I Was recently selected to log Olympus Labs new non hormonal supplement called EP1C and this ladies and gentlemen is the start on my EP1C journey!

HT: 6'0
WT: 187
BF: 11%

Bench max to begin : 305
Squat max to begin : 415

Training style: I will be doing a PHAT type training style for my cycle with variations of my own I will add in and take out. Basically I will have the power and hypertrophy days but not the same workouts it suggests.

Diet: I will be taking in 4000 calories with no particular reference to fats. I'm simply trying to get 250 grams of protein and 500 carbs.

Supplement regimen: I will be supplementing a multi, HMB, And fish oil. I'm not going to use a lot with EP1C because I wanna see how it does on it's own!

With folli I'm doing 2 pprewo, but when I switch to EP1C I'm gonna do 1 pre wo and 1 later to see if there's a difference

the label says take it with meals, but an olympus rep says its water soluable so it shouldnt matter whether taken with meals or not in terms of absorption

I meant in your log lolol

Just take the -(-)epi with or without food. Whatever is easier.

Personally I'd take two pre workout days I workout and one in the morning and dinner the days I don't lift

haha will do! Working out in about an hour here so I'll get a solid breakfast in and he liftin!

Day 1 on EP1C:

Hypertrophy chest/tri day

Had an amazing pump! Felt really energized and refreshed! Despite have severe sun poisoning all over my shoulders and back I pushed through it for the grind! Currently at med express to get some help lol

My workout went as follows :

Flat barbell bench : 235x3 for 6 sets (1 min break)

Incline barbell bench : 205x3 for 6 sets (1 min break)

Skull crushers with cambered bar 125x8 for 3 sets

Dumbell bench : 80x8 for 3 sets

Tricep extension cable machine : 150x12 for 3 sets

Chest crushers ( PM me if curious) 20x15 for 3 sets

Dips til failure for 2 sets.. I think I did 50 the first time with good form and 47 the sencond with a few cheats at the end

Chest fly with dumbbells : 65x8 for 3 sets

Single arm triceps pulldowns ( tricep killers ) 30x failure for 3 sets

Day 2 on EP1C :

hypertrophy leg back/bi

Really felt amazing for the second day in a row! I noticed myself doing a lot of extra reps that I couldn't normally do! Burned and hurt so good though, veins were popping out to am extreme!!! All in all a solid day . On a side not I couldn't do a lot of my usual lifts including squat :sigh: so I looked for other ways to tear my lower body!

Workout went as follows:

Leg press: 500x12 for 5 sets

Hack squats: 225x12 for 3 sets

Quad extensions: 190x15 3 sets

GHR holding 25 lb weight : 3 sets of 12 reps

Dumbell side/forward lunges: 16 front 16 side for 3 sets

Pullups: 10x for 3 sets

Seated cambered bar curls : 125x8 for 3 sets

D bar pulldown 150x15 for 3 sets (so good)

Face curls with pulldown bar: 70x15 for 3 sets

Barbell row : 225x3 for 6 sets (1 min rest)

Close grip palms away pull-up : 10x for 3 sets

Bicep curls with cable (L pull/hammer pull alternating) : 30x12 for 3 sets

Looking good bruh

You notice any back pumps? I'm noticing them on squats and deads pretty bad lol gonna get taurine.

I didnt realize it could give back pumps! If I do though it maybe further down the line! I'm not sure if I'm supposed to feel a difference yet but the two days I've taken EP1C I've had my two best workouts in a few weeks

Shouldn't have back pumps. I've had slightly drier joints.
