    It'll be included in my update later, but surprisingly this morning with all the stims I had I sweat less than usual at the fun. This may be the case with me also.

    I'll have to remember the "chills" for when I start taking it. I actually was taking LG's Fully Loaded and was getting "cold sweats" while taking it, crazy I know, but not even sure what was causing it?

    Notes:

    Allergy headache was about 4/10, and was very brief.

    ENERGY: My energy was great, but surprisingly I didn't sweat all that much. I sweat, but not like I should've with such short rests.

    Also, the energy was extreme nor did I feel jittery. I kinda wish I would've had a little more coffee with it but I felt energetic and rearing to go!

    FOCUS: My mind-to-muscle connection was amazing, and not something that I've experienced with Stimul8. It must be attributed to the Combustion.

    As of now it's been 6+ hours since my last cap of combustion and I don't feel tired at all.

    I actually want to take another cap here soon, but I have court today and don't want to be all jittery when I introduce my cases.

    cals are a measurement of heat...not really that surprising to sweat during or after eating, imo...when i lived in philipines i had to wear a towel around my neck when eating, lol....very hot and humid tropical weather with no a/c!!!

    Your inclines are fine and they will come. But perhaps give yourself an extra 30 seconds recovery between sets.

    So, I'm not certain i had the same appetite suppression as I did yesterday, however, that may just be the difference between lifting and not. I did still have to make sure that I was on my pulled chicken throughout the day.

    Only day two though, and still have stopped short of 3 caps/day. Probably tomorrow I'll hit 3.

    I could see taking Combustion x1 with my coffee every training day if the focus and energy are like they were this morning. Looking forward to back day tomorrow, and Meadows is finally putting deads back in. Not that I expect any PR's... but I miss 'em.

    Probably not a bad idea. I need to get in a little earlier on chest day anyway. I had to drop one set of lat raises due to time constraints.

    Woke up at 430 this morning and almost said screw it. It's rough getting up that early. I'm sure some rest will be beneficial in the long run for you.

    So, I'm not certain this is it, but I believe Combustion makes my head a little warmer, thus making my body feel cooler.

    It's not a bad kinda heat in the head, just a warm feeling.

    PR on meadows' rows, and I did decent on DL triples. I bet I could've pulled 400 today, something I haven't done in a long time.

    My focus/mind-muscle connection was just crazy today!!

    Also, my appetite is crashed. This is good news about Combustion, but bad news for me right now. I had to force down my cottage cheese, and I still have an egg-white and mushroom omelette to down before 1000.

    Oh, I haven't done 225 yet... That's the calculated 1RM for today's lift on the Jefit app. The most I've done on GM's is 205x5.

    How'd the meadows and pulldowns feel with straps? I feel like I can hit back a lot harder without worrying about grip.

    Do you do the pullovers to your chest or to your forehead?

    I agree with your assessment. I get a way better pump and 'back feel' with straps. That, and when I go heavy I often have to fix my grip every 3-4 reps. Grip is a weakpoint for me, and I try and work on it each back day. I really need to get some chalk.

    These were supposed to be to the top of my forehead, but I brought them just below my chin instead. Didn't quite hit my chest though.

    Were in the same boat there. My grip is often what fails when pulling heavy rows, pulldowns and deads. Need to get a chalk bag from my climber friends so I don't have to rely on straps all the time. Even with straps my grip has been improving tho. I usually lose grip around rep 4 so the straps don't help too much until then

    I use some rubber coated full finger gloves on my pulling days. Actually, I use them every time I lift. Keeps my hands off the equipments germs. Lol.
