Excited as always to be chosen for a Lecheek product log. Great company, outstanding boss.
Couldn’t come at a better time as I have slowly been in cutting phase for a 4th of July get away to Cape Cod with wife, kids and another couple. At my age there is really no one to impress but myself.
5’8”, 176 lbs and about 12-13% bodyfat. Abs are somewhat visible but want to do away with the “somewhat aspect”.
I am trying a new training protocol, same bodypart(s) 2 days in a row, (1) day being heavy 4-6 reps and then (2nd) Day, 20+ reps. Unfortunately I screwed up my rotator cuff/shoulder so at least for a few days will be focusing on cardio and some isolated movements.
I typically work out fasted first thing in the morning and sometimes do cardio, eat then lft a few hrs later.

This morning (1) OxyEca and 20 mins later (1) Hyper T-2. Started feeling warm and time to get into action.

28 mins treadmill HIT 4/5 mph, 3.0 incline (watched 2 Broke Girls, love that show)

Biceps
DB Curls
Bar warmup
25 x 12
35 x 7
35 x 6
35 x 7

Curl bar close grip
75 x 10
85 x 6
85 x 7
21’s (straight bar)
3 sets

So first day assessment – awesome. Started sweating at about the 9-10 minute mark and it kept coming, powered through my workout, nice focus and intensity. About 2 hours later I was still overheated.
As always I try to be completely honest, the only negative I experienced this morning was a tremendous increase in bowel movements. I haven’t been able to put my finger on it but there is an ingredient(s) in all the latest fat burners/thermos that does this to me. I have noticed this with a handful of other people as well.
But I am a trooper and business as usual.

Thursday Activity (sorry for the late update)

Decided to take the Oxy alone without the T2. About 2 hrs after taking this my stomach started severely flipping so I decided to do the process of elimination game.

30 minutes on treadmill - 4 mph watching Quicker, Stronger, Faster on Netflix. If you haven't seen it, documentary about Steroids.

Followed yesterday's workout this time high reps

4 sets DB curls - 15 lbs, 20-25 reps
4 sets curl bar 55 lbs 20-25 reps
3 sets 21's straight bar

Abs:

4 sets crunches with one leg in the air, alternating
4 sets of planks, 1 min each, on elbows then on each side working obliques

I decided to try the T2 solo with a meal and unfortunately stomach cramps/nausea so unfortunately I will have to cease use on this.

Good sweat but I can confidently say the addition of the T2 made it that much better.....

Thursday 6/12 – back in the saddle….well sort of
Stomach is not at 100% but the best it has been in a week. Feel like a tub of goo

Dosed (1) ECA and 15 mins later (1) T2

Started feeling a little warm in the face, time for some cardio
Treadmill – 4 degree incline, 4/6 mph alternating every 2 minutes.
Show of choice – Orange is the New Black on Netflix
Body kind of exploded at about the 10 minute mark, very warm, sweat etc etc.
I can definitely say ECA is good but when taken with the T2, it really lights you up.

5 hours later and I am still somewhat warm.

Light upperbody workout trying to work around a bum shoulder aka p&%sy work out
Side laterals
5lb for 12
(3) sets 10lb for 12

Flat Bench Press
4 sets – straight bar (20 reps) – trying to squeeze hands together, really tensing the chest

21’s – straight bar – 3 sets

Enjoy the day!

I had to make sure I had shakes made and ready and pay attention to the clock or I could go way too long without eating.

Mid Morning Cardio session started taking both products together. Cant quite say I see much of a difference in spacing them or taking them together, either way this stuff is great.

My typical cardio session, 30 minutes 300 cals with some abs thrown in.

As mentioned yesterday, belt notch has slid over one spot, abs are more visible.

My only complaint is increase in BM's but again this seems to be consistent with all Thermo Powders and Fat burners.

Appetite Suppression is tremendous. Usually at lunch I will have 1-2 chicken breasts, some rice and salad or 2 sandwiches and a side.......as I write this I am trying to force feed 1 sandwich and a salad.

22 minute session today, again really loving this stuff. Shoulder has been sub par thus lack of actual workouts.....

I know Lecheek has a few PWO/Therm powdered formulas but putting these 2 in a powder form might be quite dynamic!

My apologies as this hasn’t been one of my best logs due to my shoulder injury but you learn to work around this. Cardio continues.

Typical ritual of (1) & (1)

10 minutes cardio to warm up

Legs – emphasis on hamstrings

Extensions

45 x 25
60 x 27
75 x 30
75 x 25

Sumo Deadlifts

115 x 12
135 x 10
145 x 7

Stiff legged dead lifts – curl burn

95 x 12
115 x 10
115 x 10

Serious stretching…

As I am writing this, dripping in sweat feeling great and looking even better.

Will be posting my final review later today!

Definitely a winner.

T2 definitely adds that extra kick. I have tried a lot of thermos/fb's. Appetite suppression is the strongest I have ever felt

5/5

I had the opportunity to use this with Lecheek's HyperT2.

My typical routine was (1) & (1) first thing in the morning with fasted cardio then followed up maybe 6-8 hr later with another T-2.

Within 2 weeks, my belt notch moved over 2 sizes. I do not use a scale but generally use tight clothes, belt etc

Pro's

* Hits and it hits hard
* Extreme Sweating
* Never had my appetite crushed for soo long

Negative
*With all newer fatburners and Thermos I always see an increase in BM's.
* I found myself truly having to force feed myself/remember to eat.

Of course along with this, I maintained a strict eating regimen, higher protein, lesser cabs and moderate fats.

If you chose this stack PLEASE follow the instructions at least of the T-2 as this works in tandem with your Thyroid.

A definite staple when losing weight.
