Hello one and all! I go by Flash on these here forums and I'm here to run a sponsored log of Myokem's Pyroxamine. Big thanks to Hulkish and Clipper for selecting me for this run. I am no stranger to running logs but this will be my first AM log. Any and all questions and comments are appreciated. I generally update after every workout but sometimes Ill post a couple at a time. Plan on keeping weight changes updated and have before pictures to start.
Stats:

DL: 545
Squat: 455
Goals:
I have been loving the 5x5 program I've been running. Have seen some PR's and some added mass especially in the legs. I have also added on a few pounds from muscle but probably also from fat due to long work hours and travel and the occasional Hefeweizen. Honestly I feel awesome at the 210ish range so my goal is to keep building strength while leaning back to around the 210 range, keeping the mass I have added.
Nutrition:
I don't count calories. I know thats why I'm fat. Im tempted to hire a prostitute and just have her make my meals instead of bedding her. I have the discipline to diet correctly but I put training as a priority over cooking 5-7 meals I can lug around in a cooler a few hundred miles a day or on an airplane for overnight work trips.

Workouts:
Starting week 8 of 9 of my 5x5 program. Its a 3 day program but I throw in at least one extra day for hypertrophy shizz.
Mowed my lawn after work today and was completely drenched in sweat.
I will be taking 3 caps a day. I have taken all three and at no point felt stimmed out or anything. I spaced all three out but tomorrow I think Ill take 2 AM and 1 PM.
