Ive been consistently working out for the past 5 years and have reached a point of plateau, i am currently at 160lbs 7%bf looking to archive at least 10 lbs of weight and an increase in strength

i am currently on my 4th day of the cycle running

m1d andro 6ml per day 2ml 3 times
1- andro 6ml per day 3ml 2 times

will start form xt mid way thru the 4th week

currently taking:

ravage or pre jym
post jym
pro complex gainer
syntha 6
cor whey/anabolic halo (together)
hawthorn
fish oil
multi

as far as my diet goes i will be getting in ~2500+, plus the 1000 from the gainer will put me at 3500+ calories

will only run it for 4 weeks as it is my first time running a PH cycle.

is it normal to start feeling the increased strength and faster recovery, a few days after starting the cycle today i felt like i was pushing past the weight with less struggle than i usually do, which is not normal for me unless i am well rested and had a nice meal before hand....

day 5:

only got 6 hours of sleep last night, needed to get up earlier for work, ive been doing an am dose of 1-andro, 10 mins after i am taking the dose of m1d, i hope that works well since they are far enough apart or should i spread them even further apart?

also i am doing the shot of 1-andro pre and m1d post.

todays workout was legs:

finished up with some abs and 10 mins of high speed cardio.

overall it was a great workout i deff felt the recovery from set to set, i like to push the limit when it comes to lifting and its nice to have that quick jump recovery
it deff allows me to complete more set and give more output. as far as my diet goes, there has deff been an increase in appetite, i eat a whole meal and within like 15 mins i am ready to eat again, i try to keep all my meals at least 2-3 hours apart hopefully that helps, in between i am also snacking on some nuts, fruits or yogurt to keep the protein intake high at all times

i was able to sleep a good 8 hours, well rested and recovered which gave me an extra edge since today is shoulders/trap day

overall today was a pretty decent workout, i am deff noticing a difference in my strength. after spending some time in a plateau state i am starting to push
pass it, that tagged along with the recovery from set to set is making this and every workout a breaking PR workout. i just hope my weight starts to increase a little more, i am a hard gainer without a doubt but i am hoping to get closer to the 10lb mark by the end of the cycle, i am also considering if i should extend the cycle to an 8 week cycle, or split it to 2-4 week cycles for the year. ill find out closer to the third week, if so i will order another 1-andro to run with the two bottles of m1d i have
