Db press: 55x10, 60x9, 65x7, 70x5(PR for reps)
Front raises/close grip light bench
Cable side raises/tri extension
Bent over cable side raises/tri extension
Face pulls/deficit push ups
Good workout. Good pump again today. Upper chest/shoulders def looked fuller to me.

Completely smoked by the end. Ended up being a good PR day.
The Cordygen continues to provide great pumps and I feel like I could keep going as I don't really get winded at all.

I didn't want to come back an try to kill myself going heavy. I'm still pretty sore from all of the reps though.
The Cordygen is still doing it's thing. Pumps are what I've noticed most.
I'll be wrapping this up with a final review probably the end of this week/first of next.
