Thank you to SwollenONE for allowing me to log test factor and a 50day supply at that!

Vitals:
Height: 5'11
Age: 21
Weight ~195
Goal: Recomp
Training style: Powerlifting on a custom routine

I know that I am young and I really wanted to try this product out for the other benefits associated with a raise in test: Increased aggression in gym, increased libido, and a general overall feeling. Not only that but I am very interested in the ActeoFit portion of this product " mice demonstrated an increase in exercise endurance, along with inhibited creatine kinase and improved glycogen stores. This may translate to better performance, along with preserved muscle mass and energy." Now I think this is perfect because I am recomping and am usually in a 100-500cal deficit a day, usually more towards the lower end.


How will I log this? I am thinking I will post updates on aggression, libido, endurance, and other notes twice a week on wed and sun with the other day being mainly a workout log / journal. Let's get started!

Since the ActeoFit has a strong GDA effect, take 2 caps AM and 2 caps PM both with, or 15 min prior, to carbohydrate containing meals.

Did not know about the GDA effect! sounds perfect, will be taking it with my preworkout oatmeal (afternoon) and dinner then! Today was my first workout using Molecular Nutrition Test Factor and it went really well. Unfortunately the time was delayed by about 4hours compared to regular workout time so I can't comment to much on it.

Question Swollen: do these ingredient build in the system or do they have a short half-life?

Initial Impression:
The herbs in the pill look like gravel and I was surprised by it, I was expecting a dark pill like xfactor but it's nice seeing the herbs that I am taking. Felt good during my workout and had a really nice pump afterwards.

Chest day today! Felt really good and had my workout at the regular time, for some reason my chest felt really weak at first but then felt better as time went on. Squats were really nice and I am focusing on getting to parallel and not below which is working great so far!
Tomorrow would be my day off but I will be home on friday so I am doing friday tomorrow, then thursday will be crazy as it it's leg day

The increase in pump would be attributed to the strong nutrient partitioning effect of the ActeoFit, glad to see most of our users are experiencing that benefit from literally the first day of dosing!

The majority of the products effects (increase in testosterone, libido, recovery) will be cumulative, the results will keep getting better week after week.

Really solid workouts so far!

Heavy squat and bench in the same workout, you are a beast!
squatting 3days a week with mondays being the heavy ones, I really want to hit 350 soon (was at 315 not too long ago) in a competition so can't go easy!

Subbed, cause I'm 24 and I've always liked Test Factor's profile but have found test boosters don't do much for me but give me acne.
So far so good, maybe a little to early to comment but I have morning wood like no other since starting

Day 3
So today would normally be an off day but I won't have gym access on the 4th so I said screw it and am pushing all workouts ahead a day, no rest for the wicked. Legs are definitely feeling it though!
Will put up a new review after a week of using but so far things are looking good! Been dosing test factor with my preworkout oatmeal or lunch depending on the day and it does have a bit of an gda effect

Nice set of compound lifts there.
thank you, I prefer compounds over isolation, although ironically enough today was isolation mainly lol. I feel they build a thickness that can not be achieved otherwise.

so a little update after my first week, so far I have been using 2pills / day with pre workout but now I will be bumping up to the full dosage of 4pills / day until the end of both bottles. I wanted to see how the minimum dosage would affect me. Today marks first day of 4/day

Results so far:
increased libido (the gf is very happy about this one)
endurance seems a little better if not the same (hard to say after one week)
Fuller feeling / Glycogen retention

What I expect from the full dosage:
even increased libido
noticeably increased endurance
nutrition partitioning more ActeoFit

While being in a 200-500cal deficit my strength has not gone down, nor has my endurance but due to my previous training style (3-4reps max) my work capacity has been shot and I am working on rebuilding that. Test Factor is looking very promising for a natural test booster and will be a game changer much like x-factor was.

+1 for increased endurance and fullness. No increase in libido for me as of yet :-( but otherwise I can't complain. Had a grueling leg day and loved every minute of it!

Almost one week at 4pills/day and my endurance is up for sure! Unfortunately I hyperextended my lower lumbar while stretching and messing around and whenever I go to deadlift I get a sharp shooting pain that makes it hard to break off the floor. I can still squat as it does not shoot but is dull when doing that, but deadlifts seem to aggravate it a lot. I will be taking off deadlifts until it gets better as I would not like to have it flare up and be out of commission for a month or worse.

thank you, doing stretches every day and have to cut my hypertrophy block a week short in terms of DL / Squat and will start front squatting instead.


Results so far:
Libido has increased for sure
Endurance has increased, I am able to do 10reps with 225 where as last time doing 10 with 185 had me winded
Same weight as start, but lower bf from looking into the mirror, so good recomp thus far!

Interested to see what it'll be like at the end of the full cycle!

Was messing around a bit trying to find leg exercises I can do without aggravating my lower back. Did not really keep track of weight but it was high volume, almost 5sets of 8-12 for every exercise

I've noticed my endurance increasing quite a bit where I could barely do 175 on front squats for 6-8 without getting mega winded and now I can crank out 10 before feeling like dying.

Today was an ok day, didn't really feel when working chest but front squats felt good. I can def feel improved recovery currently. Better endurance, feeling better in the gym, maintaining strength in a clear deficit, test factor is definitely contributing to these as nothing else has changed.

gotta love some good glutes!

Today was significantly better mentally and physically. This marks the end of hypertrophy phase as the next two week would be mainly deadlift and squat intensive but since I can not do those unfortunately I will be having a squat / bench / dead split so AxBxCxx and be focusing on volume and explosiveness at 75% so sets of 8-10. This hypertrophy block was nice as I lost bodyfat but am still 194, but more like 190 in the mornings and have a full 6pack when flex where before it was only a 4 with very faint 6. Also seeing more veins on forearms / shoulders / calfs.

Also libido has been very high lately :)

So far this product has delivered exactly what I was expecting; a better mood, and being more aggressive in the gym along with an increased libido. The extra endurace, and gda-like effect is just a bonus! Some others might notice a bit more increase in strength and such but I am perfectly content with what I am getting.

So my back has been feeling a lot better and I expect to be deadlifting and heavy squatting again in a week or two. Did some back squats today and it wasn't too bad, but it felt a little off so I backed off

Great work on those front squats, Im so bad at those lol I dont think Ive ever gone above a plate on them as Im just so uncomfortable with them. I'll have to add them in more as it always gets my core and thighs pretty hard even with low weights.

Legs were pretty sore yesterday, I know that I can squat 250 without pain now though so I will be gradually moving back up depending on how my back feels. Dropping the workout volume to 3days instead of 4 but upping the volume intra workout!

Had a small workout today as tomorrow is a very busy day for me and I won't be able to hit the gym.
So far switching to 3days instead of 4 is making it a lot harder as I am hitting 2 compounds every workout with high intensity. Almost been a month on TF and it's still going strong.

Had a small workout today as tomorrow is a very busy day for me and I won't be able to hit the gym.
So far switching to 3days instead of 4 is making it a lot harder as I am hitting 2 compounds every workout with high intensity. Almost been a month on TF and it's still going strong.

Workout:
BB Pause Bench

Weekly Review!

Ever since switching to 3 a weeks and upping the volume I notice the ActeoFit a lot more in terms of work loads. My libido is above average currently, so that's always good! Since I am currently in a deficit I can see a recomping effect, as I am around 186lbs currently, from the 192/3 where I started. Thankfully my strength is still the same on all lifts, and even went up on my squat which just says something as being in a deficit, losing 6-7lbs and gaining strength is pretty damn awesome if you ask me.

Back is feeling a lot better, but I will rest it up this week to make sure I don't hurt it again. I will go light on deadlifts but squats feel good if I don't go too low.

Then I finished up with some curls and delt flies. Wasn't too bad of a day!

So I was doing some recovery squats and I have to say, I think I may have found a better way to do it. Thus far I've put all of my weight on my heel but this time I put some on my toes and I felt it a lot more in my hamstrings and the weight felt super easy. Will be squatting like this and seeing if my strength has increased.

Finished up with tri rope extensions and some cable crunches.

Chest felt nice and strong today, weight was 185 and strength is same as at 195!

Nice, it's all about finding what works for you! Hard ass day right now w squats and bench in the same workout.
