WELCOME!

It's been awhile since I have done a log.
One of the last logs I believe I did was on AI Cynostane and if anyone remembers that log I was honest about how I felt about the product.
I hope to do that here.

I want to thank Olympus Labs for giving me the opportunity to log such a controversial product.

Most of you have seen that this product (epi-) has been marketed and compared to hormonal like products. I am not sure if OL has ever marketed it like that but other companies are. During this log I will comment on the following:
Hardness
Muscle Gains
Leaning out Effects
Recovery
Mood

I will be keeping my diet and training constant. No other supplements except for protein will be taken during this log.

Stats:5"11, 225 lbs.

take note on endurance, this is one of the most visible effects, DS has barely been out for a month so no logswill be wrapped up, the stuff works amazingly.though

tyga tyga has a few pics up I wouldn't call it before and afters but... you might be pretty hard pressed to find forum members doing before and after pics. Lol what am I saying, you know this.

For what it's worth, I'm logging it and as I stated in my log I was skeptical. I'm starting to come around though. I'm waiting a day or two more before I post my last few days worth of findings but there is a very strong possibility that I won't be able to chalk what I'm noticing up to placebo.

The logs I've been following have been providing impressive feedback. More so than what I was expecting to be honest. It seems OL might have really outdone himself with this one.

I like it. This has been the smoothest transition from being oncycle (various designers) into PCT.

Strength increases, vascularity, improved recovery. I'm actually debating on getting two more bottles of dermaSTRENGTH and running the dose higher.

3 sets 160lbs till fail.

Notes: I hate leg day. I am really trying to check my ego in at the door on my squats. I had a slight knee injury and I want to make sure each.rep is spot on. It seems like I am sweating more on Ep1c...has anyone else noticed this? Many factors could play into it but it was almost unbearableb how much I was sweating!

I can't recall about the sweating specifically with EP1C. I do remember about sweating with the DermaStrength, which doesn't apply to you lol, yes, I know just how my mind works ;)

Keep an eye on it man, you're coming right up on the threshold of when a lot of people started noticing more pronounced effects. Right around 2 weeks seemed to be the right time either before or after.

I noticed sweat as well.

I won't be working out this weekend, or at least not in the gym. I am helping my girlfriend move into her apt and let's just say it's been a workout in itself trying to get some of that crap up some tiny stairs and around tight corners.

I feel like that could be occurring in areas where fat is less needed. Seeing more vascularity in my arms I think.

Awesome. Are you running 1 or 2 caps? I may have you extend this to a 8 weeker if using 2 caps to provide a more conclusive log
