Hey guys, I'll be doing a supplement log using eFlow Nutrition's products ENRAGE pre workout and ENCINERATE thermogenic. I compete in NPC Men's Physique, and am in prep for Team U July 4th, and then depending on how that show goes, USA's 3 weeks later (end of July). My last MP show was in March where I took 1st in my class and the Overall.

This log will also include some info about my Diet, Training, Cardio, and other supplements.

Currently I am carb cycling and make adjustments every 1-2 weeks depending on progress.
Protein 240-275 daily
Carbs 100/150/150/350 (4 day cycle)
Fats 50-75 daily

Cardio 25-30 minutes fasted. 20-30 minutes post workout
Resistance Training 60 minutes 6 days per week.


My Daily schedule (during prep), diet, supplements are typically something like this:

630 AM 2 caps ENCINERATE
30 minutes fasted cardio (stairs. intervals)
730 AM Meal 1: 6 egg whites. 1/2 - 1 cup oatmeal mixed with 1 scoop whey protein
1030 AM Meal 2: 6 oz grilled chicken 1/2 cup oatmeal + 2 TBSP Almond Butter
1130 1 Scoop ENRAGE preworkout
60 minutes resistance training
20-30 minutes cardio (post weights)
230 Meal 3: 2 Scoops Whey Protein + 1/2 - 1 Scoop Karbolyn or Rice Cakes
430 Meal 4: 6 oz chicken/lean beef/lean turnkey + 1/2 cup oatmeal
730 Meal 5: 6oz chicken/lean beef/lean turnkey
10 Meal 6: 6 egg whites + 1 scoop Casein + 2 Tbsp Almond Butter (protein pancake)


Supplements:
ENRAGE, ENCINERATE, NP bulk Creatine Monohydrate, Multi Vitamin. Vitamin E. Omega 3. CLA. ALA. Proteins - ON 100% Whey, Cellucor, NLA. (I like a variety).

Slept in till 830 this morning.

Woke up at 172lbs. Went to bed at 178lbs. Yesterday was a (low) 100 carb day.

Got dressed, had my shake: 2 scoop's whey protein.
2 ENCINERATE Capsules.

9AM Track Workout

Bleachers, jog the curve, bleacher, jog the curve. repeat - 4 Laps
Sprint, walk, lunges, walk, sprint - 4 Laps.

Took me about 40 minutes to complete. Wasn't that high intensity, feeling pretty weak and depleted. The ENCINERATE gave me good energy and helped keep me motivated, it also killed my appetite, once I got home I ate immediately, even thought I wasn't really hungry.

I had 6 egg whites scrambles. 1 cup oatmeal mixed with 1/2 scoop whey protein.

Today I'll aim for about 150 carbs. No resistance training, just resting most of the day and preparing for my busy week.
