Busting Plateaus with DermaSTRENGTH!

First and foremost: A BIG thank you to Olympus Labs' team for giving me the chance to run DermaSTRENGTH, which is their new transdermal laxogenin!

Here's some quick intro info for yall's perusal.

Training:
I'll be running a PHAT template with 5/3/1 for the main lifts, structured like this:

Monday: Lower Power - Squat 5/3/1
Tuesday: Upper Power - Bench 5/3/1
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Lower Hypertrophy
Friday: Push Hypertrophy - OHP 5/3/1
Saturday: Pull Hypertrophy - Deadlift 5/3/1
Sunday: Rest


Nutrition:
I'll be going slightly over maintenance, but keeping it low carb (I'll be dipping in and out of ketosis). I operate very well with low carbs, better than with high carbs for some reason (maybe some allergy..idk).

I'll make a mention of other supps I'm using when I update with workouts.

First day! I was a little eager so I used a half pump pre workout and I'll use another half pump before bed and then I'll start doing the suggested dosage of a half in the AM and a half preworkout.

Initial Thoughts on DermaSTRENGTH: I spread it pretty thin, used a half pump and then divided that in half and used it on each shoulder and my upper arms. And it dried almost instantly (literally). Smelled pretty nice too, lemony.

--Space was limiting and no weight belt was available so had to get imaginative with making pull ups more difficult haha. They were done by hanging from a ledge. Tough to keep hanging on!

--Finally was able to do a little weight. Had to put a DB on the floor and hold it with my feet. For some reason it's significantly harder (for me at least) than if I had weight hanging from a belt.

So today I was traveling most of the day (it was a rest day anyways) so timing was a little off. I just did a complete pump towards the end of my day.
Tomorrow is lower body hypertrophy day!

Question to the reps:

1.) On the bottle it says to follow up with PCT. :confused: Error?

2.) It says to not use for more than 30 days and then take off 90 days. Is that laxogenin in general or this product?

Yeah there is no reason to cycle laxogenin that I know of. I know of a few people who run it year round.

Had to go to a different gym today, hated it. Didn't have a plate loaded leg press, didn't have the machines needed for this, super small..bleh
Also, barely had eaten before this and was tired. Pushed through but had to use baby weights

What I've noticed so far from DermaSTRENGTH has been strength and endurance in the gym. I've been able to do more weight with more reps than before. I think 315x5 on deadlifts might've been a 5RM, but I can't remember (1RM is 410).
Appetite is normal (thankfully! I don't have an issue with eating enough lol)
Strangely, I have been sweating considerably more than usual and it's been consistent.

Really liking it so far! Been seeing some good progress with my numbers in the gym


EDIT: First thing I was able to notice (forgot to mention it) was recovery has improved drastically. No DOMS whatsoever even on this volume intensive workout on very limited carbs.

Oh ya, that's a good call! I've never used laxogenin so I can't compare with any oral versions. But I'm really liking this first run :D

Today my girlfriend convinced me to go run with her. Which I guess was a good thing haha

I'm in week 2 of dermastrength. Haven't noticed much as yet fellas. Heavy and high volume. Diet spot on.
