What up guys..? This is my first log on AM. Looking forward to the accountability that comes with doing a log.
And hoping that it helps me hit my goals. I actually started this stack 10 days ago, but ive been busy moving
so i didn't have time to start the log.

BACKGROUND:
I have trained off and on for 25 plus years. Started training serious in 2004 after my divorce. Got in pretty good
shape. Was about 180lbs with a 34" waist. Then in 2008 economy hit me hard, had to take a job on the road,
no time to train and started eating out all the time. I ended up ballooning up to 235 by 2012 with a 40" waist.

Then on December 1st 2012 i decided to take action and committed myself to a lifetime of training and eating
right. I promised myself before i started that I would never let life get in the way of being fit. By October 1st
2013, only 10 months later, I had lost 71lbs and was now 164lbs with a 33" waist.

Over the last 7-8 months I have done 2 recomp cycles to try to add some muscle without gaining any fat around
my middle. First I tried an 8 Week Cycle of Testofen & Divanil. Ate at 250 above Maintenance. I ended up 4 lbs
heavier without increasing my waist circumference. Then 6 weeks ago I tried a 2 bottle run of Iron Legion xi-kt
at maintenance calories & ended up staying the same weight, but lost a 1/2" off my waist.

I considered both of these runs successful, but didn't blow me away.

Now I've decided I'm going to do whatever it takes to get shredded. i figure once i get lean, it will be a little easier
to add muscle without always having to worry that my body fat is going to be too high.

Ive dont a lot of research and decided to use some of the most proven supplements the industry have to offer. I
figure with my diet in check, and my training program dialed in, this will get me closer to my goals.

CURRENT STATS:
Age: 45 years young
Height: 5' 7"
Weight: 168lbs (as of 6/14)
Bodyfat: 15-16% (checked with calipers & Navy Calculator)

Program: Similar to FST-7. Lots of compound movements, 8-15 reps per set.
Cardio: 4-6 cardio sessions per week usually 20-30 minutes (HIIT and/or LISS)

DIET:
Protein Sources: Eggs, Chicken, Fish, Whey, Casein & occasionally Beef
Carb Sources: Oats, Flax, Bran, and occasionally Sweet Potatoes
Fat Sources: Eggs, Olive Oil, & Fish Oils
Macros: Usually shoot for 250-300g Protein, 50-100g Carbs & remainder in Fat

Congrats on getting back into the game of fitness!
Thanks for following along.

Its great getting in shape again. And at 45 my goals is to be in the best shape of
my life once I get shredded.

It took me a long time to research which products were effective and had plenty
of science and good reviews to back them up. Plus I wanted to hit the fat loss
with a multi headed approach.

ECA is a great stack, with lots of proven science behind it. I havent done it in
years either It was only recently that I found out you get still get the E in ECA :)

Nice workout dude. How's that ECA treatin ya?
Thanks bro. It can be tough training with intensity when your carbs on so low .

But Im loving ECA. It Helps with hunger. Helps give me more focus & drive at work
and definitely cranks up the sweating at the gym.

Ive used it over the years, but didnt realize until recently that it was still available OTC.

That reminds me, I'm getting kind of low on the E in ECA, so I'm going to head
down to the local CVS to pick up some more :)

I Did alot of research before sinking my hard earned dollars into supplements. I planned this out for months
after doing tons of research here on AM.

Week 2 - Supplement Mini Review (my thoughts so far)

CUTTING STACK REVIEW

Forskolin 95
Dosage: 50mg @ 7am, 25mg @ 12pm, 25mg @ 6pm
Pros: Easy on the stomach, easy dosing
Cons: With average personal taking 100mg per day, AS should give 120 pills in the bottle.
Overall Thoughts: after 2 weeks, still don't know whether its helped or not. Im sure like most
supplements of its kind, it probably kicks in around week 3 or 4.

ECA
Dosage: 25mg E, 200mg C, 81mg A @ 8am & 1pm
Pros: Cheap, clean energy, helps with appetite control, gives me energy throughout the day
Cons: If taken too late in the day, it will keep you up. Occasional racing heart & will enhance
the effects of low blood sugar if you haven't eaten in too long of a period.
Overall Thoughts: For the money, one of the best fat burners & appetite control supplements out there.

Absolutely Abliderated
Dosage: 2 quarter sized doses applied to mid section after AM & PM showers
Pros: warming effect after application, slight thermogenic effect tightens mid section skin, lost 1/4" so far
Cons: its a little stickier/tackier then some transdermals Ive used
Overall Thoughts: looking forward to seeing how much of an effect it has on my mid section after 12 weeks

Burn 24
Dosage: 2 pills prior to breakfast & dinner
Pros: no bloating even after eating big carb reload meal yesterday. No low blood sugar effects
Cons: kind of expensive
Overall Thoughts: verdict is still out how they will help on a low carb diet. 12 weeks will tell.

PCT STACK REVIEW

Formeron
Dosage: 2 (3ml) pumps applied to shoulders, chest, & clavicles after AM shower
Pros: dries quickly, smells ok, strength has gone up since starting it 2 weeks ago.
Cons: joints in my knees are a little achy (but probably would be worse if not for Flexible)
Overall Thoughts: I like the compound more then Arismistane

Free Test DAA
Dosage: 6 pills per day pre workout (3g)
Pros: easier to take then powders, no stomach distress, helping with the Boys
Cons: none so far
Overall Thoughts: Decent product, priced competitively

JOINT SUPPORT REVIEW

Flexible
Dosage: 1 scoop once or twice per day
Pros: my joints are getting better since taking it, also seems like it helping with my bad shoulders too
Cons: Fruit Punch tastes horrible. Wish it came in other Flavors
Overall Thoughts: Im going to start taking it twice per day to see if I can eliminate all joint issues

Oxi-Mega
Dosage: 3 Citrus Flavored Soft Gels once per day
Pros: no fish burps, mild citrus taste
Cons: none
Overall Thoughts: how much can be said about fish oils..? :)

Golf is all technique. Really has nothing to do with force or strength, you just need someone to show you how to play it properly,

I love surfing. I remember going on trips to the shore in the summer when I was 10 and telling My parents that I wanted to surf.
They told me to wait a couple years until I got older. Funny thing Is, we moved to Florida 2 years later, right across the street from
the beach and I got my first board When I was 12. Been surfing ever since.

Putting is actually really hard. Ive got to start practicing on my putting. I can usually make it
to the green in 2 or 3 shots, but where I go wrong is on the putting :)

Thx. Love working out chest. Yesterday was quick and intense..!

But Im ok with that because Im going surfing tomorrow morning & really hate having sore shoulders

The cardio is great there. But the workout area leaves a lot to be desired. In the free weight area
the dumb bells only go to 75lbs, and theres hardly any 45lb plates next to the benches. They don't
have any hammer strength machines, only Cybex :(

Oh yeah, and posted on the wall it says... NO DEADLIFTS..!

No deadlifts?? That's like saying "go ahead and ignore your posterior chain... It's really not that important."
I believe what they are really trying to accomplish is to keep bodybuilders, power lifters, athletes & meatheads
out of their gym. After trying to train there, it seems to me like they really only want regular folks that are
trying to get in shape :wave2:
