. High protein and less than 100g carbs. Diet is clean and sometime cheat on leg day.

Dose: I am in the 200+ logging group and was told to take 2 cap per day. I will take one on wake and one at bedtime. The bottle will last 15 days. I hope to see effect in this short time.

Taking 2 caps. Back workout was great. Energy and focus are now coming together. I feel more of a pump in back. Which I normal dont have a pump in back. The energy has allow me to focus more on contractions and to do that with more weight and less rest b/t sets. I also have minimal soreness and feel strong.

Again thanks to NutraPlanet and corbin@nutra for giving me the bottle of Follidrex to log. I was in the 200+ class of logger, so I took 2 caps daily.
I ran this solo with only a pre-workout and post shake.

Log was run for 15 day. Just enough to go into the sweet zone. But if you run this get 2 bottle for the full month and the affect should be more than my log affect.

Here is what I think of it:

Kick in was about 4 day. I first felt a good state of energy. This was not like stim energy it was more natural like. After the 1 week mark I saw a high skip in endurance. It was easier to get my reps in and weight was easier so I keep going 10-30lb heavier on lifts. Pump was also on the max side and enjoyed that alot.

Recovery was also up and soreness was very minimal and the end of the week I did not feel tired at all.

There was not change in appetite or sleep.

This really allows you to hit harder and bounce back. This all equals good and solid gains. I was up 5lbs total. However don't expect this to give you gains like a PH/DS. This is natty stuff and a great natty test like booster. I would recommend everybody to try this out.
