Morning All, 4:30 wake up call, time to see what Chaos and Pain can do for me.

Quick Stats:

5’8” around 178-180lbs

Hoovering around 12% BF.

Former competitive BB’er and am always pondering a come back per my daughter’s request and with this very slowly leaning out, trying to get a hair under 10%.

Excited to try this as I just finished a similar log, fatburner/thyroid mix with good success, let’s see if this is just as good if not better.

Current routine:

3 days, 10x10, big body parts (chest, back, legs), my modifications due to bum shoulder/knee

2 days 5x5, smaller body parts (bi’s/tris, shoulders and abs

Cardio – on heavy days 10-15 minutes warm up, light days 20-30 minutes.

Today (Saturday), heavy day!

Popped 2 to assess tolerance follower by 3 Cannibal Claw

20 minutes later started feeling a little warmth/pressure around my eyes, 15 minutes treadmill, 4.0 mph watching Boondock Saints

Squats

2 sets w/u

115 x 10
155 x 10 (2 sets)

170 x 10 ( 3 sets)
155 x 10 (2 sets)

Chest (shoulder still f’ed)

10 sets of cable crossovers (3 rubber bands)

10 sets bodyweight pull ups….

Had this sitting on my laptop from yesterday and realized I didnt hit post

Sunday Morning…one the 7th Day God Rested….not I…..

Today upped the dose to 3 and 3, taken together. By taking these together overall effects didn’t hit as hard as dividing them yesterday.

30 minutes on treadmill, 315 cals burned. Finished BoonDocks Saints…great movie

Today is smaller body parts day 5x whatever

The one thing I did notice taking the Cannibal Claw for my second dosage is that I get kind of bloated but also noticed this with a competitor as well.

Today wasn't planning on working out. Visited a buddy and did an impromptu chest workout, No C&P products to get me thru :aargh:

I did take 2 Canibal Claw prior to dinner, no real noticeable effects for the slight stomach bloating...

Tuesday Morning

3 caps of inferno, 15 minutes of claw……..this seemed to work better than taking all at once.
10 minutes of treadmill to warm up.

Legs:
Deadlifts – feet shoulder apart, facing forward

Usually do back but shoulder still tweaking…

20 more minutes of cardio…watching Ray Donovan

Covered in sweat today….aside from gassing out, successful morning.

It's not the Bioperine, as I had this same type of feeling with a competitor's product that doesn't contain bioperine.

Today was a non lifting day...strictly cardio.

The sweet spot seems to be 3 caps then 15 mins later 3 caps of Claw then exercise.

As weird as this sounds, the one thing I really like is that this does not kill my appetite.

We've all seen Pumping Iron but has anyone seen #2?

As an aside, took 3 claw last night about 45 mins to 1 hr prior to dinner, definitely felt a slight warmth and not as bloated...

Initial reviews:

Although Inferno lists 250 mgs of caffeine (3 caps) it is very mild as I am stim sensitive. It is not a kick in the face like many therms with a higher caffeine content.

Cannibal Claw – I personally feel this is best used 30-45 minutes prior to a meal. If times correctly there is a very mild warm feeling which I like.

Weight is being maintained but pants are a little but looser. Diet is good but need to do more cardio.
