Morning All, 4:30 wake up call, time to see what Chaos and Pain can do for me.
Quick Stats:
5’8” around 178-180lbs
Hoovering around 12% BF.
Former competitive BB’er and am always pondering a come back per my daughter’s request and with this very slowly leaning out, trying to get a hair under 10%.
Excited to try this as I just finished a similar log, fatburner/thyroid mix with good success, let’s see if this is just as good if not better.
Current routine:
3 days, 10x10, big body parts (chest, back, legs), my modifications due to bum shoulder/knee
2 days 5x5, smaller body parts (bi’s/tris, shoulders and abs
Cardio – on heavy days 10-15 minutes warm up, light days 20-30 minutes.
Today (Saturday), heavy day!
Popped 2 to assess tolerance follower by 3 Cannibal Claw
20 minutes later started feeling a little warmth/pressure around my eyes, 15 minutes treadmill, 4.0 mph watching Boondock Saints

155 x 10 (2 sets)

170 x 10 ( 3 sets)
155 x 10 (2 sets)
Chest (shoulder still f’ed)
10 sets of cable crossovers (3 rubber bands)
10 sets bodyweight pull ups….
