Thank you to SwollenONE for allowing me to log test factor and a 50day supply at that!
Vitals:
Height: 5'11
Age: 21
Weight ~195
Goal: Recomp
Training style: Powerlifting on a custom routine
I know that I am young and I really wanted to try this product out for the other benefits associated with a raise in test: Increased aggression in gym, increased libido, and a general overall feeling. Not only that but I am very interested in the ActeoFit portion of this product " mice demonstrated an increase in exercise endurance, along with inhibited creatine kinase and improved glycogen stores. This may translate to better performance, along with preserved muscle mass and energy." Now I think this is perfect because I am recomping and am usually in a 100-500cal deficit a day, usually more towards the lower end.
How will I log this? I am thinking I will post updates on aggression, libido, endurance, and other notes twice a week on wed and sun with the other day being mainly a workout log / journal. Let's get started!
