Hello one and all! I go by Flash on these here forums and I'm here to run a sponsored log of Myokem's Pyroxamine. Big thanks to Hulkish and Clipper for selecting me for this run. I am no stranger to running logs but this will be my first AM log. Any and all questions and comments are appreciated. I generally update after every workout but sometimes Ill post a couple at a time. Plan on keeping weight changes updated and have before pictures to start.

Goals:
I have been loving the 5x5 program I've been running. Have seen some PR's and some added mass especially in the legs. I have also added on a few pounds from muscle but probably also from fat due to long work hours and travel and the occasional Hefeweizen. Honestly I feel awesome at the 210ish range so my goal is to keep building strength while leaning back to around the 210 range, keeping the mass I have added.

Nutrition:
I don't count calories. I know thats why I'm fat. Im tempted to hire a prostitute and just have her make my meals instead of bedding her. I have the discipline to diet correctly but I put training as a priority over cooking 5-7 meals I can lug around in a cooler a few hundred miles a day or on an airplane for overnight work trips.

Workouts:
Starting week 8 of 9 of my 5x5 program. Its a 3 day program but I throw in at least one extra day for hypertrophy shizz.

Mowed my lawn after work today and was completely drenched in sweat.

I will be taking 3 caps a day. I have taken all three and at no point felt stimmed out or anything. I spaced all three out but tomorrow I think Ill take 2 AM and 1 PM.

07-21-2014 Workout

Hit day one for this week. First thing I can say is thermo is definitely on point. I mowed my lawn first, was soaked, waited about an hour and went to the gym and was soaked again. The whole time. This keeps up and Ill definitely be upping my water intake.

Some of the notables. Weight this morning was 217.4, which is down 3.2 lbs. I also felt "heavy" with yesterdays weigh-in so I'm not counting on this being a continuing trend...lol

Thermo was again on point today. Even though my second dose was around noon, at work and at my 4pm workout had me sweating profusely. Appetite was suppressed decently as well, got a little hungry 4-5 hours after my first two caps.

Workout wasn't high volume but I put in some work

Squat 205x5, 255x5, 315x5, 315x5

Deadlift 245x5, 335x5, 395x5, 460x5, 515x3

Incline Bench 155x5, 185x5, 225x5, 245x5

That's it for today. Tomorrow is volume shoulder, arms, and abs. Should be a good 2-3 hour session.

Updates from yesterday and today.

Yesterday's gym session wasn't nearly as long, mainly because I didn't have the two lifting partners I thought I was so I was able to go a bit faster. Lots of supersets and a couple of compound lifts,

I failed to weigh myself the past couple of days but I will try to remember to do it first thing tomorrow. I am loving the thermo effect of this product so far. Even when working out hours after the last dose I am sweating profusely. The appetite suppression is decent. I was only afforded one meal yesterday so I made up for it today but I wasn't even really that hungry, I just felt like I should eat something. The stimulant complex honestly doesn't do that much for me. Im a stim junkie. I actually calculated it out the past couple of days and I am well over 1,000 mg/day with caffeine (including Pyroxamine). I still find myself crashing slightly at times. Yesterday before the workout marathon I took 2 AMPitropin and a scoop of White Flood Reborn (575mg) and honestly I could barely tell aside from the fact I wasn't nodding off.

Ill be working 116 hours over the next 8 days...its going to get worse. Lol

I've been taking the initial dose of two caps about a half an hour before breakfast at about 530-6 am. I'll take the third cap between 11-12.

Make sure to dose minimum 30 minutes before food and I find a little longer is better. Food definitely can blunt some of the effects (not saying that will help enough given your caffeine consumption).

I really should just get more sleep but working these 12 ' s and 16 hour shifts plus training leaves me a little short right now.

Weighed in at 217.4 lbs today so same weight as 5 days ago. Feeling pretty lean in the midsection though. 36.5" at the belly button which is pretty lean for me. Had to blast through a workout today.

Little update from the Flash. Just finished my fourth day straight of 16 hour shifts. Was able to get another session in yesterday between shifts. Pyroxamine is still humming along. Havent had a chance to weigh in the past couple of days but the Thermo effect is staying consistent, the appetite suppression is present although I am hungry by the afternoon. The stimulant/focus aspect is present, although I do find myself pretty tired after 4-5 hours. This im sure has a lot to do with the 3-4 hours of sleep I actually AM getting. Staying on schedule with workouts although not the hottest number. Taking Thurs/Fr off and finishing up my last workout of my 9 week 5x5 program saturday so hopefully going to finish strong and on pace.

Still tossing around ideas for my next split. I probably wont start a serious split again until I get back from vacation the 25th.

Tuesday I went for a back hypertrophy day that looked a little like this:

Lat Pulldowns (Wide) 160x12x4

Lat Pulldowns (Narrow) 160x12x4

Weighted Pullups +45x10x3

T-Bar Rows one armed for one plate and two plates sets of 10, two arms for 3,4,5 plates sets of 10.

Bent rows 225 5x5

DB Rows 100x12x4

Reverse Hypers 45x10x3

Light SLDL's

Pretty torched after this. Was going to do bi's but I work 16 tomorrow with a break in between to I am going to slam arms tomorrow.

Switching back from a 5x5 program I will see how my body adjusts to the higher volume load and how muscle soreness plays a role. I have to say that the appetite supression and thermo is just right. It's not an annoying thermo effect but I love my AC in the van and everyone else wears a sweater or coat. The appetite supression is very good. Light breakfast and lunch and I dont even feel like eating dinner but that's my main meal, Im usually ready to eat something at that point.

Weight today midday (I was running late this morning) was 217 even.

Hoping to work out wed, thurs, sat, sun if the work gods do me justice.

Had to get a quick workout in between shifts Wednesday. Went for arm Supersets and left with a huge pump.

Pyroxamine has done a great job curbing my appetite overall. A fast-paced workout like this had me zeroed in and sweat-soaked. My weight continues to yo-yo between 216-219.

Friday had me resort to my 5x5 program for the day. I tinkered around Thursday with the hotel weight equipment but didn't really do anything of note. Friday was a lot of travel time but I wanted to pick up something heavy so I opted for 5x5 in the limited time I had when I got home.

Weight yesterday was 220 after being out of town for work for a couple of days. Woke up saturday at 218ish.

Pyroxamine has had my appetite well under control and the thermo effect keeps me sweating. Then energy is nice on that but definitely not over-stimmy.

I still use the same philosophy. But I do think it hurts my overall gains not having someone else to push me.

Monday Upper Body Day

Monday was my first official day off of Pyroxamine. I had a good run with it, good appetite suppression, good thermo. I found the caffeine content to be on point. I didn't really experience a crash from it per se. Early on I sort of did, but that was in the midst of multiple 16 hour work days that would make anyone tired. Dropped about 4 lbs even with the stress of 100 hr work weeks and fighting through eating on the go. Will try to upload my "after" pics and will post up my review once its completed.

Monday's workout was an upper body day. Pump was ridiculous.
