Well first a little background about me. I’m ten weeks into a cut and usually when most people cut is when the stims get turned up. I was taking a pre-workout, 3 caps Combustion, a pre workout supp, and 12.5mg Yohimbe before cardio. Needless to say I was stimmed out of my mind. Not good.
The first two weeks of this run, I was still running stims. I noticed after about a week, my pre workout felt stronger again and I was gaining the mental edge. I actually was able to lower the dose of my pre-workout, STIMaholic, down to half a scoop and get the same benefits. I dropped Combustion dosage down to 2 caps also, and still felt the effects, so to say AdrenoSruge was able to help “restore” the adrenals is pretty accurate.
I then went on vacation for the next two weeks, and figured, take a stim break and let’s see what this bad boy can really do. Also to note, I was stressed out of my mind before vacation. Between the stims, getting diagnosed with hypothyroidism, looking for a full time job and some family issues, I was stressed out the wazzoo.
All I have to say is wow. AdrenoSurge completely blew me away during these two weeks. Normally when I take a stim break, it takes a solid 6-8 weeks for me to regain my normal mental function without stims. No sir, not here. 5 days. 5 days of no stims and just AdrenoSurge and I was good to go. To test it out, I had half a cup of black coffee. Felt like my first scoop of STIMaholic: Mental focus and great cognitive ability. Stress levels were greatly reduced, and the sleep benefits were great during these two weeks.

A perfect adaptogen in my opinion. Now while it did help bring the effectiveness of my pre workout back to me, where I really think this supplement will shine is shortening the break of a stim break. Instead of the necessary 6-8 weeks most of us need, run a bottle of AdrenoSurge for 4 weeks and watch. It’s incredible how stims feel now, and how quickly my tolerance was brought down. Plus, the stress reducing benefits, the sleep benefits, and the focus it can bring in a pre-workout dose are all great. It makes it a very versatile supplement.

Hell yeah! Especially at the price NP has it at? It's a steal imo. Week 1 Review
- Anxiety relief
- Stim Use feels a tad more rejuvenated
- None really, no change in sleep as I anticipated
Small list thus far, but i'm only week in. I do notice an increased focus when I take it in the morning. Again I've been very stressed as of late, and when I take my 1 cap about an hour before bed, I do notice my anxiety lessening and i'm able to relax better. My sleep still kind of sucks, but it's more due to a constant change in body temperature. One Dr. Diagnosed me today with hypothyroid / possible Hashimoto's Disease, but a small case, but I'm seeing an endo / specialist today so we'll see.
Another huge pro I've noticed though, is I feel more of that "edge" when I take a pre wo. Like the kind of mental focus / clarity you get when you first start a new pre. I actually cut back to 3/4 scoop of STIMaholic, and got good effects. So AdrenoSurge is living up to that category. Again only a week in, so we'll see how it goes. I'll be bringing it with me on vacation as well
Not a bad review for week 1. Already seeing results! Sorry to hear about your hypothyroid. Seems super common these days to have a thyroid issue. When are you getting your test results back?
This Dr wants me to go on Synthroid which seems like the best bet at this point, but means more food haha.

Great workout considering I was very tired. Challenged myself and was focused and really focused on contractions.
i know that an herbal supplement is no substitute for prescription medications to treat a disease, but happy to hear adrenosurge is helping to ease some of the stress symptoms. i hope you get everything squared away soon!!!

Have no access to a scale, so i have no idea what my weight is, oh well. Also won't be posting nutrition really, but basically since everything in Hawaii is expensive as fuark, I'm mainly eating Proats, eggs/egg whites, quinoa in a box lmao, nonfat greek yogurt, and rice cakes.
If we go out, I'm preloading Evomuse's Defuse, Recompadrol, and DCP 2.0 and TTA-500 to limit fat gain, but plan on enjoying myself in moderation.
Tonight though I'm having either 8oz yellowfin tuna or mahi mahi from a local fish market and gonna grill that sucker, poopy weather today too so just chilling in the hotel for now.
I didn't bring any stims with me, but I did notice when taking AdrenoSurge by itself pre workout, I did have great cognitive focus despite zero caffeine. Pretty cool stuff. Sleeps been on point too
