First and foremost: A BIG thank you to Olympus Labs' team for giving me the chance to run DermaSTRENGTH, which is their new transdermal laxogenin!
Here's some quick intro info for yall's perusal.
Training:
I'll be running a PHAT template with 5/3/1 for the main lifts, structured like this:
Monday: Lower Power - Squat 5/3/1
Tuesday: Upper Power - Bench 5/3/1
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Lower Hypertrophy
Friday: Push Hypertrophy - OHP 5/3/1
Saturday: Pull Hypertrophy - Deadlift 5/3/1
Sunday: Rest
Nutrition:
I'll be going slightly over maintenance, but keeping it low carb (I'll be dipping in and out of ketosis). I operate very well with low carbs, better than with high carbs for some reason (maybe some allergy..idk).
I'll make a mention of other supps I'm using when I update with workouts.
