First off I would like to thank corbin@nutra and NutraPlanet for giving me this opportunity to log this product. NutraPlanet's shipping was almost jimmyjohns like in that it was shipped freaky fast. The product was shipped out on Thursday night and I received it first thing Saturday morning. I received the bottle of Follidrex along with a nice looking MDX Muscle T-shirt.

I'm 33 years young and will be logging for the 200+ group and my current weight as of this morning was 201.6 lbs with 16% bf. I currently train 7 days a week, some days will be lighter than others but I have been following the FST-7 program and it seems to be going fairly well. On the scheduled off days I normally will do cardio or do some hiking with the family.

My diet is fairly clean, I eat about 2300-2500 calories per day but I do usually have a cheat day over the weekend.

I will be taking 2 per day for 15 days, 1 in the morning before breakfast and one in the evening before I go to bed.

My current 1RM's

Bench- 250
Squat- 235 bad knees
Deadlift- 275

I took my 1st follidrex at 7:30am on an empty stomach and my 2nd 30 minutes prior to my work out at 8:30pm. I felt extremely thirsty last night during my workout. I drank 3 bottles of water between my workout and going to bed. I'm sure this attributed to my weight gain.

I have noticed an increase in pumps, vascularity and endurance. Muscle soreness seems to be minimal the next morning as well so it would seem its helping with recovery as well.

Off day, did some push ups and ab work. Its hard to take off days, don't want to waste this stuff...

So you are not noticing next day muscle soreness aka DOMS?
That's what I was wondering!.... I can't say it's the same kinda DOMS I got from x-gels or like the first day back after a while, but I am definitely noticing that whatever gets worked gets sore, at least to some extent.

Good volume BTW - get that pump going

Final Review-

During this 15 day trail run I would have to say I'm pleased with the results. Although nothing really jumps off the page as far as measurables it was only 15 days and I did feel as if my pumps were increased and my endurance was increased. I started this run in the 3rd week of my PCT after using a PH EPI and think it helped to reduce the loss of weight and the strength that is usually lost during PCT. I think the results would be better with a longer cycle, I will likely use this product again during my PCT of my next cycle.

I didn't have any side effects during the use of this product.

Overall I will most likely use this product again.
