My tub of speedx3 just arrived today and i just downed 2 scoops!!! Pumped to hit the gym.

Orangesickle taste 9/10: First try I really enjoyed this nice and cold with some ice cubes. Its hard to put my finger on exactly what it tastes like but I will update as I go.

Ba tingles are kicking in so I know it is well dosed at 2 scoops!! Off to the gym! Starting pics Ill throw up tomorrow I am getting a new phone.

7* 360 this was a new pr for me!!!! Im not sure but last month I only did 350 for 7.
One arm dumbbell row

Leg curl
125*12 for five sets.
Leg extension
12*165 for five sets. Normally I do a compound movement but my legs were really sore from a few days prior making my deadlift pr even better.
Calf extension machine
275* 12 for five sets. Man not anything spectacular in the pump department for the rest of my workout but my calves just exploded. The pump was insane.

Energy 10/10: this was perfect. Not jittery but just ready to go. Speed through my workout faster than I would of wanted! Did want feel like I needed a break lol. Normally after deadlift the rest of my workout is a chore

Looking for advice

Okay so I'm fairly new to this. I'm looking for advice on the best quality n price for protein and amino acid supplements, which should be best for me to get. I recently got T C 300mg/ml. (and my wife cant kno) so I guess what I'm asking is what sups should I take with it. I am 31 5'8" 162 on week two. And I am totally lost out of the loop. Used to kno it n understand it n done it but that was 10yrs ago. Please give me the best and most honest opinions looking forward to every ones advice n thank you for all n any input.

PS. These are some things I looked up n told her I wanted for Father's Day has any one had any experience with any of these or opinions.

Yes. For the first time in almost ten years. Just been doing a lot of push ups and jailhouse type work outs for the past month do to lack of time and money

I would say a protein powder would be a great start and if you need a boost before your workout you could get a pre workout supplement. Keep it simple at first plus if $ is a factor you don't want to waste it on something that you don't really need

So today is normally shoulder press for 5/3/1 but I do incline barbell press because I think it's a week point for me.
Took two scoops today. Taste is still very good. I used about ten ounces with it. Almost has a Flintstone vitamin taste which I like a lot.

Pr! Got one more rep and five pounds more than last month.
Seated cable rows
Five sets of 12*160. This felt really light so I must be getting stronger.
Face pulls super setted with triceps extensions.

this pre workout really makes me sweat I enjoy it. Normally I don't on upper body days. My veins are nuts too! It's weird I'm more vascular then when I take a more pump ingredient based preworkout.

These aren't really supps I would recommend to someone just getting into things. Accept the protein powder and amino if you train fasted

Great thanks man. Are there different aminos that are better then others. An what's speedX3(40servings) any input on that?

Anything whith a high leucine content and good price is what I look for. There are a ton of good amino products. Speedx3 is a pre workoout mostly energy focused product. I am really enjoying it, much more than I thought i would honestly. I think it has the best/cleanest energy of any other pre I have taken. Only two workouts with it but as of right now I would recommend for sure.

Well overall it was a pretty disappointing day for me. Long day at work coupled with have to go squat right after eating and only one scoop of speed x3 because it was late. Then to top it off I did the wrong weights and did the same as last month.

5 sets at 405 for 10 reps
Calves and abs to finish up

Overall I did get a really nice sweat on but I can't really judge the speedx3 at one scoop because I had just ate. I'll hit it much harder next time and get my starting pics up tomorrow.

I did try one scoop before my first statistics exam and felt just about the right amount of stimulation for test taking purposes though!

Okay so two scoops today in about 24 ounces of water and it was the best taste it's had yet for me. I have a ton of energy s to still and I took it 3 hours ago. Too much for 9 pm haha. For some reason it makes me way more sensitive to smells? Could be placebo but I'm almost positive it does.

DB bench press

3*95 one more rep than last time can't complain.
Incline press
5 sets of 165 6-10 reps
Seated cable pulls
160 for 5 sets if 12-15. Felt strong on these going to need to increase the weight!!!
Preacher curls
5 sets of 115 for random reps. Finally getting an outer bicep vein in my right arm :)
Triceps extensions
5 sets of 35 for 12 reps. Not a good exercise for me I need to switch it out I don't feel it well.

Overall good workout. Have to be careful because this **** really does make you feel like you don't ever need to stop. I'm doing a slight cut though so I don't want to overdo things, I do construction a few times a week on a house I'm flipping so I already have extra work my body needs to recover from.

5 sets 12 reps at 125.
Too much weight really hard!
Leg extensions
5 sets of 12 at 160.
Calves and abs.

Was really happy with my Deadlift today! Speedx3 is really pulling through with the pre workout energy!

Another two scoops and one insane pump. Probably the best chest pump I've had on 5/3/1 which still amazes me with the small amount of pump ingredients in speedx3.

Finally got some good rest last night. Took one scoop and was pretty amped up.

355*5 only doing one working set. I think to much Deadlift burns me out.

175*12 for 2 sets. Got a crazy pump.
Abs and calves to finish off. Another really intense workout.

Had and amazing workout today. Just felt awesome. Two scoops of speed x 3 still as me amped in class right now it feels great and I took it a long time ago.
Incline bb press
3*185 for six reps each set. Got these all really easy so time to increase the weight:)
Weighted pull ups
20 pounds held between feet for 3 sets of 6 reps. Real easy going to increase reps
DB row
2*90 for 10 reps
DB bench press
2*70 for 10 reps
One are preacher curl
2*35 12 reps. Pretty easy
Triceps extension
2*80 12 reps easy too!
Overall great workout
